We were seated right away. We ordered the morning mediation drink. It was delicious. Our food came out within minutes of placing the order. We had the Works Omelette which came with a salad and a side of toast. We also had a Monterey club sandwich which comes with the choice of a soup or salad. We got the Tomato basil soup. My sister found this place on yelp as it was close by to our hotel and we were able to walk to it. The place is under construction so it was kind of hard to find at first but thankfully we kept pressing on and stumbled our way into the place by accident. As soon as we walked in, we were seated right away and our drink orders were taken which for me was coffee and water. My nephew got an iced coffee. These were served to us fairly quickly. The menu is short and sweet but they have so many options it was hard for me to make up my mind!! The portions were just right too and so was the price. My nephew ordered the waffle and avocado toast, my sister got the pumpkin pancakes and eggs with sausage from The seasonal menu along with the million dollar bacon. I got the healthy turkey whic surprisingly I enjoyed!! We all liked our food that we didn't really share much less got a bite from earl he other's dish and went back to eating our own!! I thought I was going to dislike this place but I was wrong! It's cheap but very fresh/good quality food with a variety of other options for those who really are not that into breakfast food. I came against my will (secretly whining like a big baby on the inside) but left thinking it could be a new regular lunch spot. I had a half sandwich and salad combo which was great! It's all about the food First Watch has always been a long time favorite if you're looking for a nice brunch with great service. Our server was attentive, without being intrusive and our meals were both tasty. The restaurant was busy, however, the wait wasn't very long. Once seated our drinks were brought quickly. Everyone tried something different. I ordered pancakes with warm syrup, eggs, and bacon, and it was delicious. The bacon was crispy and pancakes were light and fluffy. It says it is wrapped in a tortilla but I was thinking it is wrapped in an egg frittata, which is fine with me. The filling was tasty with the chicken, sausage, chilies and a bit of cheese. The side potatoes were, well, meh. Added some hot sauce to it from the little basket of condiments on the table. That helped. My companion had the eggs benedict florentine. Actually, we took half of each home and I had the rest. It wasn't bad. Nothing to make it stand out. She also ordered coffee, which they give you a pot. I tried it. Not bad at all. Checked in on the app, which is so handy by the time we got there we (party of 4) only had to wait about 8 minutes. The staff at the desk is very nice and efficient. They have a new seasonal menu so I started with the juice bar I had the kale tonic (kale, apple, cucumber and lemon) it was extremely fresh and delicious. I always appreciate a water pitcher on the table because I go through a lot of water. Server was very friendly and knowledgeable. My mom had the eggs Benedict with a side salad and hollandaise sauce on the side. (She enjoyed it and took half home) My father had the oatmeal with a variety of fruits and it came with a fresh muffin. MINE off the seasonal menu I choose the carnitas breakfast burrito ( I wasn't in the mood for pork so I asked for it without) it was delicious! We ate there yesterday morning, we had a group of 7. We had no problems getting a table, our group had the Belgium waffles with berry compote, french toast with million-dollar bacon, and avocado toast (which is what I had). The avocado toast came with eggs, the server didn't ask how I wanted my eggs, they came over hard. Not my preference. The avocado tasted strange. Another one in our group order the same dish the waiter didn't ask him about the eggs either and his avocado also tasted strange. I asked the waiter whats int he avocado he said lemon, salt, and pepper. I told him it tasted weird, he said its probably the lemon. Either way, everyone else (except the other person who ordered the avocado toast) enjoyed their food, I didn't even finish my meal other than the side of bacon I ordered. It's a pretty decent brunch place! I ordered the seasonal special of pumpkin pancake and the special bacon. I got the bacon because of the cayenne pepper spices, but I barely noticed it. My pancake also came with eggs, I ordered them over easy but they came over medium borderline over hard. My boyfriend got the braised short rib Benedict. That was super amazing. The service was about 9/10. The waitress came a perfect amount during the meal, but once they give you the check, they don't come by and I obviously needed a box. read more

Also, maybe just as important, I've never waited more than 15 min for a table even on the weekends, which is why I seek this location out specifically... hopefully my praise doesn't let the secret out and change that! I love the avocado toast and the traditional eggs Benedict, but you can't go wrong with the elevated egg sandwich either. I'm a big fan of simplicity in restaurants, and unfortunately the check out process of waiting by the front desk to pay for your meal in the crowded lobby area is not always the simplest, though it's not horrible either. Honestly, I don't really have any complaints about this place! It reminds me a lot of Panera Bread, but on a much more healthier tip! Consistently good! Great food, great service. Their waffles are better than their pancakes. (however great their pancakes are). I particularly like their juices and their omelettes. This location has great walking for afterwards around the building. I would suggest first watch over Snooze unless you want a particularly UNIQUE breakfast. Personally, I'm more a fan of healthy options, SOLID classic breakfast, consistency and great service all the while, little to no wait. Snooze is great is you want candied bacon, sweet potato pancakes and other obscure breakfast options and are okay with a 45 minute wait. read more

Horrible customer service with rude staff. Sat outside and took our waitress 15 mins to ask about drinks, then we waited 40 mins for our food to come out. I asked for ketchup and the waitress appeared bothered that I asked for this along with water she never brought in the beginning. She never came back around until well after we finished our meal and brought our receipt. We go to the cashier and she was just plain rude, didn't even greet us. Omg! This place was amazing! My boyfriend suggested it and I had never heard of it before. I didn't have my phone on me either so I had no idea what I was in for. We came for brunch on a Saturday afternoon. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting but the hostess said the wait was only 15 minutes so we decided it should be worth it. The wait time was accurate and they had plenty of space to wait around at outside and inside. Inside there was complimentary coffee and water along with newspapers and menus which made the 15 minutes feel like 5. The couches were super comfy too so that probably helped! The place itself was darling. It had a very charming ambiance that was fluid throughout. I got a superfood a.m. bowl that consisted of a chia seed pudding topped with tons of fruits and a side of peanut butter toast. Four of us were here for brunch. We had the tri fecta, chickichanga, energy bowl and avocado toast. I tried all four and it was just Amazinggg!!! The blueberry muffin in trifecta was really tasty.
