It wasn't anything special about it, but it was good and soft. The falafel was pretty decent, though it wasn't my favorite. The taziki sauce was good. The gyro and the veggies were very good. The gyro is fixed with grilled lamb, tomatoes, mixed lettuce, grilled onions and taziki sauce. The grilled veggies (squash, zucchini, onions and red peppers) were so tasty. Curious to know what they put on them because they were seasoned well and slightly tangy. Overall, I enjoyed it and look forward to dining here again in the future.

The young ladies were very busy but still checked on us as much as possible. We received water promptly and my friend ordered a sampler plate of hummus, Baba Ganoush and spinach dip. The trio was served with pita and chips. The pita was okay. It was a little tough. I ordered the Santorini Gyro. It had Gyro meat, lettuce, tomatoes, purple onions, cucumbers, feta cheese and Café Med herbal vinaigrette dressing. It was huge and was delicious. It needed a little bit more vinaigrette for me. I took a lot of it home to enjoy. Our sampler trio was quite tasty. The restaurant is decorated with Mediterranean decor. It is quite quaint and very cozy. A tad warm inside but still comfortable. It has feta cheese in it, olives, onion, tomato with a side of Balsamic vinaigrette and an Herbal vinaigrette dressing. I came across a bunch of different places with varying reviews. I finally settled on Tom's Barbeque. The tldr is I'm so glad to have enjoyed my meal here. It's in what seemed to be a local working class neighborhood. I'll be honest, as I was driving there I second guessed where I was going. I pulled up to the parking lot and sat there a couple minutes further contemplating if it was a good idea. I don't know the area, maybe I was just overthinking it and there was no reason to be apprehensive(?) I eventually went in and it's a cool little building. I was warmly greeted and had a nice brief chat with the folks behind the counter. I didn't see exactly what I was looking for on the menu...so I finally just asked him for what I wanted to see if it was an option. He said no problem and got me hooked up. I have to say, it was the best pulled pork I've ever had. The combination of flavor and texture was out of this world. I seek out barbecue places all across the country, and I can definitely say this was the best pulled pork I've had. I got a side of mac & cheese, which by appearance I didn't think I would love. It looked a little little bit like nacho cheese sauce... but much like this place, don't judge a book by its cover and take a bite. The mac & cheese was awesome. When I was done eating, I had the chance to chat with them for a few more minutes. Awesome folks, very welcoming and a pleasure to meet them. Next time I'm in town, I will certainly go back. The quality of food here was far better than any of the touristy, bougie barbecue places I've been in Memphis. As a side note incase anyone is bored and still reading this... just because your flight shows delayed by 90 mins doesn't mean it will stay that way. They def didn't skimp on the protein so I give them that.
