We had avocado toast, pancakes, waffles bacon. Serving size is enormous! Enough to share family style. Bring your appetite. Everything was delicious! read more

By far one of the best breakfast places Tucson has!!! I love that they have healthier options, place is ALWAYS clean, & their menu offers so much you don't know what to eat lol I LOVE options. So far I've been in about 2 times and I've had two different meals and I love love love!! Wish it was closer to where I live but that's ok. Price wise it ain't that bad I think their portions make up for their prices. I would definitely go back in again! read more

As a regular of the First Watch in our town, it was interesting to visit one in another city. The food was as good or better than our local one and this location was much bigger. Both visits to this restaurant, we brought a large party and the service was quick and efficient even with the number of people in the party. read more

Went there about a week ago. It was okay. Has a rustic, down home country feel to it. Even in the restrooms. Food was good. Won't leave you feeling overly full, but who likes that feeling anyways? Ordered the Chickichanga and our second seat, ordered the lunch special of half sandwich roast beef & havarti and sweet honey pecan salad. The salad was DELICIOUS!! Small portions for the over priced items. Full pot of coffee for under $3 is pretty good though. They fill your cup and leave it at table. Also, the same with the water carafe, although the water is free. They do have coffee available for self-serve when you walk in, however we got seated before we could ever take advantage of that. The booth like tables are humongous which doesn't bother us as we like having a lot of room when we dine out. I noticed small bugs at this particular location and our particular table, that faced the back window wall as it was prime target for them, as did the table next to ours. Most of the TINY insects were in the coffee creamer dish, probably because of a liquid creamer that leaked. It was NOT infested though, which is good. Management said they had already set up the appointment, the next day to get the place sprayed. I'm sure the humid weather had something to do with it too. This is located in a plaza where you can eat, go shopping, and do business, all in the same parking lot! Located in the Olive Garden Plaza behind the Olive Garden next to Pita Jungle. read more

Do you like bacon? Do you like avocados? Do you like omelet? Well, you need a Bacado in your life. It's my favorite thing on the menu. My kids love their chocolate chip pancakes too. Their coffee is yummy too especially with french vanilla creamer! Customer Service is friendly and fast. Overall, we'll come back! read more

I miss The Good Egg.........profoundly. I would breakfast/brunch there two or three mornings each week. My visits to First Watch are much much less frequent. What happened? Most of what I liked about The Good Egg has been lost and what's new has not impressed me. A breakfast dish that featured avocado came with very un-ripe avocado that was firm and tasteless. On another occasion a club sandwich came with untoasted white bread (I was told later it was supposed to be sourdough, but it was flavorless) that just crumbled and could not hold together the sandwich. But that's a sampling of the "new" I don't care for. But even more problematic is the "old" that I miss: 1) The Good Egg had the best bacon in town. Thick and meaty, it was the best. No longer. 2) The new more limited menu has 86'd my favorite dishes, many of which had a flavor punch from Southwest influences....the Huevos Rancheros, Old Pueblo, Wildcat Scramble, Macho Nacho, etc. These offered me an occasional indulgence and diversification from my more routine bacon/sausage and egg breakfasts. 3) There used to be a selection of coffees including a special coffee than was most often a dark roast or a full-bodied Sumatran. No more. 4) I always choose to exclude potatoes from my dishes. The Good Egg would always substitute some Greek yogurt in its place with a dispenser of honey. 5) No longer is there a loyalty punch card. No longer is there my loyalty. Service and décor are both very good. But the primary reason to visit, the food, is just not what it used to be. read more

Food is pretty great. I ordered the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl and has it delivered through Uber Eats. It was very filling and excellent despite my poached eggs being tiny bit over done. I will definitely be ordering from here again and I hope to go in person sometime! read more

Food and experience was amazing, the staff is always lovely and attentive! The only complaint I have is it was extremely warm in the restaurant and I was sweating just sitting there :( I felt bad for the workers running around! read more

Had the chorizo omelette. Delicious. It came with seasoned potatoes and multigrain toast and preserves. I have to say that not only was the omelette delicious but the potatoes and toast are the best I've had. I will be going back. read more

I have loved First Watch since it opened, still do, but this location struggles with consistency. The service is still fine, it's the kitchen that's inconsistent. I've had the braised short rib benedict twice in the last week with very different sauces and potatoes. Once with cubed potatoes and a yellow sauce and today with almost mashed potatoes and a white sauce. The sauces are often broken. Today one poached egg had runny whites and the other egg had a hard yoke. For the first time I had to ask for different coffee because the pot delivered to the table was so strong I couldn't water it down enough to make it palatable. I still love the menu, especially the seasonal menu. I'll just have to drive a little further to another location. read more

We had some gift cards so we figured we'd give First Watch a try. I wasn't overly impressed with my Biscuits and Turkey gravy--the biscuits were dry, the gravy was adequate, and the eggs, which I asked to be over-medium, were in fact barely over easy. I'm beginning to wonder if chefs know the difference. Anyways, my wife had the Elevated Egg sandwich and it was actually quite tasty. I'd go back for one of those: fried egg though they say "it's an over easy egg" bacon, Gouda, avocado, and arugula. It was good stuff. Overall, the experience was positive and good. But nothing more. Nice enough staff. I suppose I'd return. read more

Very good food and good service, but some of the seasonal drinks are weird. I highly recommend this place

First time here. The vibe inside was cool and relax. There is a big assortment of breakfast meals on the menu. They offer a wide variety of healthy meals. The wait for our meal was not long. Our waitress is friendly, courteous and helpful. The food presentation was outstanding and the meal itself was very good. I highly recommend the waffle!!!! The only negative part of breakfast is there was some annoying flies inside the restaurant! I will be back here for breakfast!!! read more

First off let me start by saying i LOVE the Fresh orange juice here. So as I'm waiting to get my food this oj already has me thinking about how amazing the meal is going to be. I ordered the works omelet, this thing is HUGE! And very tasty. I would recommend this to everyone! This place is amazing! read more

I've tried this restaurant 3 times now. Every time my eggs were wrong and I had to send them back. I ended up not eating them, and by the time they would bring me what they thought was correct.. my other food was cold. I told the manager. He just said, " sorry ". They never offered to take anything off my bill. I've never been to a big chain restaurant before, that never strived to make the customer happy. They were busy, so it's like they didn't care. I felt sorry for my waitress, however. read more

I love all the First Watch restaurants, but I especially love this location. The vibe is always relaxing and refreshing. The staff is so nice and helpful. Emily was our waitress today and she was so kind and sweet. Thank you for another positive experience! read more

This is my second time reviewing this location after a very poor experience the first time I visited. Management reached out to me, which was appreciated. This time I visited with a couple co-workers. Service was okay. The hostess could use a few tips on their attitude. I visit the Speedway location often and find it to be a much more pleasant experience than here. read more

I got the Farmhouse Hash. It was excellent and tasted fresh. Their new drink the Blue Booster was very tasty, added bonus that it's healthy. The customer service was impeccable. Will return to try new items on the menu. It has soooo many choices that I can't wait to try. read more

Holy cow it is all great here!! I am not one to eat out for breakfast but now I am! The million dollar bacon was so rich in flavor. I absolutely loved the kale tonic even though I don't like kale haha. The flavors are just super rich and super fresh. It is worth what you pay for it and the service is always friendly. read more

I love the juices at this place and not to mention the omelettes are phenomenal would deffintley recommend to freinds and family or anyone who enjoys great service and great food as well my server matt was freindly and provided great service thanks to all of you at first watch and happy new year ! read more

I called this morning at 0700 to place a to go order. The lady on the phone stated because of COVID they want orders to be placed on line and not be phone. I decided to just walk in and place an order as I was almost there anyway. I get there at about 0702, place my order and they tell me to go wait outside for my order. I asked if the dining room is open for business and she stated, oh yeah, it is, just due to COVID precautions we are asking to go orders to wait outside. There was no other customers in the restaurant. Just the server and a manager was sitting sorting silverware. She brings my food out at 0712 and tells me they are out of plastic silverware. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. read more

This is my new favorite breakfast place! I had the Bacodo omelet and it was to die for. My sister had the traditional and was so pleased to be able to upgrade her whole grain toast to a gluten free option at no extra cost. So currently I went to this First Watch location and will never ever come back. First I walked in and was over looked then was seen. I sat down and looked around and seen how management was running the staff, I didn't know who was running the floor nor the staff, as well the way they speak to each other as well side talk is NOT professional. Your guest come first right this is why I will not return to First Watch read more

Scarlett was super friendly and delivered amazing customer service. I was completely satisfied with my meal and everyone else was welcoming from the moment i walked in. I'll definitely be back soon. read more

Just when I could not believe there was a worse place to eat in Tucson I came across First Watch. The 9 dollar veggie sandwich was made with supermarket quality multigrain bread, smothered in some cheese. The coffee reminded me of Sanka The side of homes fries or whatever they were the most disgusting potatoes I ever saw and tasted before I spat them out. One has to be a very unmotivated cook to serve those soggy tired, badly cooked potatoes. What I find amazing are the amount of folks eating that overpriced garbage. Thank you First Watch, you are the last straw in such a mediocre town, I will cook.and entertain at home from now on! read more

We were in town for a wedding and had an amazing breakfast this weekend. We were able to add our names to the wait list via the yelp app and the wait time was spot on. Food was excellent, not huge portions of greasy breakfast like some places. Service was good and very accommodating. The only aspect stopping a 5 star review is waiting in line at the front of the restaurant to pay the bill. I don't understand why places do this when you have had a server throughout the meal. Creates congestion of people waiting for tables and people waiting to pay. Overall great place for breakfast/brunch. Wish we had a place this good by our house read more

My first time there today and I had the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl which was so good; hot and delicious. I feel full but not stuffed and think it was a very nutritious meal option. The waitress was a delight and even offered us water to go, so nice!!! I think the food came out in a timely manner so we could get back to the office after a short while, always a plus. They have juices as well, so I'll definitely be back. read more

This is our "Go-to" restaurant (Grant and Swan location) if we decide to go out for breakfast on a Saturday. The wait staff is wonderful as they are friendly and caring. I enjoy watching folks working together as a team and they are willing to support and help each other here. I always get the vibe that the staff likes working here as they are quick to share a smile and seem to enjoy interactions with each other and their customers. The menu offers a ton of really tasty options, the prices are fair, and it's always meticulously clean here. read more

Their smoked salmon eggs Benedict with potatoes are to die for! Not to mention how amazing the Millionaire bacon is. Worth the drive down.

The food and staff were amazing. They were so friendly and polite. I got attended and served fast. Highly recommend eating here

I just recently moved here from Pennsylvania so I was looking for something familiar and fresh during my lunch break. Of course I was elated to find First Watch. I only had 45 minutes so I was in a hurry. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was quite friendly. My food was received in maybe 10 minutes after I was seated and it was fresh and full of flavor. I don't care what they say about the dressing for the salad but it's more than just lemon juice. I'm hooked on it. The best part about this visit was my lovely server, Scarlet. She was attentive, warm, kind, and genuine. Being a former server I was totally won over by here smile and her sweet disposition. I will be coming back and I'm hoping I have her again. She was a joy. This place was a delight. I did a Google review and I had to to a Yelp review. 100% recommend read more

Just arrived in Tucson a couple of weeks ago and this is a favorite spot already. The food is delicious, and portions are perfect, with a lot of fresh and healthy options. The staff is super friendly and if you're lucky enough Arianna will be your server. She was extremely accommodating during my last visit and reconfirmed the excellent quality of this place. Kudos to the staff and cookers! read more

The food was great & flavorful! I love the fact that they have a wide selection of gluten-free options!

Definitely a nice place to go and get away. I ordered the regular French toast and it was amazing! The bread was fairly large and perfectly cooked. The berries that came with it were equally as good. I also ordered the million dollar bacon! It was phenomenal!!!! Definitely recommend coming here. read more

Today I was in the mood on trying a new brunch location and this place really hit the spot. For starters, this place has a nice ambience and is very clean. It is not too loud and would be a great place to catch up with a friend or family. When my friend and I arrived, we were seated within just a few minutes. Our server, Justine, was friendly, warm welcoming and extremely informative on helping me narrow down the menu. I loved how they have a wide variety of options on their menu. As well, I really enjoyed the fact that their produce is locally grown! I decided to go with 2 seasonal dishes of the (1) truffled wild mushroom frittata and (2) pumpkin pancakes. I highly recommend the mushroom frittata being perfectly savory with the garlic and herb cream cheese and well filling. It came with a side of ciabatta and fresh fruit. The pumpkin pancakes were very good as well if you do enjoy a little spice for flavoring. As well the presentation of the dish was delightful. Needless to say I will for sure be coming back to First Watch! read more

My favorite breakfast/brunch place! Even though it's a chain, I love it every time. They've got a lot of options and healthier options as well which I love. The staff has been very friendly and prompt every time I've gone. I think my favorite thing about first watch though is that the waiters/waitresses give you the check BEFORE you're done eating which I think should be standard practice at all restaurants. I haven't had a bad thing here so I think you'll enjoy anything you get here. Great portion sizes as well. I usually have leftovers to take back. read more
