Howwww have I been sleeping on Jersey Mike's this long??? Maybe I chopped it up to being "just another sub shop," and didn't think twice about it. Sure it's similar to other sub shops, but it's SO GOOD! I've visited twice in one week. Both times, I ordered my food for pickup. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted and didn't have to wait very long to receive my order. Everyone I have encountered at this location was very friendly. Each time, I ordered the club sub (turkey, ham, bacon, provolone), but I put it in a bowl (no bread). Basically a salad, but loaded! The first time, they did forget my bacon and hot pepper relish, but the second time they got it right and it HITTTTT! The first salad was good as well, but that second one hit so much better. I'm honestly craving it again as I type this lol. You have to get it "Mike's way," which is onion, lettuce, tomato, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt. I ordered online at what seemed a sufficiently early time, but when I arrived the staff had to look at a screen a while to figure out who I was and what should be prepared. I waited a little longer than I had imagined I would, and couldn't be sure if the staff was just tired or having a bad day. But, in the end, the food was fine. I ordered a chicken cheese steak in a bowl on top of lettuce with bell peppers, onion, mushroom and tomato and no jalapeño... not too complicated... especially when they are empty... got home with a chicken cheese steak in a bowl with no lettuce no tomato no bell pepper no onion and FULL of jalapeños! It's just cold cuts and typical sub sandwich fixings. If you want your sandwich literally drowning, swimming, in oil and vinegar, then maybe this place you would like. I ordered my sandwich "Mike's style" and when I saw how much oil and vinegar they put on it I raised a concern. The manager discarded that sandwich and told the person to remake my sandwich, but not to use as much vinegar and oil. They used just as much vinegar and oil! So I paid for the sandwich and threw it out on my way out the door, never to return. read more

Listen, I get it- there is a pandemic... but we are ALL dealing with it. I appreciate ANYONE that has to deal with the general public when there is no world wide anomaly, much much more when there is. BUT!.... there is NO excuse for being rude and disrespectful to the people that are, for all practicality, paying for your livelihood. My wife and I arrived there right after 11 AM during the week, last week. Was not aware how Jersey Mike is navigating, but found out when we pulled up with big signs out front. We stay in our vehicle and place order on phone... for ONE regular size cheesesteak... a #56. I LOVE jersey mikes. I love every other experience I have ever had at this location- super friendly, super personable staff... boy, not this time! We had waited and seen cars pull up, order, receive and pull away. We were there 30 minutes when I decide to step out of my vehicle, right in front and clearly visible by every employee. I stood a few feet from door with my cc in hand to signify that I was ready to pay. They all pay me the usual glance and look away, except for this one kid (employee)- he continually stares giving me the "get outta here" look. Stood there 10 minutes, and even tried calling their number at least 3 times to explain the wait and that I was ready to pay. Understand this... I NEVER want to be rude to someone preparing my food... that is just against code and common sense. They never answered phone or never came to the door... 10 minutes! So I get in my truck and start driving away. As I pull away I try one more phone call on speaker and when I get 1/2 mile away, they answer, ask my name and tell me that my order was being fixed. 40. Minutes. Later. ONE. Regular. sandwich. When I pull back up (I shouldn't have) I called again and told them who I was and the "kid" comes for my card, doesn't say a word. He came back with card and sandwich and I just ask him if my order got dropped or what happened, injecting that we had waited for 40 minutes... He responds with "what?! You got your food?!?" For you southerners that understand.. This 18,19 year old was "bowing" up to me, and while I am not against putting a kid in his place, or an adult, for that matter, I felt like the issue was more than just this kid having a bad day, as there were plenty of adult employees that could have done the right thing. Hopefully the manager of this place will do the right thing. My wife won't ever ask me to grab a sandwich from this joint on the way home anymore. Plenty of great options without getting treated like scum, and without feeling like throwing the food away would be the safer option. read more

Long time customer. Placed an order through the app. It told me 15 minutes. Arrived over 25 minutes later to a mostly empty restaurant and my order wasn't there. They asked me my name, fumbled around while chatting with people across the counter and told me they found it and would make it shortly. Waited a minute and watched and their entire focus was on whoever was across the counter. I paid for something I didn't get I'm so disappointed that this store is now not reliable. Had the same issue in the Cincinnati area recently, but they owned their issue and corrected it quickly. The Olive Branch store couldn't care less. read more

Came in on opening day and the line was long but they were doing a great job keeping up with the crowd. I'm not a big sandwich guy but I always loved Jersey Mikes when they were here in near by Memphis several years back. I've been back already a couple times and they are continually getting better with their service. Everything I've tried so far has been great but the Philly Cheese steak was a pleasant surprise. I have been a fan of Jersey Mike's for a few years. My favorite is the number 5 Mike's way.... easy way to order. Was so glad to see one opening somewhere in the Memphis area. Went by the Olive Branch store tonight. It was very busy but they were staffed and ready for the crowd. The subs were great...dressed just right. The staff was friendly and efficient. Super clean facility. The owners are already supporting the community. Many folks had coupons for free regular subs if the person gave a minimum donation to a local school group. They had donation jars for 3 area schools. I will definitely go back whenever I am in the area... for that matter, it is worth the drive from Marion, AR. read more

04-26-20 Feeding America 20% Event Because of the television advertisements for this event weekend, we decided to make the over 30-minute drive to support the charity. We are first time customers looking forward to eating out since we had not ventured out for any convenience foods for several weeks. Our on-line order for pick-up was placed for the Olive Branch, MS location. Our order consisted of: 2 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak sandwiches on Wheat & Rosemary Parmesan Bread 1 Pure Leaf Tea - Lemon 18.5 oz bottle 1 Pepsi 20oz bottle 3 pack Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 GF Snickerdoodle Cookie While waiting for order, thecustomer to our left was missing potato chips and customer to the right was missing an item as well. When our order arrived, the Pepsi was not included and the tea was sweet tea, not lemon. We waited for the Pepsi and, once received, left the location. We drove approximately 5-minutes to a scenic location to enjoy our meal. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The Rosemary Parmesan Bread was not baked completely and was actually mushy dough in the center - so much that I removed the bread and ate the ends with the sandwich, finishing with just the filling. The three chocolate cookies, which I assume are to be baked soft were actually raw in the center. All three were tossed as each were inedible. Lastly, $2.25 for a less than 2" gluten free snickerdoodle cookie is ridiculous but is my fault since I thought it was for 3 cookies. I misread the menu and only have myself to blame. That too was tossed because the flavor was less than desirable. We don't regret making this over $30 purchase for lunch because it was for a good cause but it is our last trip to Jersey Mike's - there were just too many things wrong with our purchase. read more

Jersey Mike's they never get it right. Our order is always incorrect. If I ask for light mayo, I get half a jar. When I ask for well done veggies, I get extra crispy. Extra veggies are unheard of. It does not matter if it's a call in, walk in or online order. You better believe it's made wrong. That being said I still love Jersey Mike's Subs. It's so good and cheesy. If you do not like cheese or if too much cheese puts a lock on your body then you may not want to eat here. Also there subs are heavy on the salt but you can ask for no salt or reduced salt and hope that they comply with your request. Hope this helps someone. Scooby loves to snack. read more
