Sure, it is what it is (contender fast food joint) but dang if they don't do it well!! We stopped in on a whim for lunch around 1pm and had no wait at the counter, really the only hold up was us with our questions and special orders. Speaking of the special orders, the staff was quite accommodating of these and they were all done correctly. As has been mentioned the food is cooked to order so there's a small wait as they prepare it but 1) that's obviously to be expected and 2) it's totes worth it. I had a chicken Philly and input a little of their house hot sauce on it which was a great idea! Other members of the party had a burger and a chicken sammich dunked in hot sauce. Ambiene? I've been here multiple times and the family loves the shakes On my last visit at night, I got a smoked sausage. It was very good. However I came for a strawberry malt, but it tasted like a large shake with hint of strawberry, undetectable amount of malt and a hint of pineapple? I hope that it was a one-off experience. I observed the interactions of the staff as I waited for my food. While no direct impact to service received or food quality, the staff appear a bit too relaxed and could be a bit more professional in the work environment. I've been visiting this particular location for years now and haven't ever had a problem. The food is always hot and cooked to order. I've tried a variety of things from the menu, but the burgers have to be at the top of my list of favorites from here. I also LOVE the pineapple milkshake. It's literally so good to me and I get one almost every time I visit. Sometimes the line is really long, other times it's not and it moves pretty quick. It just depends on the time of day you go, as they are open 24hrs. I will likely continue to patronize them. read more

Looks like a shack, but looks can be deceiving. Drive thru only which was fine as we only got milkshakes. The drive thru speaker needs some attention, was hard to understand the worker. We stopped by this restaurant because my husband use to eat here when he was a kid. We went before the y closed and this place had a mile long line of cars in the drive through. I just couldn't believe it. The menu is vast and the food is good. read more

We are from out of state, and have never heard of this chain before. The food was really good, but what I appreciated most was the diversity of the menu! This is the best burger place next to where I work. From time to time I meet my family here for lunch. They got good ole fashioned, greasy burgers with slightly toasted buns. The spicy fries aren't very spicy, but they are very well flavored. The kids always get ice cream cones after. All in all a good place to grab a good burger. read more

HORRIBLE service. Waited over 40 min in the drive through. We ordered Philly cheesesteak combo meals which were served on hotdog buns. When we finally made it up to the window to pay after the long wait we asked for our drinks and were told that we weren't rung up for drinks after we specifically ordered combo meals and they expected us to pay $6 for 2 drinks. She told me that on the receipt it stated that they weren't allowed to gice refunds, but upon checking my receipt there was nothing of the sort. I was highly dissatisfied with the fact that I was lied to! There is clearly a sign on the window that specifically says happy hour offers discounted slushes and shakes between 2-4pm. I arrived at 3pm to order a green apple slush but upon payment I was told that it was full price and happy hour only discounted fountain drinks. I purchased wings today through the drive thru. I drove 3 hours to get these because they are normally good every time. They were so salty and horrible tasting. They were not cooked throughly.
