My only complaint would be that the fish is extremely greasy. This made the fish too thin and there were areas that were over fried. The catfish meat was complete mush. The mouth feel was like they'd thawed frozen catfish and let it sit in the water for half the day. The tartar and hot sauces given are Jetro/Rest. Depot trash. Making your own decent tartar sauce is not complicated and easy enough to pull off when you run an eatery that only fries fish. Jumbo shrimp was butterflied and fried way too hard. Too tough to eat. Note: this is my first time having catfish... Now, while it looked good, when I actually tasted it which was about 4 minutes after when I dug in to my food I became turned off. I did not like the texture of the fried catfish. The skin seemed crispy, however the fish fillet was slimy and undercooked.
