We ordered a pick up order this morning and it was supposed to be finished at 9:21. It was not. They do not have effective systems in place for how they run things here. They put a completely different name on our order because spelling is hard. And I bet you are thinking, why not just use the ticket from the order to label the bag... Me too! So instead of looking to see if that was our ordered they made us wait another 20 minutes for our order. This place is not worth going to. We are done. So many other breakfast places in Tukee that are family owned. They will get my business. read more

Heard great things about this place and had to come try it out. I went in on a Tuesday morning and unfortunately there was no host available, service was decent and the inside of the restaurant is massive and had plenty of seating area. There was also a nice bar area if you're looking for some drinks as well. The food was great the cinnamon pancake plate was awesome and the omelette was done very well. The golden cinnamon roll was alright, nothing crazy, I wouldn't recommend it. Other than that I highly recommend coming if you're looking for a great breakfast spot. read more

So far this location has been a hit or miss. When it's good it's great, but when it's not it's real bad. Service- Again, when it's good it's great. Hosts and servers are super friendly. When it wasn't so good the host was still great. But my server on a particular day was awful. She didn't share her name when first coming to take my drink order. Moves at a snails pace, didn't check on me once during my meal (I had to stop her to ask for things), she didn't make eye contact, smile, nothing. Just overall terrible. This particular female may have been young/new to the game. So if management takes notice she definitely needs more training. Food- I've had some great meals here. The French toast is so good, as are the waffles. I also love the option for turkey sausage (not a fan of regular sausage). Pancakes aren't bad but you really have to like the multigrain taste. Bacon is either not good quality or the cooks fudge it up a bit. I believe one visit it was good, but lately it's been diner bacon quality and over cooked. SO happy there is a First Watch within minutes of my house! I'm very pleased with the restaurant layout, service, and food. The restaurant is huge and the two times I've been have been busy with either no way time at all or very quick! It's okay. There's other locations that are better than this one. They burnt the pancake- it was not fluffy like the other location. The server didn't seem to know the menu very well. Also upcharge the pancake by $1.20 when the menu listed it at a lower price. Felt rush, server gave us the check when we weren't even done eating. This is a cute little restaurant with barn style vibes. It was a hot one, and I didn't want something heavy, so the waitress suggested the powerful plate with chia pudding. It was fantastic! Fresh fruit, amazing flavor. My family got the buscuits and gravy and the simple breakfast. Both are very delicious. We also opted to try their Muffin of the Day, which was chocolate chip. I was a little sad returning to the past home of our Ahwatukee Sweet Tomatoes but they did a fantastic job remodeling it into a huge First Watch. The restaurant is big and beautiful, and the food and staff are excellent. We did have a slight problem with our food but they fixed it and took it off the bill. The food was so fresh tasting and the prices are very reasonable. We are so happy to have a First Watch close to our house. read more

I usually love this place! So I was super bummed out when I was talking all good about it and brang my girlfriend there for a nice brunch on Thursday, unfortunately didn't live up to the same standard it was before our server younger gal Emily was super short with us the whole time she argued when I ordered soup instead of salad with my sandwich and overall had a pretty poor attitude (not what I'm used to with first watch) then the food came out and my bread wasn't toasted the substitutions I made (no tomatoes) was not fulfilled and the bacon was serverly over cooked(there bacons the best part usually) not to mention the iced coffee we got served the cup had cream all over it super messy and unpleasant. I will not being going back to this location again maybe I'll just make the longer drive next time I want a nice brunch spot. Super disappointed. read more

I specifically asked for no parsley/green onions on anything and it still had them on the eggs. We have been wanting to give the new FirstWatch in our neighborhood a try, but also wanted to wait a month or so for them to work out any missteps that happen with a new place. So we finally had brunch here this past Thursday morning, and so glad we did. The place wasn't very busy on that day/time. (We really like how the old sweet tomatoes place was brought back to life, it's a very comfortable clean atmosphere love the flooring :) ) Our female server (she wasn't wearing a name tag) was very good at taking care of all that we needed. She was polite to both of us without being intrusive. She brought two small carafes one with coffee and the other cold water, must say we loved that little touch. I had the Bacado omelette with thicker multi grain toast with strawberry jam and a side of greens (fresh arugula etc) you could sub their potatoes for the greens if you preferred. Id def recommend, eggs. avocado. bacon and cheese enough said Yummo. Hubs had the Shishito Breakfast Hash and potatoes with a glass of oj. Oh he also liked the cheesy grits served in their own ramekin melted cheesy goodness on top. He said he would order again, too. We liked that you could pay from the table with phone. We had a nice brunch here and recommend. About $50 for the 2 of us. Couple of side notes.. they have limited "bar" seating, several breakfast mixed drinks with and without alcohol.
