Went in to order the new chicken/waffle fan favorite and lady with tattoos down her neck said they didn't have at their location. I showed her the Collierville website that showed they did offer. I knew what she meant, but I wanted a complete sentence, an apology for not having any ready, and an estimate on how long the "wait time" might be. I got no response.
