Beautiful and creative place to gather with friends & family or just have a quick bite by yourself. The menu has a lot of variety so for sure you will find something to satisfy a craving. The service was quick. I must say that after they brought the check, the serving crew didn't check on the table. It was my first time there snd at this place you pay at the cashier by the entry way. I work across the street at the hospital and have come in to eat once, but also have ordered online and just went in and picked it up, which was easy because the order was ready on the shelf by the door. I love the ham and guyere omelette and the kale juice is really yummy. read more

I visited this spot for the very first time and I was impressed. I was craving pancakes so I ordered one blueberry and one carrot cake pancake. The blueberry pancakes hit the spot with fresh blueberries. We also ordered a Omelet dish and a side of the bacon and grits. The Omelet didn't come out with cheese on top (I guess we should have asked or should have known it doesn't come with it), the bacon was fatty. I guess I should have asked to have it well done. The grits....Nah! Lacked the butter and milk, pretty thick (but the cheese melted on top nicely). I would visit again, but now I know what to get and what to stay away from. The customer service was GREAT! Although I will ask to have a bigger seating area next time, the waitress checked on us and made us feel welcomed. read more

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent value! Been coming here for years and was surprised to find out I have never reviewed it. Food is always good and very fresh. You can taste the high quality ingredients that are used. This place prides itself on high quality and it shows in the final product. Have tried many different things but my go to items are: avocado toast, the chickichanga and during the fall pumpkin pancakes. Today I got the pumpkin pancake breakfast and man was it delicious. Food comes out quickly and even if you have to wait before being seated it is definitely worth the wait. Wasted my time Called in an order at 9:15 got to the restaurant at 9:30. Two employees asked about my order and what I was waiting on but neither of them even went to the kitchen to check on it. I've made this order previously at around the same time as this restaurant is pretty close to my work and I go in around this time. Waited until 9:40 until I finally left because at that point I was gonna either 1. Gonna be late to work if they barely started making my sandwich when I walked in or 2. I am so food sensitive to gluten free, sugar free and even certain cooking oils! I have eaten at First Watch every day for the last 3 because I felt so great after the first day. I literally ordered the same skillet every day. They are so accommodating, food was great. Great ingredients, great service, I ate outside and location was so convenient! Love this location for First Watch. For starters it has been here as long as I can remember. Secondly , I love the food! It is always fresh and hot. The service is wonderful as well. 3 of us came for lunch recently. About 1:20pm. Close to closing ,as they only serve Breakfast and Lunch here. Even though ,they seated us in a section they had already closed,(because, my friend wanted to seat there). I thought that was very nice of them. Our service was great and so was our food. Remember if you sign up on line at their website , they will give you coupons via email. Even a free meal for your Birthday. I am totally in love with their fresh brewed mango iced tea, it is really good. Their food is more on the healthy side and offers some choices that are not on most breakfast/lunch spots. I have tried their eggs benedict with turkey & avocado and it was wonderful. The turkey here tastes fresh roasted and is sliced super thin. Also had their waffle...wow!! its light, fluffy, and not too sweet. Comes with hot syrup and a fruit compote. Service here is excellent all around, even when they are super busy. As someone who loves variety and trying out new things, one thing I love about First Watch is their seasonal menu, which always includes fun and unique items such as the butternut squash bisque and pomegranate mule. On my visit, I ordered the biscuits with turkey sausage gravy, which also came with eggs and potatoes. Their biscuits were fresh and warm, and the gravy was rather addictive, but I found the potatoes to be kind of dry and flavorless. Overall, I found First Watch's service and atmosphere to be top-tier, but their food a little lacking. Their menu offers a variety of different items, so maybe I'll give it another chance! read more

This used to be my fave place. The omelets choices were all stellar. I met two friends here last weekend and we were all disappointed. I will be very detailed here as to why in the hopes they will fix it. First of all, the bacon in/on the bacado used to be crunchy, fresh and plentiful. This time, a few soggy pieces scattered. The cheese is different, I know they know the difference but the freshly grated mix was better. And almost no avocado. This for a rather expensive omelet. My friend got the scramble and said the same, just not special. Service was also not like it used to be. It seems they have gotten tired and complacent here and need to get their fire back. Seeing I used to meet friends here every weekend, I am hoping they will have a talk with the cooks there to bring it back to its former self. read more

Food was good (8 out of 10). Service was reasonably attentive and friendly (8.5 out of 10). Atmosphere was pretty normal for a breakfast place, nothing earth shattering, but decent (7 out of 10). Bathrooms were really dirty/old (4 out of 10). Manager was very friendly and seemed to care about the business, I'd give him a 9 out of 10. Food was a bit pricey for the portion size (7 out of 10), although I didn't leave hungry. Overall I'd give First Watch a 7 out of 10. Would I go back? Yes, if there were nothing else to pique my interest to try and to review, that was close by, I'd go again to see if it's different from this experience (not that it was a bad experience). Would I run back if there were other places close by that I had not been? Not right away. But, If I wanted a good standby restaurant with decent food, a decent atmosphere, good service where I wasn't expecting to be blown away, ya, I'd stop in again. read more

It was ok I guess. I had the huevos rancheros, hubby had the traditional breakfast. For me - the beans tasted like canned beans, the tortilla tasted store bought like mission tortillas & the chorizo was a tablespoon so more beans than anything. My over-easy eggs, sliced avocados & potatoes were probably the only thing fresh. Oh, and the pico de gallo was pretty good. So overall it was alright for the amount of serving you get & $. If you're starving it'll fill you up. Most likely won't visit again. Husband said it was bland but did the job (after adding salt, pepper & hot sauce) since he was starving. I was lucky enough to get the chance to attend the Make A Wish Foundation yelp event that took place here last week. We had the opportunity to preview their new fall menu. The meal started with a pomegranate mule that was very refreshing and well balanced between the line, ginger and pomegranate. The first course was a truffled wild mushroom frittata. The truffle flavor was present without being overwhelming and the toast was delicious as well. Nice and crispy, buttery and complimented the flavors of the frittata well. Next we had the heritage pork chops and eggs. A bone in pork chop with an apple compote accompanied by eggs and grits. This was my least favorite meal of the night, I am not a grits fan and it was further confirmed that night. The dish definitely needed a carb to balance the protein but grits would not be my choice. The flavors of the dish actually reminded me of thanksgiving leftovers which was interesting. I did enjoy the apple compote tho, that was a nice addition to the pork chop. Finally, we had the pumpkin pancake breakfast which was surprisingly good. Unpopular opinion warning! I am not a huge pumpkin spice fan, but the way they prepared their pancakes was perfect. Moist, flavorful and delicious. I wouldn't mind going back for more of those! The chicken sausage patty was actually pretty good too, I wasn't expecting that based off of appearance alone. Overall, it was a solid breakfast for dinner event and it made me rethink my dislike for pumpkin spice! read more

Was skeptical to try this place because I am scared of trying new things. I finally gave in to my boyfriend's insisting to try this "posh" place. I finally gave in and I was pleasantly surprised by HOW GOOD the food and service was given my reluctance to come. I ordered the Chickichanga and added jalapeños for an extra kick and was practically licking my plate clean. Even the iced coffee was delicious and lord knows I HATE coffee hand to Jesus.
