We saw Breanna when we ordered, as the runner put down our meal-she asked if it looked okay. We never saw her again until we were done with our meal. Not checking on us after we've taken a bite, asked for refills, tried to offer desserts-nothing. It wasn't that busy so very discouraging that you couldn't check on us, remove a plate, grab a drink... nothing. We would probably come back because of the menu but customer service is everything. Although we always tip 20+ percent, there were so many missed opportunities to increase the total of our bill or at least fill up our drinks.
