I went to the one on Glendale by the Cardinal stadium, they seem to be frowned on singles customers, they offer you a seat at the counter, if you don't take them, they tell you, there's a wait, then, people, shoppers, doubles triples they go ahead of you, you have to ask I was next, but they seem to not care but yet they set you down and you wait and wait until one of the waitresses noticed that I've been sitting there by myself for a while, then a waitress comes to me and asked me what do I want, I say it's about time. I hope you don't expect a tip then she frowned, pass me to a new waitress, knowing she wasn't getting a tip, but this young waitress was better and attentive. She got a tip just to show that if you're single and going to first watch, it's better to go to wildflower bread Company for breakfast they don't frown on singles.ps the bar at this establishment problem is that the chairs are too close and people that cough or sneeze definitely can get on your food and on you, I lived on a farm, and resembles a pig trough to close to enjoy a nice breakfast, I understand that money is there solely purpose but u should remove one chair in between, elbow room so u can eat attention read more

This spot was very good. We ordered our food to go and it was filled quickly. The steel cut oatmeal was really good. The farmers house skillet hash was excellent. Would definitely come back for breakfast. read more

This place has definitely changed for the better since the days when I used to come many moons ago. The menu has been revamped as well as the interior. Service is also great as well. My son ordered the classic eggs Benedict with a side of home potatoes. He loved it. The eggs were perfectly poached. I ordered the mushroom frittata which came with a small slice of ciabatta bread and a side salad. I wish it would have come with a large slice of bread and instead of the salad, home potatoes. I am assuming it didn't because it was supposed to be one of their healthier options. It was still good nonetheless. The hubs ordered chorizo omelet and he really enjoyed it. We were all full by the end of breakfast. The best part is that you can be put on the wait list through Yelp which means you don't have to sit there and wait with the rest of the world. It tells you where you are in line and you just have to make sure you check in with the host/ess prior in order to not have your name marked off the list. I love this feature. We will definitely be back. read more

Loved this place. Food and drinks are delicious. Breakfast tacos are excellent and also the iced coffee (I got mine extra sweet!)

Came with our softball group when in town for a PGF qualifier. Food was great, had the Bacado Omlette, very tasty. Everyone in my group was pleased with the quality, and variety. Only wish was that I had two stomachs so I could try the lemon ricotta pancakes! (Which I was told we are excellent) read more

First time going here and WOW! Food and service was amazing! We loved everything we ordered. Fresh and very delicious. We happened to find this place close to our hotel and read the reviews which were great but being there and experiencing it for yourself is much doesn't do the pictures/reviews justice. Try it!!!! read more

Went back this morning and had the traditional breakfast, which was comped via Rebecca L. From customer service. I immediately noticed The sour dough toast had blue mold on the crust besides being untoasted and pointed it out to the server. The bacon was limp and rubbery. The eggs looked ok. Had fruit as a side. Our server was Eli and he was very polite. He immediately took the bread and replaced it with more untoasted sour dough. Needless to say, I did not eat any of my breakfast. Eli took it off the bill. I won't be returning. read more

I work right next to this place and am here at least twice a week. They never disappoint and the staff is awesome. I have been going here for over a year, but I felt the need to write a review today because I went with a huge group of coworkers and we all wanted seperate checks. Whenever I had done that anywhere else you can feel the tension from your waitress and even if they keep a smile you know deep down that they hate you for making that simple request that already knew was coming. Our waitress on the other hand brought it up right away since it was pretty clear and made it no big deal. She must have heard us complaining about going back to work because she offered to go cups without us needing to ask. She also noticed that one of my coworkers barely touched his food and didn't want it to go. She was concerned and asked him if there was something wrong with it. He had no complaints, his eye were just bigger than his stomach and the meal wouldn't make good leftovers, but he enjoyed what ate and was happy with it. She didn't press any further, but showed that she was observant and cared about our dining experience. I wish I got a copy of my receipt so I could remember her name because she deserves recognition, but she is short, thin, with a brown pixie cut and glasses. read more

Love everything about this place. Great ambiance, menu, and delicious bread. I recently got the book with all their signature recipes. They sell them for 20$ or so. Great thing to have. read more

First Watch is a good place to go with a couple people, or even with a group. Today we went and it seemed very warm in the restaurant, and I couldn't cool down while at breakfast. The service was great and friendly while also speedy. The food portions were a little smaller than I would've liked. Overall a good experience, especially because they had water and coffee while you wait to be seated! read more

This is my wife's "go to" place for lunch with friends & family. Great food, service, friendly staff!

Amazing place, so clean, food so fresh and tasty. Would be our regular breakfast place if we lived in Arizona.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast here last week. The avocado toast and egg were scrumptious! Also had great service and staff!

The food was absolutely delicious, the perfect mixture of ingredients and tastes. Atmosphere is farm style booths and tables, wait staff is very energetic and friendly. Highly recommend checking this place out, you will not be disappointed. read more

This place was great. It was super busy, but worth the wait. Our waitress Heather was very attentive, even though she was super busy. Our first time here and we loved it. I had the Belgian waffle and it was delicious. I loved that the syrup was warm. My daughter had the French Toast and she enjoyed it. My husband had the chorizo omelette and he loved the flavors. Good service and good food, so we were pleased. read more

Definitely yummy eggs benns so good service was great also they have amazing customer service

Very good breakfast place. Everyone was very pleasant. Food was great and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.

From the minute we walked in the door, you could tell this was a place that was going to feel like home. The people were awesome and friendly. The service was superb and the food amazing. I came for a business lunch meeting and the atmosphere is such that you can eat and have a conversation at the same time. The salad was fresh and tasted amazing. I cannot wait to go back and while this location is not in my normal area, it is one that I will keep in mind for all my meetings when I am in this area. Thank you for the great meal and a place that meetings can occur outside of my stuffy office!! read more

Excellent breakfast! Great ambience! The seasonal pumpkin pancakes were really good. Someone had the chikichanga, and another had the omelet. Even the toast looked yummy! read more

It's a chain, but I don't care. It's one of the best breakfast restaurants in Arizona. I've got tons of favorites and have never been disappointed. If you go on the weekend, plan on a wait, but it's worth it. read more

Excellent breakfast had the avocado and egg! So yummy and very filling ! Our server was wonderful too!

The food and service was good. Lots of options on the menu (and on the healthier side). The one thing did not like was the sheer amount of noise and hardness to the environment. Noise bounces off everywhere and gives the dining experience a bit of negative appeal. Not sure if you can soften up the space to make a bit less obtrusive. read more

delicious delicious food, I had the "2 for you" Market Veggie sandwich and Chicken Avocado Chop Salad (without the chicken) and the Pineapple Express Juice and it was amazing! The service was okay though, our waitress was not very personable, did not introduce herself, just kinda gave us our food and left. Didn't know we had to go up to the front counter to pay because our waitress just gave us our receipt and didn't tell us. Overall, the food was very much worth it, but it's a very busy restaurant so the service may not be that good. read more

I've dined here twice and the food was excellent both times. A great place to stop before or after a round of mini-golf!

This is my first time here at First Watch. The staff is very friendly and nice. The food is very delicious. I order the works omelet and my sister order their waffle. And the waffle was light and crispy just the way it should be. I really enjoy the breakfast here. It not your typical breakfast diner type. It is a bit more healthier. read more

Got on the wait list, arrived. It only to find out it's closed for construction. No warning or notice in yelp. Call ahead first.

Avacado Toast is marvelous . It comes with 2 eggs anyway you want. I so enjoyed my breakfast with coffee. The service is excellent. This could turn into our Sunday breakfast place. read more

Oh my the food! This place has great food! Farm stand tacos were cooked to perfection. I didn't think it could get any better and then I had the Pancake. Might be the best pancake I've ever eaten. Light fluffy, cooked beautifully. Aside from the amazing food the wait staff were courteous and efficient. Definitely will return! read more

Delicious breakfast and great menu of options. We ate outside because we had our dog and there was no wait. There was a wait to sit inside, but that's typical for a weekend. Great service! She was quick and very kind. Will be back. read more

Cute little place with polite staff and waitresses. I gave it a 3 stars because the menu needs alittle work.
