My husband ran in to get lunch. No one was working the front counter. After waiting, someone yelled from the kitchen asking what he wanted. He said he wanted to place an order. They yelled again, "what do you want?". He said, "I would like for someone to come to the register and take my order. Not yell at me from the kitchen". They didn't budge so he left. service is always great. staff does a great job. Food is always fresh and when I order on the app I never have to wait . Best Zaxby's in the area. read more

i absolutely love this location. very clean, smells good, friendly staff. i only come to this location to eat.

This location is so amazing. The Managment, specifically their selfless General Manager Moya, have always treated me and my family as one of their own. When at this location we laugh and joke with the staff members and even with this distraction they hold down, and do what is needed to make sure our food is out hot and fast. Thank you zaxbys for this location. It's one of the best in memphis! read more

This place gets quite busy around meal times. I saw that the drive-through line of cars was wrapped around the entire building, so I drove on by and ran some other errands, then returned a few hours later. By that time, there was just one car in the drive-through. I like the flexibility of their combo meals, i.e., instead of French fries, you can get double coleslaw; or drop the drink and get $1.00 knocked off of your bill. My favorite is the Five (chicken) Finger Plate Meal. Zaxby's isn't cheap, so I expect things to be correct every time. For the most part, they are. One thing is that the fries are always far too salty, so I never get them. Also, I don't care for the Zax (dipping) Sauce at all; their barbecue sauce is marginally better, but I hardly ever remember to ask for the substitution. Doh! Three and a half stars is as high as I would rank this establishment. I'll probably be asked by my wife to return for more of her favorite chicken; so, of course, I will obey. read more

This place is just awful! I don't even know how to describe it. The chicken tenders, or pieces, tasted like some kind of mystery meat. Also service was slow and unfriendly. read more

I ordered through the app and had to call the store because it said my order wouldn't be ready until 5 hours later. The tenders were overcooked. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was wafer-thin and burnt. read more

Open my food an it had a finger nail in it and the manger would don't remake it or refund my money. I gave the food back to her .

We ordered online for immediate pickup. Food was ready and fresh. Good job Sunday morning crew! read more

I wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog. It's sad when the best part of a meal is the drink and fries, which weren't all that good So far Memphis has some horrible food. Guess I'm just spoiled in Vegas where they make food with a little love that tastes good and not just make food for "human" consumption. I'll give it another try in Utah, but here they be sleeping on quality. 2 hour update - garbage made it's way back up and into the fucking toilet where it belongs. Now to try and sleep off this food poisoning. Fuck you very much 2 hour and 15 minute update - diarrhea has hit 8 hours later - ran out of shit tickets. Zaxbys - Shit in a box - Salad Near Me - Collierville, Tennessee

Horrible service and a long wait time for the food. The employees don't even greed the customers.

This isn't a negative review of the food but the service. Every time I go to this place I get an extra toast zaxbys sauce. And every single time I open my bag and there's no extra sauce or toast. Today I ordered and the woman said "you extra sauce is in the bag" well she sounded pretty confident so I decide I won't open up all the contents and check. Well I get home and what do ya know? There's no zaxbys sauce up in there. This shit is getting ridiculous. Stingy mfers not wanting to throw in a packet of sauce like dude y'all are worse than McDonald's. Like straight lying to customers, I paid for that extra sauce, give me the shit. EVERY TIME I GO. This location is complete garbage. read more

Terrible management and terrible service. Completely disorganized. You will wait forever to get your food. One of the few places with the inside still closed. It's clear that this place is far more concerned with pinching pennies than they are serving their customers. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

This was the first time I've been here. And it will be my last. Chicken was dry, old and barely warm. Fries almost cold bland and nothing to write home about. My friend got a salad hers was old also soft lettuce and veggies. The advertising is totally wrong. This is just another bad fried chicken place gave 1 star because I couldn't give it a 0. read more

Zaxbys - 20 minutes and counting - Salad Near Me - Collierville, Tennessee

We drove 15 minutes out of the way for chicken and they got each part of our order wrong. The parts we could check we did and fixed immediately. We did have to wait an additional ten minutes. But the parts we didn't check until we got home (the drinks) were incorrect. Each part of our order was correct on the receipt. They also charged us $2.50 for a cup of ice water. Skip this Zaxby's, it's a waste of time and money. read more

Charged me for a 5 and a 6 finger plate only gave me 4 tenders for my six finger wtf?!! Seems like people don't know how to count or this place is a rip off. Happened too many times for me to give a higher review. read more

This place is beyond slow, they are eternal. Like purgatory, you just sit and the line never friggin moves. I've tried multiple times to eat here, but everytime I pull in the drive thru I always end up leaving 20 minutes later with no food. They absolutely suck. read more

I ordered a kids chicken strip, fries, and a kids drink, and it took 25 minutes! That's crazy! If your in a hurry don't go here!

This Zaxbys pretended to be out of milkshakes at 10pm on a Friday night. They had visibly started cleaning the back and had shut down the dryer an hour before closing time on a weekend. The wait for more food was another 10 minutes...on a FRIDAY NIGHT. I understand being proactive and cleaning. I don't understand lying to the customers. read more

Don't let the clean location fool you...what waits inside is slow service and extremely rude employees. I have had bad experiences before at this location, but today waited 20 minutes for some chicken fingers. When I asked about the delay, and why those behind me had been served, no one would answer or provide any explanation. After repeated asking, finally got my food from a rude employee without so much of a "sorry". I have had this happen before at this location and should have known better. Avoid at all costs! read more
