Space looks like an old warehouse but nice and plenty of space. The hostesses were super friendly and got us sat rather quickly. Breanna was our server. I gave 4 stars as the food is really good. The runners get it out pretty quickly and everything on the menu looks amazing, including the drinks. I took away a star as the service left a LOT to be desired. We saw Breanna when we ordered, as the runner put down our meal-she asked if it looked okay. We never saw her again until we were done with our meal. Not checking on us after we've taken a bite, asked for refills, tried to offer desserts-nothing. It wasn't that busy so very discouraging that you couldn't check on us, remove a plate, grab a drink... nothing. We would probably come back because of the menu but customer service is everything. Although we always tip 20+ percent, there were so many missed opportunities to increase the total of our bill or at least fill up our drinks.

My husband got the Maple Bacon with apple pie cream cheese and he agreed the excessive cream cheese ruined it. One of my sons got the hot Cheeto bagel with plain cream cheese. Half of it tasted like regular Cheetos. The other half was a little more hot Cheetos tasting, but he said it wasn't hot at all and was disappointed. My other son got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagel and that was the worst out of all of ours. It was plain as heck. Did not taste like cinnamon and had ZERO crunch to it. Pitiful. Lastly, I have to address the prices. They are pretty ridiculous. You pay $4 for a bagel. Okay... then you pay extra for whatever bagel it is. Why not just charge a price for that bagel and be done with it?? But it doesn't stop there because flavored cream cheese is also extra. I'm surprised they didn't charge to toast it! (Which you have to request it toasted, I thought that was the norm and you request if you didn't want it toasted?) I can't really comment on the service. Someone too our order, someone else called our name when it was ready. Not much else. They weren't rude, but not very welcoming. And I never someone anyone out cleaning tables or helping guests beyond the counter.

We had a party of 4 and they stick us in a booth for really 2 people not 4 so again this place is very out of order and no one but the customers see this. I spent $88 on food that was just as good as any Mexican Restaurant in Southaven. I don't mind paying up for great service and food but you do not get that here! I am posting pics of the food but as you can see the fajitas did not come with pico, tortillas or anything that is customary with fajitas. Did our waitress come check? Not a fan of the à la carte entrée and "family style" sides. But let's get past that and review the quality of the food. We were served "cinnamon butter" without bread that was definitely NOT cinnamon butter!!! It was almost like a solid Béarnaise sauce. The spinach artichoke dip was served with salsa and sour cream?? Strange. The dip was just not good, way too much spinach and not much else. The sausage and cheese board was fine. Three of the five people ordered BOGO 8oz filet medium RARE and most of them had very little pink. They all ate them because they said the flavor was good but cooked poorly. The ribeye and the burger were both fine. The asparagus was bitter and super firm. The broccolini had stalks as thick as a quarter, flavor was good but too big! Our server was prompt and attentive. Not sure if we'll be back for a while. I think they need to work out some kinks.
