So. I'm a big fan of Chipotle. This particular establishment is...not up to the standard that I expect. Staff is not particularly friendly or helpful. The drive-thru is slllllowwww. I'm talking, plan to spend 25-30 minutes on that line. Onions and peppers are often still too crisp. They seem to heap on excessive amounts of guacamole (surprising, since I'm sure it costs them more than other toppings). Meat can be sparse. We ordered Chipotle last night because we didn't really feel like driving or cooking, and it was the first good looking thing on Grub Hub, so why not. We did contact free delivery, which they respected, and it was delivered neatly and packaged well. As for the food itself, it definitely hit the spot. I think of Chipotle as the "Ol' Reliable" place for a reason, and today wasn't any exception. My dad and I ordered the Chicken Al Pastor burrito bowls, my mom ordered a Sofrita burrito bowl, and my brother ordered a chicken quesadilla. The Chicken Al Pastor was delicious and has a nice kick that it, and the Sofritas and the chicken quesadilla also looked very good. We also ordered some chips and queso, which were really good. This shouldn't necessarily be something you have to compliment a place on, but food delivery is infamous of messing up your order. Color me surprised when everything came how we ordered it. Nothing was left out of order and even all the topping we ordered came. Definitely one of our better experiences ordering food, and definitely something we will do again sometime in the future. read more

I reside in Hernando, MS. The closest Chipotle Mexican Grill Restaurant is about 10 miles away in Southaven, MS. Everytime I go there, the food outages are growing. I love the food, when I can get what I want. A Bowl with Pollo and Grill Onions/which are almost impossible to get!!! My family loves Chipotle. This location in OB leaves a lot to be desired. Couple of the employees look unhappy and don't speak. The last 3 times I have been, there has been no tea made and no bottled tea available. The water 'spout' gets stuck and has a continuous run. The general overall environment is unclean. I came here to leave a review of my experience and once I saw the other reviews, I see that this was not a one off experience. First off when I got there no one greeted us, but I attribute that to this generation's, lack of hospitality and customer service skills. Once I began to order my food, the girl at the front acted as if she had no idea what I was asking for . It was a burrito, a bowl, and a kids taco. next once I got my hot food ordered it was on to the cold food items. They were out of sour cream and when I asked for some girl, took five minutes or more just to find where the sour cream was, and once she found it, it was somewhere over sitting out on the counter, which obviously was not refrigerated or at the FDA recommended temperature. they were also out of lettuce, salsa and running low on corn and some of their other protein items . That same girl was seen texting on her phone, which was where food items are prepared using the gloves, the same gloves that she used to prepare peoples food with. The icing on the cake was when I went to pay they didn't even have chips available for purchase which really made me want to cancel my whole order but because it was already prepared I got my items and I left peacefully although I wanted to give them a piece of my mind. All in all I 100% will not be returning to that location unless they Reevaluate the way. read more

Wow. I've never had a worse experience at Chipotle. If I was guessing I would say no manager on site. We waited in line 10 minutes which is not out of the ordinary. When we finally got to the front, the girl mumbled "I'm taking a break" and walked off to the back. She eventually came back and started wiping the counter, knocking the food back into the serving containers. 3 other employees made eye contact but didn't offer to take an order. This went on for 10 more minutes. The line expanded to over 15 people. After 4 or 5 had left, we did too after waiting for another 15 minutes to no avail. Probably for the best. The sanitary conditions were rough. Trash cans to over flowing. And the grease tray on the flattop was full of who knows what. It was over flowing with burnt something. There was zero respect for customers. They did use profanity while loudly announcing no one was getting queso, lettuce, or fajita veggies, because they were out.
