    Lil cheeseburger (1 patty)
    Catrina T.

This is my husbands favorite burger stop. Stopped in for lunch on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We were the only patrons there and were promptly greeted when we walked in. We both ordered and took a seat to wait. While waiting we helped ourselves to the complimentary peanuts that are out. The peanuts sit in a huge cardboard box with a scoop and containers to put them in. They are messy but yummy and help pass the time while your order is being prepared. In about 5 or 6 minutes, our food was ready. I got the Lil cheeseburger which is a burger with 1 patty and my husband got the regular cheeseburger which has 2. We split the regular fries. Normally a regular fry has a TON of fries that could easily serve 2 hungry adults. Today, not so much. There were way less fries than normal in the bag so I ate more peanuts so the husband could get his fill. The burger was good - this is not my first thought when I think I want a great burger. But it will definitely do for lunch. The burgers are served wrapped in foil with a number on them to indicate which burger it is. My husband ordered 1st so he had burger 1. All of your food is in a paper bag (grease stains and all). Once the burgers are in the bag, your fries are dumped in the bag. This is how you receive food whether it is dine in or carry out. ‍ If you haven't been to Five Guys, give them a try for a good greasy burger and fries.

I like Five Guys Burgers, I really do, I've been a big supporter with my cash since they arrived on the scene. They seem to struggle with some of the service aspects and there were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed on my visit here. See video. They were not nearly as busy as I thought they would be, but if they had been, I'm afraid they couldn't have handled it. I saw a total of three employees on my visit. I think they have a GREAT product! I love the fresh grilled burgers and homemade fries. What I love the most is the sound. I love all of the juicy meat frying and it makes the most awesome sound. It reminds me of when I used to listen to bacon frying in a cast iron skillet as a child and I swore I could here it screaming in the pan. I miss that kind of imagination. I've always gotten a hot juicy burger with an awesome soft sesame seed bun dressed just how I want. My wife and I will split a "little fry" and we almost always throw away about a quarter of them. They give you stupid amounts of fries with any order. I imagine a large size would feed about 17 Trump supporters or about half of Bolivia. Seriously folks, you've got to believe in America! Eat more French Fries! Make American Food Great Again! Don't let the Chinese or Mexicans infiltrate our cuisines. Stay true to the cause! I will be back because I believe in Five Guys and I believe in America! Get out there and vote!!!

I don't know how long this Five Guys location has been in operation, but I have seen the sign every now and then driving around; because I am in the area often. I arrived at noon hour to almost a full restaurant of patrons. I ordered the Hamburger(All toppings) with little Fries. I declined a drink, but they insisted I take a complimentary drink on the house(nice). I did not know they threw in so many extra fries in the bag, regardless of order size, so I was overwhelmed with them and did not eat all of them. For me, too much salt was added, so it took away from the taste. Since I don't eat burgers very often, I would say this one has good flavor(especially the mushrooms for me). Also, I should have ordered the "Little Hamburger" since I am not into the double meat size. I like this location, but I hope the wait for my order pickup was cooking time, instead of slowness. There are cheaper burger options available in the area, but if you must have the Five Guys flavor, by all means visit this location.

Let me first say that I truly like Five Guys! However, this location was a complete disappointment. How do I enter your establishment and you ignore your customer. I waited patiently (more than 5 minutes) for someone to come to the the order area. As I waited I watched the employees who worked the grill converse with one another until they finally realized that I was there. They finally called to the back and got someone to take my order. If I wasn't craving a burger I would of left. After placing my order, I waited for it to be made. It should be known that I was the only person on line. The restaurant had two other customers who were already eating there meals. So explain to me why does it take 20 minutes to make a burger. I just don't understand. I know its made fresh to order but this was the longest I have waited for my food at any five guys locations. After I finally got my food I left. I probably won't go back to this location. Customer service was lacking and I don't feel like waiting so long for my food again. Although, on a positive note I will say the food tasted great and I enjoyed my vanilla milkshake.

I am so glad this place opened up in Collierville. If you have never had 5 guys, it is not the big burgers one would get at Huey's or Red Robin. These are small patties, but the topping combinations are endless. Warning: this place gets BUSY! The wait is worth it, if you are getting fries, order a Little Fry as they give you PLENTY of fries with that order. While waiting, enjoy the peanuts!

Cajun Fries! They are a little heavy handed with the seasoning but fries still good.

Very friendly and quick service. The burger was good and fresh. The gentleman threw in a few extra fries, which was appreciated.

The days where restaurants were grateful to have you as patron & treated you that way to earn your continued patronage, seem to be part of the good ole days gone by. That is not the case with The Skybox Grill. I went once on a weekday & once on a hopping Friday night. Both times I left full & happy. If you're into that "Cheers" feeling, this is your place. The staff is so welcoming & kind. You feel good being there with the lively atmosphere & great people all around & the delicious food puts it a step above the rest. On the weekday lunch visit, I saw moms & kids, families, business men/women, folks at the bar glued to the game & those sitting by theirselves with their newspaper as their companion. All appeared to be welcome & content. The prices are comparable with others, but the quality & consistency of their food is much better. The portions are large enough to share or take home leftovers for another meal. The fresh made food is so yummy & getting fresh, quality food for the same as you'd spend at a fast food joint these days, makes it the perfect spot to have a great meal or grab to go that's a cut above the rest. Often, they host fundraising events in support of the local communities or have fun bands & always there is more than 15 tvs with all the sports going. Somehow, they're able to have everything in one, that works so completely cohesively. It's the perfect go to for brunch, lunch, dinner or a lively date night out. Wether you're the whole family full of kids, a lady lunching with friends, a guy grabbing a quick lunch, a couple on a date night or a whole group of friends meeting up for a night out, this place is perfect. Super safe and just minutes outside of Memphis, it's not only a gem for the Collierville folks, but easily accessible for the whole Memphis area. Perfect for taking out of town guest for a relaxed & casual dining experience too. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

There is more soul in this little gas station restaurant than anywhere within twenty miles. This is Soul Food at its best. You may ask how I can call Mexican food, Soul Food...? Here is my take... Soul Food, to me, is much more than a "type of food". Don't get me crooked, I am all about some OxTail's, Smothered Pork Chops, Chicken & Dressing, Turkey Necks, Greens, Cornbread, etc. etc. etc. It's about food made with love, by people who love to make food, with techniques and seasonings handed down through generations of good people. That is what you get here! Every time I eat here I am filled with the love of the folks in the kitchen as well as their ancestors. It's a small family business, and Tony is one of the greatest people you will ever meet. He is so happy to be in his little section of this gas station slinging this heavenly food. I have watched it evolve, but not really, over the years. It's gotten better. I've been hitting up this place in Midtown and Snowden for years. This was my first time at this location. No frills, simple, to the point place. No need in any fancy ass lights, music, flair on the staff, overcomplicated menu items, or any other BS. There were only two ladies working here this day. I was impressed at their ability to pull off the shift as I sat and watched. The owner needs to increase the pay of these two. He has no idea how lucky he is to have them. They were awesome, I wish I knew their names. They sell a smashed type burger that is real meat, seasoned well, cooked wonderfully every time, with a side of fries that although are not fresh cut, they are pretty dang tasty. Battered fries is what I believe the term is. The coating helps them stay crisp and hot for longer. Nice invention really. Most toppings are free and it's actually very reasonable meal for today's food climate. They had a couple of specials this last time. The Cowboy and The Rajun Cajun. I had The Cowboy and it was fantastic!! Bacon, cheddar, onion rings. Yum! I will be back to try the Cajun Junt soon!! '25 - 68/111
