On 6/23/25, I purchased and received an Overnight Oats box that had a "best by 6/24/25" date. I opened it the night of 6/23/25 and found a grey mess that tasted borderline alcoholic. You know when you leave ripe fruit out for way too long and it basically ferments? Keep in mind these oats went straight from their fridge to mine and remained cold the whole time, with a few minutes gap in between. I even asked someone else to taste it without prompting the issue, and they asked if it had gone bad. I immediately left a question here on Yelp asking what they do when someone receives food that's gone bad before the "best by" date. Today, I find that Yelp removed my question. I would've been happy with a refund or a swap, but instead someone silenced this (in my opinion) harmless question. Mistakes happen, I was simply looking for a solution from this business, which I guess you will never get. I believe the question was on topic and would help others who encounter something similar down the road. No one is perfect, but erasure of someone pointing out a mistake is not acceptable, and for that, this business deserves a 1 star.

It does take a bit of time to get your food but it's because there's a process and it's a delicious process to make your sub taste the way it does. I explained why I hadn't come, app never showed it as ready. So I went to a store for a bit while I waited. Then got tied up there. So that part isnt their fault at all. So I told him I so appreciate his offer. Again was nice that he went the extra mile to offer that. Cause their subs do get soggy if they sit. That's to be expected. But I'm the one who got tied up and was late. Sub still tasted absolutely amazing and 5 stars for the sub and the guy who offered remaking it. Wasn't necessary. Still a 5 star sub. Please note that I was in a hurry and did NOT tell this shift of ppl about the lock not working. Lock works on first bathroom but not the second. When I went and saw it wasnt working I used the first one and warned the guy going to the second one that the lock doesn't work and they said they were just washing their hands. They knew and reported it. So I helped my little boy to wash his in the first bathroom and then left in a hurry forgetting to let staff know. But since it's been reported months ago by me and others I know go there a lot and now that guy, I didn't feel the need to go back. So I hope since it's been reported again it gets fixed. Anyways that's the only reason it lost two stars. Bathrooms need to lock. Once it's fixed this place EASILY. Gets 5 stars. Subs are THAT good!!!!

Just went to this location for the first time today…read more Regardless of location, they are always delicious. At this location, they are practicing social distancing, wearing gloves, & masks. I got the avocado, turkey, & provolone sandwich on squaw loaf. I added light mayo, mustard, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, & sprouts to mine. And then, I grabbed cheddar & sour cream chips with a Snapple Apple. Everything was so delicious & fresh. I also see they have cookies. My bf ordered the same bread with roasted chicken, and every veggie. Then for a crunch, he grabbed a bag of sour cream & onion chips. Then for the dog, Hector, he asked for a side of chicken slices.
