Subway is always something to get for convenience. Depending on the location, the quality of sandwiches and customer service varies. This is definitely the better version of Subway. First of all, it is the cleanest location I had ever seen. The staff at this location were super helpful, welcoming and very nice. They custom made exactly what we wanted and there were no issues at all like some other locations. Our sandwiches were delicious. Service is nice but they're very stingy on their topping. I also ordered a soup and it looked coagulated tasted like it was spoiled and had an odd smell. First, we were mischarged on our first foot-long sandwich. They corrected it after we pointed it out on the menu above the counter. Then, when we looked at the receipt, it turns out they incorrectly charged us extra for the second sandwich. When we pointed it out, they said that the computer had a new higher price and did not want to give us the money back, although their display clearly listed a lower price. The employees/owner talked about customers in Hindi and didn't know the customer spoke Hindi and understood everything. I ordered 2 foot long subs with lettuce and tomato on the side. 3 tomato slices were on the side. I politely asked if I may please have a few more tomato slices I was given a one word answer NO. I have been coming here for years, for the last at least 3 months if not more the fountain drinks machine has not been working. I have emailed corporate several times and nothing has gotten done. They upsell you on a bottle of soda, we paid $5 for a lemonade in a bottle like what?! Awful service from Anu. She overcharged for a 6 inch sandwich ($12.59) and refused to give me back my $2 she overcharged me. Only $2 yes, but the fact she didn't want to refund it was just wrong and was arguing that it's only $2. Silly stuff. Bad service. read more

Just went to order lunch and one of the women working behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask. I pointed it out to another staff member and she shrugged and said, "it's ok." No it's not ok. This is a business that is preparing food and it is absolutely irresponsible to not wear a mask to protect your customers! Update: Nothing happened. Everything the manager promised didn't happen. We have since avoided subway in our area. I received my money back because I asked my bank to resolve it since subway did nothing despite their promise to return the money. And even the vouchers per mail- I never received something either. What a joke. We avoid subway since ( before I would order sandwich plates for parties and meetings and grab a sandwich here and than) and are very happy with other companies... After speaking to the Manager, I feel that I was heard and treated with the respect needed as a customer. Despite the fact of what happened and even with me waiting few days to write a review to make sure, I'm not too angry - I still got pretty upset since I am very protective of my family and I don't like when someone ignores my hubby and make him feel less. The manager was able to get in contact with me and she was polite and friendly and very interested in solving the issue. I highly appreciate that and therefore changed my review. Old review: Worse customer service I have ever experienced! Very young employees that served me and had no clue what they were doing! I ordered through the app and confirmed the address and everything, just for them to tell me that their system isn't working and that I need to pay cash even with me proofing that I paid via PayPal with the app! I had two email confirmation and it got taken from my credit card already! They made the point of me paying but till today, I was not able to receive my money back and paid twice! There were no manager to talk to and they made me feel like I'm committing some kind of fraud - even with me showing proof! PayPal takes up to 30 days to get your money back and my credit card is the same issue, so much hassle for a sandwich! Normally this is my go to location for Subway, but I got there at 5 min until 5:00, and the guy said they were closed. Another gentleman also was told the same, but it wasn't even 5:00 yet! First, I have an issue with any restaurant closing so close to dinner time, seriously Subway? You want your potential customers to go to Jersey Mike's??? The staff seemed to be doing the best they could, but the store was out of everything include breads, most fountain drinks and several of the sandwich's on the menu. We had to swap out several items on one sandwich and the other had about 1/4 of the meat I was expecting - there was no meat for 2 inches of the 6 inch size. Usually when you go into get food before a restaurant closes you get some attitude from employees which I why I never try to put myself in that situation. Bad for the business and customer. The woman who made my sandwich (Vilma) was very rude. I admit I seemed like I was in a rush but she didn't have to be short with me. I bought two kids meals, went to my car, gave my kids their food, saw only one kids meal prize so I came back for the second one. I politely let her know I only got one toy in the kids meal, she replied "this is isn't a toy it's a paper dory...I packed your lunches and I don't lie, I put two in there" while holding the "toy" back. I did not appreciate her attitude and I was not in the mood to argue with a grown woman so I took it from her hand when she came closer, and said I don't lie either then left. She was really defender herself over this, ridiculous. I work where customer service is very important and I would never treat a customer the childish way she treated me. 3 stars for the quality of the sandwich, no stars for her attitude. read more

Anyone who gives this Subway, or any other subway, five stars obviously has no taste buds whatsoever. Most likely anybody who gives subway five stars also thinks that McDonald's and Burger King and Taco Bell are amazing food restaurants. All staff seem like they enjoy their job and care about customers. I had lunch and waited here after delivering a car to a client. This establishment needs to be shut down immediately. They tried to scam me even though i was a frequent customer. I got an expensive meal and sat down to eat with my friend. I grabbed a clear cup and filled it with water because my sprite bottle wasn't quenching my thirst. They tried to charge me $4 for a water cup. Water is legally required to be served at restaurants for free. I walked out and the workers flipped me off in front of a family with kids. Theres a subway across the I-5 which should completely replace this location. read more
