It has just a light little bit of mayo which was good because I don't like globs and globs of mayo and forgot to ask for easy mayo. I guess they could just tell from looking at me I'm not a man to be trifled with!! Sandwich was supposed to come with pickle but I didn't get a pickle, I think they are out? As far as chips game, they do have a selection of choices for chips but nobody tells you that so if you don't specify which variety of chips you want you get plain Ruffles. And that's what I got because nobody asked me what chips I wanted nor even told me I had any kind of choice, I learned all this after the fact. As soon as you walk in you see the place is pretty decent size. The salad bar is right when you walk in, so you can see how it looks and that's usually the deciding factor if you want the bar or not. I have only ever had the salad bar. That's the main reason we come. The salad bar has always been fresh, stocked, and the area is kept clean when we've visited. There is plenty of options to choose from to make whatever type of salad you are craving. However, I am disappointed that it's not an all you can eat salad bar anymore. So pro tip: use your tray as a plate and pile it on. My kids usually get the Mac and cheese and a cheese pizza. They both love those options. Maybe next time I'll get a pasta because they look pretty darn good. The employees are friendly every time we've gone. I can absolutely count on fresh, high quality food when you go to Jason's. I wish I could say the same about their customer service. Waited 7 minutes at the drive thru windows before ever being greeted. And the only greeting I got was telling me what my total was. We Walked in both women sitting on there phones in our faces. Order 2 plain Jane's one with no bacon and onions add ranch and sour cream, and another one with no bacon add sour cream and ranch. Sat down they bring us our order.. potato not fluff gave us a lot of cheese not melted was no butter no salt didn't receive onions no sour cream or ranch but charged me for it and gave me salsa an charged me for it and gave me a half stick of butter sitting on a cold potato. I thought we had beef or something like we was finna eat it like that. We had to tell them to make it over because the cashier ran everything up wrong. I will forever be a fan of Jason's Deli but this location left some things to be desired. This was my first visit here because it was convenient after leaving the Memphis airport. The guy at the register was nice and helpful, but it was weird when he made a politically motivated joke. The turkey muffuletta was dry and lacking enough meat/olive salad to match the size of the bread...such a disappointment! The other two guests weren't that impressed with their selections either. In addition to the muffaletta, I had the salad bar. It was on point...lots of yummy selections! I was really impressed when I saw that gloves were available to use at the salad bar. This restaurant has the COVID-19 protocols in place. Social distancing is established in line and between the tables and booths, along with occupancy limits for dining in. The staff is wearing masks and gloves. Everything is served to the guests. The food delivery to your table or booth is unchanged. If your order has a salad from the salad bar included. You no longer self serve. The salad bar is roped off. A staff member prepares your salad with the fixings you want. There is a plastic sheet that covers the salad bar and protects it from the guests. The staff member accesses the bar from their side. The drink dispensers and ice cream areas are roped off, the staff will fill your drink cups and present your ice cream in a cone or cup. I got to the location at 2:00pm to find out that they didn't have their online order printer plugged in. No apologies. They just said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I had to physically go inside and get my order 25 minutes later from my arrival time. The young woman that walked the sweet teas while I carried my order to my car did say she was sorry for my inconvenience. The food, however is consistently delicious. All of the items I ordered were exceptional. Recommended Items: Manager's Special: 1/2 Club Royale & 1/2 Chicken Pot Pie as soup choice. It's enough for two separate meals and delicious. Fresh croissant and toppings. The California Club is excellent. Also, Fresh croissant and toppings. 1/2 size is generously filling. The Plain Jane spud comes with several toppings. Bacon bits, cheddar, butter, green onions and sour cream are all optional. I ordered all the toppings. They did forget the sour cream, but it was yum without it. This location did nothing but disappoint me last night. First of all, I wanted something very simple, plain, quick and easy for dinner. I did not want to get acid reflux or an upset stomach, so I had my mind set on picking up just a baked potato. Keep in mind I went to this establishment before 7 pm, which I think is a very typical time to be eating dinner. I go through the drive thru, closed. So I go inside to place a to-go order. I wait in line to place my order. I finally get to the register and ask for a Plain Jane baked potato to go please. Guess what? They are not serving anymore baked potatoes for the night... Are you kidding me? You don't close for another 2 hours, there is an entire baking rack full of potatoes in my eyesight and you're not making anymore baked potatoes... I walked out.
