Honestly this location is crazy ridiculous always, always busy. The staff here are super nice considering how many people they're catering to everyday. I really don't know how they keep their sanity or their bright, beautiful smiles but they deserve all the tips and wage increases they can get! Customer service is superior. As far as food, chick fil a has gone down hill, super bad. The hash brown rounds are mini bites and typically greasy.the chick fil a breakfast sandwiches have shrunk in size and the biscuits are just mediocre at best they used to be so good. Now it's just sad. The location/traffic con or isn't location right off the main road however, 9/10 the drive through traffic spills out onto the main commuter traffic trying to get past which is a pain. Also the parking lot has a double lane drive through and drive up spots but parking up to go inside is a nightmare because then you can't get out for ages with drive through traffic. So you can sit in drive through traffic for ages which also defeats the purpose of a quick drive through One other thing I can't stand, is staff tend to fill the parking lot not just at Chuck fil a area but throughout the parking area which takes away from the other local shops in the same area. Aside from the consistent heavy traffic, I would much rather choose to order a meal from this location. To be fair, there are two things that are important to me when I'm picking up an order. Those 2 things are promptness and quality of my order. Opposed to other viewers who may have issues with their order, I've never experienced an issue with my order. My only issue is, when I place a pickup order and walk inside to pickup my items..... they're NEVER ready. It's interesting because it's usually a ton of workers working each station. My experience today wasn't horrible. BUT this location hands down is the most poorly run of them all. It is ALWAYS slow (carry out, dine in, or drive thru). The store is messy and dirty. The workers may or may not have a smile on their face. I have spoken to the managers and the owner at one time or another. Nothing changed. I have even contacted corporate and nothing changed. Let's not talk about the parking lot. That is a catastrophe waiting to happen. Cars routinely are backed up into the busiest street in the city. I frequent other locations and they all are busy but they all seem to have it figured out EXCEPT Collierville. Updated review. After visiting over a dozen times (my children out vote me) I'm more informed on this location. Friendliness has improved. Food umm no. Something is off about the bread at this location. It's crumbling and old like each time. Too often the chicken is in a weird triangle and small. Pickles are limp. Lettuce is usually not fresh. Salads occasionally small. Strips, nuggets, cookies, & shakes always are a win. Often orders are inaccurate or missing items. So always check your bag b4 leaving for item count at least. They are quick to fix orders and overall still wayyyy better than many other places struggling with supply or staff issues. You can do this CFA! But seriously get a new bread truck. read more

My fiancée and I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals today through DoorDash. Mine was fine and I finished it with no issues. I noticed he was having a bad time finishing the last bite and then he took a second and then finished it. I figured he just ate too fast and got full. Nope! I wish that's what happened! I could drink it by the gallon. Chik Fil A is the best quality of fast food ever prepped. Their service is impeckable. Reguardless of their high customer volume daily. They get their customers orders quick out to their customers. When it comes to a quick breakfast sandwiches this is always my choice over their competitors. As I know I'm getting it hot & fresh along with a taste quality. I'd expect out of a Chik Fil A. I've also had their chicken sandwiches & waffle fries. For the past ten years, I have had great experiences at this restaurant. However, I went on Tuesday and bought two milkshakes with my order. When I received my order, I noticed that I only had one milkshake. She told me that I only paid for one. I told her that I didn't want to hold up the line, and that I was going to pull over to check my receipt. I did see that I paid for two on my receipt, but I had to leave. As a result, I decided to call and let them know. A white male answered the phone, and I explained to him what happenEd. He told me that I would have to bring the entire cup holder back because he said that I received both milk shakes. Even after he saw the cup holder and my receipt, he still refused to give me my milkshake. I was upset about this, and he kept trying to tell me to speak to him nicely even though he wouldn't give me my milkshake. He tried to make me leave, but I told him that I wasn't leaving without my milkshake or a refund. I told him that he could look on the camera to show that I didn't receive it. A lady came out and tried to help me, but he wouldn't allow her to help me. Two men came from the back came out and pretty much took his side. Nobody apologized. He finally gave me my milkshake, and I left. I called customer service, and I received an email for a free brownie. I'm sorry, but that's not good enough. That guy needs to be reprimanded or fired for accusing me of lying about a milkshake. He does not represent the chick fil a brand like the other employees I've dealt with there over several years. Unfortunately, I went back to Chick Fil A this morning to redeem my hash brown scramble bowl that was left off last week. I put another mobile order in and called the restaurant to ask them to please add the hash brown scramble bowl that was left off the previous week. I gave the manager's name as instructed (and was told last week that I would be noted by the restaurant for the missing bowl) and asked if they could please add the bowl to the mobile order. I was told you will have to speak with the manager once you get here. I replied ma'am can you please go ahead and make it as we have to be somewhere this am. She said she would let the manager know. Get to the establishment and the hash brown bowl is in the order but the order was now missing a large hash brown. 3 times in a row (back to back weeks) they have left off an item on an order! Folks do not leave this place with a drive thru or mobile order without checking it over! Completely different from the good ole chick Fil a days where you could count on your order being correct 9 out of 10 times. Very disappointed in this chick fa la. I ordered a southwest chicken salad on the app and picked it up at curbside. When I looked at it after I got home it had lettuce and chicken only. I took it back up there and just asked them to fix it because it was supposed to have several other things on it. The First Lady I talked to was nice. She was apologetic and took it to the manager to tell her what was wrong. The manager then proceeded to get an attitude saying that "this is how the southwest salad comes" (which is incorrect). This is a poorly run chickfila. The worst I've ever been to in all the years. They give the wonderful chickfila service a bad name. The workers hardly smile and when they say "my pleasure" it is definitely not with ac smile. They are always super slow dining in or in the drivethu. The girls that take orders outside are super sweet, but you still will wait 20mins in the drivethu at peak hours. Not to mention the parking situation is a nightmare here. Chick-fil-A doesn't vary much from store to store in my opinion. I come here frequently for lunch (once a week) because it is close to my work. It's usually hit or miss if the line is super long but recently I'm only there for about 10 minutes. I've had a few orders messed up but they quickly fix it and always provide some type of reimbursement/coupon. Plus I've been going here for 6 months, you can't expect perfection all the time for any restaurant or fast food location. read more

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is just one fail after another. This is a sub-par Chick-fil-A due to consistently bad service, order errors, poor management communication with customers after complaints, and food quality issues. I wish this location was run better, like the other ones in town, because I live nearby, but sometimes I find myself going across town to avoid. Most recently they charged me for certain items of my to-go order and I did not receive the items, so I called to bring this to the attention of the store manager. Their response was fair...they said they would send me "two coupons that would entitle me to two meals". A month later, I check my mail and find two coupons for two sandwiches...not two meals, so what was left out of my order was worth more than the coupons they sent me to make it up. This Chick-fil-A is not nearly as good as the others, and for that, I am giving it the lowest possible star rating. Update- I never used their free coupons because they were only applicable at their location and not the good Chick-fil-A's, and now they are expired.
