No, wait, delicious food and incredible service... It was well worth the 80 minute drive. Can't wait to go back and try something different.

I've been wanting to try this place forever and finally got the opportunity to go there. I was pleasantly surprised by it. The restaurant is bigger than it appears from the outside with plenty of seating. The decor makes you feel like you are in an old farmhouse. We were greeted and seated as soon as we arrived. The service was top notch. I ordered the Chickichanga and it was very filling and delicious. Just the right amount of spice to it. The perfect spot for a good breakfast or brunch!

First Watch is one of the best breakfast places around. Every time I have been to this location it has been a great experience. This location also has an outdoor eating area and serves alcohol, which makes for a good group brunch spot. There are so many good things to eat. My favorite is the market veggie sandwich. It comes on their delicious bread and has roasted mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, a basil pesto sauce, mayo, and mozzarella. The flavor combination is incredible. Some of my other favorites are the avocado toast, biscuits and turkey sausage gravy, pesto chicken quinoa bowl, elevated egg sandwich, and eggs benedict. Whatever you go with, make sure to get a side of their seasoned potatoes. Overall, a great, family friendly spot to have a delicious meal.

I decided to place a pick up order today while I was out running some errands in the South Hills. I ordered on their website which was super easy to do. They gave me a pick up time 13 mins from when it was placed so I headed on over to wait in their parking lot till it was ready. I did end up waiting an additional 5-10 minutes which was no big deal for me as it was around what seemed to be a lunch rush. I did pick it up then run to my next errand so it did sit for about 15 minutes before I got to eat it. But in no way did that effect it, it tasted so good and I could not imagine how good it would have been if I ate it right away. Absolutely loved the house roasted onions and tomatoes on it!! Their horseradish sauce on the side completely blew me away, totally enhanced the sandwich. I was unable to eat my side salad though because I was missing silverware even-though I did select them to put some in the bag. No biggie on the utensils though as I was stuffed after eating the sandwich and had no room if I tried. They did put sugar in my bag for my iced tea which I requested.

First watch is a great brunch spot!! They have a wide variety of choices on their menu. You can get your green juice or your Bloody Mary--they have it all!! I'm a big fan of their iced coffee and their veggie hash. Orri was a fabulous server! You can also put your name in the list on Open Table which is nice because there's often a wait on the weekends.

First Watch is a go-to for us! Really love the blt Benedict and breakfast sandwich! There's something about First Watch that just feels higher quality than other breakfast chains. I want to try their breakfast drinks but haven't yet. We are also big fans of the kale tonic juice! Going around 8:30/8:45 on a weekend usually means there is little to no wait, so that's what we usually do.

We had 2 breakfasts here on our recent trip to Pittsburgh & both were excellent. For one, I had the salmon frittata. It was delicious & came with a nice side salad. For the other, I had the avocado toast, which I've had before. It was delicious as well. It came with 2 eggs.

Visited First Watch at the Robinson location with my girlfriend for brunch. This was my first time back in a long time to a First Watch. The eggs benedict was really good but I didn't love the toppings for the BLT (weren't as fresh). Next time I may consider a different customization for eggs bene. Potato's were delicious and would highly recommend! Overall meal was still pretty good

We've been going to first watch for a while. It's typically a crowd pleaser. I've had takeout before but it's never as good as going, even though you probably will have to wait at least on weekend mornings. Today we got the chickichanga which had the perfect amount of spice, the French toast, the lemon ricotta pancakes and the elevated breakfast sandwich. Our waitress was really nice and the food was delicious! Would def recommend for out of town guests as well

The Shakshouka was bomb the eggs were poached to perfection! The bread was nice and fresh it was soft but still sturdy enough to use to dip! The cereal milk latte is another staple for me I mean how can it not be. The espresso was delicious and the Honey Nut Cheerios was the perfect subtle flavor! Not too sweet which i appreciate. Speaking of sweet the zebra cakes were INSANE. Huge and only $5 which I thought wasn't bad! Always delicious here and vibes are great both inside and out!

Display cases were full of baked goods such as cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, cruffins, tarts, cakes, breads. I have been to the Mediterranean, and I thought that most of the baked goods here were not Mediterranean. While I waited in a slowly moving line of other customers to order from the bakery, I browsed the shelves in the market. I saw cheeses, bottled beverages such as wines, packaged foods such as grape leaves, and chocolates. I could not find price tags on all foods, so I recommend that those be added. I purchased three baked goods for a total of $15. I rate the croissticky as 5 stars, the cinnamon roll as 3.5 stars, and the raisin-oatmeal cookie as 4 stars.

I got to try their Samarkand plov/osh, Samarkand bread/naan/non, Napoleon cake, and the suzma. I really enjoyed nearly all of the items. Starting backwards with the suzma, this was kind of like labneh, the Turkish yogurt dish. Quite good, but this felt a little more liquidy while still being rich. Very strong whole milk flavor. The Uzbek bread is always delicious. They give you a huge piece of bread that is crunchy at the sides and soft in the middle. Perfect for eating any of the main entrees with, especially kebabs. Nice seed topping as well. The Samarkand plot was quite nice too. My first time ever having plov, finally! Glad to try it from this place. They give you a nice serving size. The rice is a little bit oily, and I typically like the rice to be cooked longer (it still had a pretty strong bite to it), but the flavor was nice overall. Savory from the meat, sweet (almost a bit too sweet) from the carrots, and richness from the spices and oil. I really liked that they included chickpeas as well. All in all, I quite enjoyed this place. Probably not my favorite Uzbek in the area, but still, very good. I would like to come back to try some of the other items they added.

The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the time we arrived until we left, often checking on our experience without being intrusive. They also helpfully explained the menu and the presence of some special treats already on the table when we arrived--there for guests coming to break their fast for that day of Ramadan. We very much enjoyed everything we ate, starting with a Samosa and Shuba (with the awesome translation of "Fur Coat"), and through our main courses of Plov, Layered Uzbek dumplings, and steak with rice. The Plov and layered dumplings were particular standouts for generous servings of perfectly seasoned dishes with complex flavor--seem like they would be particularly great entry points for folks less familiar with Uzbek cuisine. We were too full to eat dessert, but took home some honey cake for dessert. That was reminiscent of baklava with its layers of crispy cake and honey, but also very much its own thing, and definitely something I will be ordering next time, too. I worry folks will miss this local gem down at the end of the Kuhn's parking lot, and hope the word gets out--it's definitely worth a visit!
