Because i got 5 pieces of lunch meat bacon, uncut cherry tomatoes, and iceberg lettuce from the bottom of the bag. Literally this could've been a 2$ salad they sell in those meal vending machines. It was actually horrible and I didn't even eat it because of how depressed it made me. Also, on the yelp photos, there is a picture of this "blt salad" someone else got and it looks fine. Phone rings and she has an extensive conversation with a customer about a potential food order. Puts down the phone and goes to the back to talk to her boss. Comes back and continues the phone conversation (with the phone customer not placing an order). After 3 minutes she turns back to my order I tell her the coffee is now cold, please start again. The barista was so nice, and very helpful, the biscuits and gravy and breakfast bowl were delicious, and the inside of the building was very cute and felt very welcoming. Only complaints are minor - my cinnamon roll was unfortunately quite hard, and it appears that the shots of espresso aren't dialed in quite right. So we found ourselves in Olive Branch of a Saturday morning, hankering for some brunch and a good cup of coffee. I'm so happy we found Pinks! First, this place is straight up adorable inside. They have a sizable menu, all handwritten on chalk boards, and the staff seems eager to please. Sadly, they had run out of hash brown casserole & were 30 minutes from more. This is a key component of the first two items I wanted. I finally settled on the special Eggs Benedict with spinach. My husband ordered the Biscuits & Gravy and the Chicken with waffles. I wanted a Mounds "fancy dancy" coffee, but they were also out of the coconut flavoring, so ordered the chocolate covered strawberry instead. My husband had the Nutella. I should probably add here that there are no prices listed, but we felt it was reasonable; for everything we ordered was right at $40. The coffee drinks were delicious and served in super cute mismatched ceramic mugs. My husband loved his food. Both dishes were very ample. I can't give my eggs Benedict a favorable review. First time to Pinks. I don't like the corporate coffee but this hidden gem is a place to visit. Wonderful staff at register very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. My latte was probably my favorite so far. I definitely suggest going her for the perk and definitely those amazing homemade foods and desserts looked great. Food was delicious. I was with 3 other adults and a child and we all enjoyed our food. We went on a Saturday around 12pm and it wasn't busy. Order at the counter regardless of whethher or not you are dining in. Sit wherever you'd like. Food is brought out once it is cooked, not all together, that way no one's food is sitting getting cold trying to bring everyone's food out together. Table wasn't cleaned well (had a few sticky spots), but I travel with wipes, so no biggy. They don't clean the tables frequently, we came in and the table next to ours hadn't been bussed and it was still that way when we left. If you're looking for upscale and/or modern furniture, this isn't it. However, if you're looking for a quaint place with good food that is prepared once you order, this is it! read more

Today was the worst service I've ever gotten at pinks and I've been going for years. I used to go regularly before moving away. Now whenever I come back home to visit I will stop in and support Pinks. Today since I was heading back out of town I called ahead two fancy coffees. They told me it would be about 15 mins. No trouble. When we got there it had already been ten mins, so I paid and waited. And waited. And waited. For an hour! For two coffees! They didn't even make one the way it should be it was simply drip coffee with syrup. The other fancy coffee I ordered wasn't much better and nothing like it used to be. Pinks was always my favorite coffee shop in Olive Branch, but now I don't know that I will go back, as last time we came it was as also a long wait for just coffees. read more

They were AWFUL at the Light Garden. Disgusting, overpriced hot chocolate. But even worse, The Attitudes of the kids running it. There were Several upset customers when I had my issue but everyone was being chill about letting the staff know there were issues. They DID NOT CARE!!!! They responded rudely, it was obvious that they didn't care about any of the issues. Frankly, an owner or manager should have been around to take charge but they were apparently out getting supplies that they should have already had, they had only been open an hour!
