We were in town for a soccer tournament and I was looking for something to eat before the match. I wanted a sandwich but I definitely didn't want subway... so we found Locally Toasted. We had the pretzel with beer cheese, the lemon pepper wings and I had the Smokey Joe sandwich. The environment was cool! They were showing the World Cup and folks were feeling toasty from the several beer options! Service was friendly and helpful! The sandwich I had was no less than spectacular. The bread was perfect and the turkey was warm and cheese melted but it wasn't a hot sandwich. I don't know how to explain it. It was perfectly toasted. My husband typically goes here for lunch during the work week since it's so close to his office but we were in the area this past Sunday and I finally got to try it. I ordered the Gene Salmons seasonal sandwich and it was insanely good! The bread was perfectly toasted (and didn't scratch up the roof of my mouth...) and the flavors were insane. The portioning for the veggies, salmon lox, goat cheese, avocado ranch, etc was amazing. Very neat sandwich to eat. It was a Sunday so it's expected for a deli/brewery operating in an office park area to be more laid back. It's not a fast paced type of deli which I'm fine with because I'd rather have a perfectly made sandwich that took a bit longer to get than to get something messy and all out of sorts to get it out quickly. Yum! We tried this sandwich shop not knowing what to expect since there aren't many reviews and we hadn't heard of it before. It's in an office park/corporate office area, but as soon as you walk in you feel like you're just hanging out in a cool, laid-back brewery! Great TV set up, and lots of sports on TV We tried the French dip and the Smokey Java Joe. I'd give the French dip a 8.5/10 and the Smokey Java Joe a solid 10/10 - it was sooo delicious! My husband and I found this hidden gem recently and LOVED their ambiance, it's within a brewery. My husband had the Coach Reuben and had the Summer School (tuna sandwich), both were delicious. Pretty chill lunch spot located in a business park. It's located inside culver beer, so definitely grab a beer if you can. The sandwiches there are very good.
