Yum! We tried this sandwich shop not knowing what to expect since there aren't many reviews and we hadn't heard of it before. It's in an office park/corporate office area, but as soon as you walk in you feel like you're just hanging out in a cool, laid-back brewery! Great TV set up, and lots of sports on TV We tried the French dip and the Smokey Java Joe. I'd give the French dip a 8.5/10 and the Smokey Java Joe a solid 10/10 - it was sooo delicious! The toasted sesame buns are perfect, and it's nice that all the sandwiches come with a bag of chips! The Reuben sandwich was fire! One of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile. A lot of sandwich shops are stingy with the meat, but they gave a generous portion of corned beef with the sandwich. My husband typically goes here for lunch during the work week since it's so close to his office but we were in the area this past Sunday and I finally got to try it. I ordered the Gene Salmons seasonal sandwich and it was insanely good! The bread was perfectly toasted (and didn't scratch up the roof of my mouth...) and the flavors were insane. The portioning for the veggies, salmon lox, goat cheese, avocado ranch, etc was amazing. Very neat sandwich to eat. It was a Sunday so it's expected for a deli/brewery operating in an office park area to be more laid back. It's not a fast paced type of deli which I'm fine with because I'd rather have a perfectly made sandwich that took a bit longer to get than to get something messy and all out of sorts to get it out quickly. This is a cool brewery that makes sandwiches too. They show games and seems to have a lot of locals here. Tables to eat or hangout at inside. Dog friendly. The beer was good. Not a standout but not bad either. I ordered a few sandwiches. I thought the roast beef one was decent. Tasted like thin roast beef you'd buy prepackaged. The dip wasn't that great. I found this place after trying to satisfy a craving I had. I was craving a Reuben, and locally toasted came through! The ordering area is also like bar seating but I sat at a table. The bartender also gave me a recommendation for a beer they had on tap. I don't typically drink beer but I gave it a shot. I actually enjoyed the beer as well. I didn't even know this place was here but I'm so glad I checked out "lunch" on Yelp today lol. I got the Cuban because that's usually my go-to at any sandwich shop that offers it and what? Guava jam??? Ugh perfect. While it's not a traditional Cuban, I almost like the casualness of it with the twist of jam. The sweet and tangy combo with that killer bread? Perf.
