I walked in a few days ago and there was a young gentleman named Kaleb who was very sweet and bubbly and had great service. After i got my food i heard another young gentleman named Brennan, talking to someone in the back about how there is roaches in the back and how he kept one. Pretty interesting topic.. There's to many children working here at night. I stood there for 30 minutes and sad to say there was someone waiting longer than me for two slices of pizza. All they did was gossip and ignore us. Get real workers and pay them a decent wage and maybe people would frequent this establishment. Not to mention they LOCKED us in and other customers out and turned off all the lights off outside. I let some people in and your staff berated me under their breath. Multiple people inside and out can vouch for my statements. It was very shameful. Got home my food was cold. Fazolis' deserve all their stars. I haven't eaten at this restaurant in years. I must say the only thing that has changed is the size of their meatballs. Still the baked spaghetti, lasagna, salad and bread sticks were beyond tasty. They didn't falter at all. If you hadn't eaten at the restaurant when they came to Memphis in early 2000's. The meatballs were the size of a baseball. Lol They still have the same delicious flavor now smaller. Love it!!! read more

We arrived at 9pm to pickup online order we placed. Dining room door was locked, drive thru said store was closed, even though door sign and app say they close at 10pm that night. Workers ignored us when we pulled up to drive thru. Finally pull forward to try to get attn of worker walking around dining room talking on her phone. We get our order and it was mostly wrong. NO breadsticks, shouldve received 16, no cutlery, no napkins, no straw, drink was wrong, hardly any meat in "meat sauce", proportion of sauce to noodles was not good. Did we get what was scraped out of the bottom of the pan? Seems as though they are only interested in getting off work rather than providing quality food and service. read more

Food was good as always, but the reason for my 3 stars is their marketing tactics. Plastered all over the Resturant are signs saying to download the app and you'll get a free baked spaghetti. I downloaded the app, entered in all my details, only to find out that they require a drink purchase to get the "free" baked spaghetti! I complained and the DID give me the promised perk without the need to buy a drink... but they should not even be doing that to customers. Just put free "with drink purchase" on your ads so people don't feel rooked. I don't care if it's with an asterisk in small print... just freaking say it somewhere. read more

We visited the Southaven location today. I for a non profit children's home and we had 9 kids with us when we visited today. The cashier was friendly, patient and did not get flustered like a lot of people do with our large group. The food was already being brought to our table before I was done paying. My husband wanted Fazoli's after he was discharged from the hospital today. We decided to order at the drive-thru and the girl taking the orders was so incredibly rude. I ended up ordering something I didn't particularly want just so I wouldn't have to deal with placing an order with her anymore. The only thing more awful than her attitude were the 2 lemonades we got that didn't even taste like lemonade, more like dirty mop water. We poured them down the sink when we got home. The pizza was cold and the breadsticks were okay. I guess you get what you pay for when you're tired and just want to keep things simple. We won't be returning to this location again. read more

The ingredients are restaurant quality and don't seem cheap like you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. Don't get me wrong it's not on the same level as a nice sit down authentic Italian restaurant. It's been a long hot minute since I've last come to a fazolis (we're talking middle school swim meet era). We mainly came here bc every other fast joint was packed but we were immensely surprised by our experience. The deals they had plus the unlimited bread sticks were a win and they had one of those custom soft drink machines. They forgot an item for us, but we had 2 people stop by to apologize and we consistently had someone checking on us every 10 minutes or so. Fazoli's is Italian fast food. They even have a drive-through! If you prefer to really bask in your meal, you have the option to order at the cash register and take a number. As far as the food, it tastes about how you would expect fast Italian food to taste. The noodles are overcooked and plain, the sauce is watered down, and the chicken tastes bland and reheated. Calling it chicken might be generous. Maybe it's my fault for expecting entirely too much from a $7 "Italian" meal. It is cheap and fast though, and the breadsticks are a guilty pleasure. read more

Today makes the second time within the month that I have picked up food and drove home to find out my order is wrong! We never ask for meat sauce! We always tell them marinara sauce but we always end up with meat sauce! We have been eating at this Fazoli's since the day it has opened. My daughter was one of the first Birthday party's ever at Fazoli's. I don't understand what's going on but it's so different even when you eat there. What happen to the friendliness there while you're eating. What happened to the old manager that was always there, he was very attentive, kind, and always made sure you had what you needed. I don't know if we will be back and that's sad because we've always loved Fazoli's!!! read more

Terrible. I went through drive through late at night. I literally saw the girl pick up my pizza with her bare hands. She realized I was watching and then tried to play it off and wouldn't even bring it to the window. Made someone else. I called her out on it and she tried to lie saying someone else did it. I saw her do this and I was disgusted. The fact she lied made it worse. Will never return. As a side note, they got my order totally wrong anyway. read more
