Definitely enjoyed the lunch special. Since I was alone, it was basically offered me a meal to eat and a meal to take for later. Perfect for the price, can't beat it. Dinned in and the breadsticks are unlimited. Definitely will be back to enjoy. read more

I am not a fan of their food tasting like it came from a frozen tv dinner. I've only done drive through, so I don't know how the inside looks. The employees I've dealt with have been like any other basic fast food. It's a job for them. Which is fine. They weren't mean so it's all good. The only thing I've ever had here that was remotely good was a broccoli cheese pasta dish. Everything else needs a lot of improving and seasoning! read more

I hadn't had Fazoli's in many many years. I always used to like it. So I decided to pick it up. It didn't disappoint!! It's a little salty and a little oily. But it's all part of its deliciousness. And those breadsticks? Mmmmmm MMMM!! Good. I enjoyed!! I ordered online and picked it up in the drive-thru and all went smoothly. read more

There's to many children working here at night. I stood there for 30 minutes and sad to say there was someone waiting longer than me for two slices of pizza. All they did was gossip and ignore us. Get real workers and pay them a decent wage and maybe people would frequent this establishment. Not to mention they LOCKED us in and other customers out and turned off all the lights off outside. I let some people in and your staff berated me under their breath. Multiple people inside and out can vouch for my statements. It was very shameful. Got home my food was cold. You can't even make this up. read more

Fazoli's - Ordered at 7:31. Received order at 8pm. - Italian Near Me - Southaven, Mississippi

Fazolis' deserve all their stars. I haven't eaten at this restaurant in years. I must say the only thing that has changed is the size of their meatballs. Still the baked spaghetti, lasagna, salad and bread sticks were beyond tasty. They didn't falter at all. If you hadn't eaten at the restaurant when they came to Memphis in early 2000's. The meatballs were the size of a baseball. Lol They still have the same delicious flavor now smaller. Love it!!! read more

I was very impressed for ""Quick food." The Service was good, the food was hot and the servings were large. Our order was correct.

Very good spicy baked ziti. Breadsticks were amazing. Fast drive through and good service. Good location. First time trying fazolis!

Horrible food and horrible service. The one day I choose to eat out during the week I choose this place. Don't waste your time or money. Chicken taste like rubber. read more

Fazoli's - Chicken Alfredo with chicken. - Italian Near Me - Southaven, Mississippi

We arrived at 9pm to pickup online order we placed. Dining room door was locked, drive thru said store was closed, even though door sign and app say they close at 10pm that night. Workers ignored us when we pulled up to drive thru. Finally pull forward to try to get attn of worker walking around dining room talking on her phone. We get our order and it was mostly wrong. NO breadsticks, shouldve received 16, no cutlery, no napkins, no straw, drink was wrong, hardly any meat in "meat sauce", proportion of sauce to noodles was not good. Did we get what was scraped out of the bottom of the pan? Seems as though they are only interested in getting off work rather than providing quality food and service. read more

Food was good as always, but the reason for my 3 stars is their marketing tactics. Plastered all over the Resturant are signs saying to download the app and you'll get a free baked spaghetti. I downloaded the app, entered in all my details, only to find out that they require a drink purchase to get the "free" baked spaghetti! I complained and the DID give me the promised perk without the need to buy a drink... but they should not even be doing that to customers. Just put free "with drink purchase" on your ads so people don't feel rooked. I don't care if it's with an asterisk in small print... just freaking say it somewhere. read more

We visited the Southaven location today. I for a non profit children's home and we had 9 kids with us when we visited today. The cashier was friendly, patient and did not get flustered like a lot of people do with our large group. The food was already being brought to our table before I was done paying. Everyone was friendly. with the lunch special everyone got full and we had a sit down lunch under budget. We will definitely be back! read more

Not bad for fast food. I got the Sampler (#4). Service was fast. FREE breadsticks when you eat in. Very buttery breadsticks...quite delicious. Food was not too salty. The lasagna was a little over cooked. read more

My husband wanted Fazoli's after he was discharged from the hospital today. We decided to order at the drive-thru and the girl taking the orders was so incredibly rude. I ended up ordering something I didn't particularly want just so I wouldn't have to deal with placing an order with her anymore. The only thing more awful than her attitude were the 2 lemonades we got that didn't even taste like lemonade, more like dirty mop water. We poured them down the sink when we got home. The pizza was cold and the breadsticks were okay. I guess you get what you pay for when you're tired and just want to keep things simple. We won't be returning to this location again. read more

Fast service and great food!! To me it's better than Olive Garden. The staff was also very sweet as well as helpful!!

It's not too bad but missing the touch of a Italy...it's the mc Donald's of Italian food...not to bad

My experience was not good. They need to fix the drive-thru intercom.I was literally screaming my order and she still didn't hear me.I ordered the baked spaghetti and blue slush. The food was ok and the slush was on point. The cashier forgot to give me my parmesane cheese and peppers. She seemed to ready to get off work!!! read more

Not bad for fast food level Italian food. The food arrived at the table hot, tasty, and very appetizing to the eye. The ingredients are restaurant quality and don't seem cheap like you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. Don't get me wrong it's not on the same level as a nice sit down authentic Italian restaurant. But for a quick filling lunch or grabbing dinner on a night you don't want to cook but want some decent Italian style food then this is a good alternative. read more

I've tried calling the location several times to find out about the hours to eat in. The phone was busy after several attempts and now that the phone is not busy I am not getting an answer. I have called back numerous times and let it ring and nobody seems to be answering the phone and it is 8:24 PM. read more

It's been a long hot minute since I've last come to a fazolis (we're talking middle school swim meet era). We mainly came here bc every other fast joint was packed but we were immensely surprised by our experience. The deals they had plus the unlimited bread sticks were a win and they had one of those custom soft drink machines. They forgot an item for us, but we had 2 people stop by to apologize and we consistently had someone checking on us every 10 minutes or so. Overall, we had a great experience down memory lane and wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are in the area again. read more

I would give a negative star review if I could! My wife and I got food poisoning from them last night and currently in so much pain. You can make a better "Italian" food by going to the store and make it yourself. We will not be returning to this establishment again! read more

Fazoli's is Italian fast food. They even have a drive-through! If you prefer to really bask in your meal, you have the option to order at the cash register and take a number. As far as the food, it tastes about how you would expect fast Italian food to taste. The noodles are overcooked and plain, the sauce is watered down, and the chicken tastes bland and reheated. Calling it chicken might be generous. Maybe it's my fault for expecting entirely too much from a $7 "Italian" meal. It is cheap and fast though, and the breadsticks are a guilty pleasure. read more

My opinion is Fazollis without a doubt, they're the best restaurant near where I live. They're very helpful, very respectful & very friendly, & it doesn't take them 30+ minutes to get you your food! You guys are truly without a doubt, the best!!! read more

Today makes the second time within the month that I have picked up food and drove home to find out my order is wrong! We never ask for meat sauce! We always tell them marinara sauce but we always end up with meat sauce! We have been eating at this Fazoli's since the day it has opened. My daughter was one of the first Birthday party's ever at Fazoli's. I don't understand what's going on but it's so different even when you eat there. What happen to the friendliness there while you're eating. What happened to the old manager that was always there, he was very attentive, kind, and always made sure you had what you needed. I don't know if we will be back and that's sad because we've always loved Fazoli's!!! read more

Food is always wonderful. Could be bigger proportions for the price but either way it's good.

Terrible. I went through drive through late at night. I literally saw the girl pick up my pizza with her bare hands. She realized I was watching and then tried to play it off and wouldn't even bring it to the window. Made someone else. I called her out on it and she tried to lie saying someone else did it. I saw her do this and I was disgusted. The fact she lied made it worse. Will never return. As a side note, they got my order totally wrong anyway. read more
