This is the second time this location has completely ignored a very clear order. I ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce with NO CHEESE, and once again it came with cheese. This isn't a complicated request. Reading the ticket is the bare minimum. If the staff can't follow basic instructions, that's a serious problem. Came on 12/13, walked in and every single staff member said hello and welcomed us in. The sweet girl at the counter was so cheery and helpful, I think her name was Anastasia. This is my husbands favorite burger stop. Stopped in for lunch on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We were the only patrons there and were promptly greeted when we walked in. We both ordered and took a seat to wait. While waiting we helped ourselves to the complimentary peanuts that are out. The peanuts sit in a huge cardboard box with a scoop and containers to put them in. They are messy but yummy and help pass the time while your order is being prepared. In about 5 or 6 minutes, our food was ready. I got the Lil cheeseburger which is a burger with 1 patty and my husband got the regular cheeseburger which has 2. We split the regular fries. Normally a regular fry has a TON of fries that could easily serve 2 hungry adults. Today, not so much. There were way less fries than normal in the bag so I ate more peanuts so the husband could get his fill. The burger was good - this is not my first thought when I think I want a great burger. But it will definitely do for lunch. The burgers are served wrapped in foil with a number on them to indicate which burger it is. My husband ordered 1st so he had burger 1. All of your food is in a paper bag (grease stains and all). Once the burgers are in the bag, your fries are dumped in the bag. This is how you receive food whether it is dine in or carry out. ‍ If you haven't been to Five Guys, give them a try for a good greasy burger and fries. read more

Not bad this past time. Huge surprise, got to go and seemed like fries were 1/2 the normal OMG size but prob didn't need the carbs. Burgers always good. Much better than standard fast food but finally thinking they need a sturdier bun. Kinda a soggy mess sometimes. read more

Five guys, the best burger ever?! I don't know about that, but I can say they have some good fries ONLY WHEN THEY ARENT LIMP. Five guys offers burgers, hot dogs, milkshakes, and well the veggie option is just that; anything on the menu that isn't meat..which well just leaves toppings and condiments. The veggie option is not a veggie burger, but apparently it sells. Me, I go for the meat. It only took one order for me to realize the cheeseburger is actually two patties and the little cheeseburger is one patty. I thought little burger meant kiddie menu lol. Anyway, the patties are thinner than I'd like, but they are made to order. Fries are also made to order and they give you PLENTY of fries to share if you're into that kind of thing..sharing that is! If you have never been go at least once and try them out. I like coke freestyle machine also. I'm ok with ordering just fries and a milkshake from here and I'd be happy as a clam. Yes, this is a pretty damn good burger! The good news is that they cook then to order, season them properly and cook them thoroughly, and all of that makes an okay burger into the aforementioned damn good bother. All the way means mayo, lettuce and tomato which is good and doesn't need any more help. The fries here are above average, especially for a chain, and you know you're actually eating potato that comes out tasting fresh and hot which is a big plus. There's a bunch of other options to dress the burgers to your individual palette and you can do the same with their hot dogs There's the one sticking point for me and that's the prices. The hot dogs are really overpriced and the hamburgers, while good, are a bit pricey because hey it's still just a burger not a prime rib sandwich. I am happy to say that we enjoyed the burgers and fries on this visit and that he staff were professional, polite, and friendly. Overall while it's a nice change, if you're looking at fast food options, I'll probably stop in fron time to time but won't pit it on my hot rotation of regular stops for dinner or a date night but it's still a pretty damn good burger. read more

I like Five Guys Burgers, I really do, I've been a big supporter with my cash since they arrived on the scene. They seem to struggle with some of the service aspects and there were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed on my visit here. See video. They were not nearly as busy as I thought they would be, but if they had been, I'm afraid they couldn't have handled it. I saw a total of three employees on my visit. I think they have a GREAT product! I love the fresh grilled burgers and homemade fries. What I love the most is the sound. I love all of the juicy meat frying and it makes the most awesome sound. It reminds me of when I used to listen to bacon frying in a cast iron skillet as a child and I swore I could here it screaming in the pan. I miss that kind of imagination. I've always gotten a hot juicy burger with an awesome soft sesame seed bun dressed just how I want. My wife and I will split a "little fry" and we almost always throw away about a quarter of them. They give you stupid amounts of fries with any order. I imagine a large size would feed about 17 Trump supporters or about half of Bolivia. Seriously folks, you've got to believe in America! Eat more French Fries! Make American Food Great Again! Don't let the Chinese or Mexicans infiltrate our cuisines. Stay true to the cause! I don't know how long this Five Guys location has been in operation, but I have seen the sign every now and then driving around; because I am in the area often. I arrived at noon hour to almost a full restaurant of patrons. I ordered the Hamburger(All toppings) with little Fries. I declined a drink, but they insisted I take a complimentary drink on the house(nice). I did not know they threw in so many extra fries in the bag, regardless of order size, so I was overwhelmed with them and did not eat all of them. For me, too much salt was added, so it took away from the taste. Since I don't eat burgers very often, I would say this one has good flavor(especially the mushrooms for me). Also, I should have ordered the "Little Hamburger" since I am not into the double meat size. I like this location, but I hope the wait for my order pickup was cooking time, instead of slowness. There are cheaper burger options available in the area, but if you must have the Five Guys flavor, by all means visit this location. read more

Let me first say that I truly like Five Guys! However, this location was a complete disappointment. How do I enter your establishment and you ignore your customer. I waited patiently (more than 5 minutes) for someone to come to the the order area. As I waited I watched the employees who worked the grill converse with one another until they finally realized that I was there. They finally called to the back and got someone to take my order. If I wasn't craving a burger I would of left. After placing my order, I waited for it to be made. It should be known that I was the only person on line. The restaurant had two other customers who were already eating there meals. So explain to me why does it take 20 minutes to make a burger. I just don't understand. I know its made fresh to order but this was the longest I have waited for my food at any five guys locations. After I finally got my food I left. I probably won't go back to this location. Customer service was lacking and I don't feel like waiting so long for my food again. Although, on a positive note I will say the food tasted great and I enjoyed my vanilla milkshake. read more

I am so glad this place opened up in Collierville. If you have never had 5 guys, it is not the big burgers one would get at Huey's or Red Robin. These are small patties, but the topping combinations are endless. Warning: this place gets BUSY! I typically order online, which I love to do anywhere, and when I arrive they drop the fries, they give you tons of fries by the way, and they bag up your food and send you on your way. I have been into this establishment twice in the last month and both times I have encountered a refreshing change! There is a manager there that is outstanding! I have not seen a manager with this much concern or gusto in many years. I did not get his name but he has long hair. The first time I came in he checked with me 3 times if my order was good. He was constantly on top of other orders. He had the place running like a spinning top! The second time I was staring at my lettuce wraps for my burger sitting close to another one. He noticed and asked me if everything was okay. I mentioned I was gluten intolerant and he swang into action. He threw out the wrap, changed gloves, explained to other works what to do in future, and then he "made sure" my order got all the way through without any mishap! Someone hired the right guy! The burger is not that good. The staff looks like they dont want to cook for customers. There is manager named caleb who works there and gah he wreaks of heavy smell of marijuana. Hes always rude I've called multiple times to get my complain resolved of the stinge smell of his marijuana and since he is a manager yeah I've quit going there. They gave me some one else order the night. And I've given them atleast 2 chances. I do not RECOMMEND 5 guys. When it first opened the place was good. This was the second straight time we experienced less than satisfactory hamburgers. The patties were Dry. Looked like they were pre cooked and just heated on the grill. No proof, but sure tasted like it. The fries were so so. One last thing--the floors are Always Slippery.
