The food was sooo good. I'm never disappointed!! Service is also good. It was amazing

What a delightful restaurant. I understand that it is a chain restaurant with 5 places in the Tucson area alone, but the diverse, healthy menu and terrific service presenting tasty food sets it far above what you would expect. It was a genuine delight. My husband & I shared a Kale Tonic to start with, then I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich & my husband had the Ham & Gruyere Omelet. The waiter happily agreed to the modifications we both requested for each dish, at no extra charge. They came out exactly as we special ordered them! They also use the "NoWait" app, which makes it so easy to avoid any lengthy waits in line! You can get your place in line on your way there! We had to wait maybe only 2 or 3 minutes on arrival when others just arriving without having used the NoWait app were told that it would be 15 or so minutes! Both the restaurant and the NoWait app were great discoveries! read more

Had brunch here for the first time last weekend and it was not bad. A bit crowded but that's to be expected. I had the breakfast tacos and a Belgium waffle. It was pretty good. I would definitely go again. read more

First Watch - Cafes Near Me - Oro Valley, Arizona

We eat at First Watch often. They have a great menu and wide selection for both breakfast and lunch. Service is always friendly and food always perfectly prepared. First Watch is our #1 favorite place to eat in Oro Valley. read more

My wife and I both ordered over medium eggs. Mine were perfect and as expected. My wife's eggs were way underdone and likely not even over easy. This would have been fine had our attendant not engaged us in a discussion saying that my wife's eggs were over medium. She was unable to explain why my over medium eggs were different than my wife's over medium eggs. Simple fix replace the eggs and say your sorry. read more

Good food good ambience and good price. Their eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravy are amazing. Very friendly people.

Awesome food here I love this place !!! They are always busy but get you in really fast !! They are always super friendly and the prices are great too !! read more

Excellent food and service. Gets very crowded mid morning sundays. Pricey but creative and healthy (not a bunch of oil fried foods)

Prices are extremely expensive, service is good, but their "all natural" theme is jyst hype to up the prices. The food is just so so, and when my friend made a negative comment about the coffee, the manager was extremely rude to her. The cashier took the price of the coffee off our bill, but that's just not enticing enough for us to go back. read more

My experience at First watch was amazing my waitress was Tiffanie. She stayed on topic and also helped people that she didn't even seat which is a plus one! the food was amazing she was right on time when I needed her and asked me if I wanted more juice or coffee. I ordered the French toast and it was amazing and I loved the free WiFi I got all of my work done and ate at the same time. To get to my point my experience was amazing thank for your time have a great day. read more

I came to this location to have a brunch with my sister & we had a great experience!! Our server Vanessa, was super sweet & I can tell she did her very best to attend and serve us in fair timing! Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back!! read more

BAD NEIGHBOR. Apparently staff parks their cars next door so customers of Filibertos struggle for parking. First Watch management could do something about this, but apparently doesn't care to. I think I'll eat somewhere better managed! read more

Oro Valley's best breakfast spot! Beat the rush or you will be waiting for more than 30 minutes to enjoy the healthy menu! From fresh juices to the protein bowls or maybe the new Matcha Latte Pancakes may be more suiting to your fancy. Needless to say FIRST WATCH has something for everyone. read more

Always delicious. Staff is always friendly and smiling. Love the atmosphere Great location.

Best breakfast in the few months that we have lived here. Exceptional sausage skillet! Fresh ingredients! Great atmosphere. Will def return

We're here on vacation and wanted something outside of our hotel for breakfast. We couldn't be happier with this spot! Great view, good atmosphere, awesome service, and delicious foods and juices! Definitely our new spot for the next few days. read more

My first and last time at this restaurant. We waitet 45 minutes for our table, waitet another 35 for our food. 2 dishes came out and the other 2 people waitet another 10 minutes for their food. My eggs and potatoes were undercooked, I send it back, did not pay for it. The waiter offered me to redo my dish. Another 20 minute wait? No thank you. I will never come back. Also the floor was dirty. read more

I gave this an average score for reasons unrelated to the food. I had Eggs Benedict, and they were superb! The potatoes, however, were drenched in grease. The problem I had, as did another customer, were related to the manager's handling of a woman taking calls on her cell phone. She was sitting within close proximity, using her speaker phone, and took two calls. In total, she talked for about 20-25 minutes. I moved to another table, and another gentleman summoned the manager. The manager was reluctant to talk with the woman. I recommend that the place have a policy against taking cell phone calls inside or have the backbone to stand up to rude people. read more

Have loved First Watch in the past. After a year of not going there because of Covid, I tried it. Very disappointing. The service was terrible. We sat on the patio and after receiving our food, our server went missing. Everyone's food at my table was served cold. All were supposed to be hot dishes. The omelets used to be delicious. Now they are overcooked and under filled. And the potatoes were "old". Not going back anytime soon. read more

The service was terrific our server Vanessa did an exceptional job explaining the menu. She also was prompt and friendly. Food was delicious and very fresh. Price is reasonable. Would eat there again and looking forward to going back. read more

Behind a great manager there is great staff, the food is always on point, lots of menu options and made to order. Tiffany was great as she explained the menu options when ordering. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to customers needs. read more

I brought a large group(15) of women here for a luncheon on a Friday(March15th)to celebrate a special occasion and everyone couldn't have been nicer. Although they were busy(we did call ahead), everything went smoothly. Our server(Chloe)was patient with changes in our orders and very efficient. Cisco also assisted in serving us and did an excellent job. We were all extremely happy with our lunches. They all looked as attractive as they tasted. This restaurant is always consistent with food and service, but it was nice to see that neither suffered with a large group. read more

This is my third time here. So many good choices and the calorie counts help me to not be too bad. The avocado toast with eggs is excellent, also their salads are so creative and fresh. Today I'm trying the Turkey burger with soup d'jour. read more

Don't waste your time here. This restaurant has been declining for some time and today's complete service failure from start to finish made it evident we won't be going back. Quoted a 25 minute wait, but waited 70 minutes (after checking in 4 different times) due to complete disorganization at the host stand and caused upset for everyone waiting. Once seated, I had to go get a server across the restaurant to order drinks and food after 30 minutes of no check in. Had to subsequently go get the server 2 more times after that to inquire on food, which arrived AFTER 2 HOURS at the restaurant. Daughter got small plate with only salad greens and nothing else. Sufficient waitstaff were present but all in the kitchen together instead of checking on tables. Very poorly run and managed business. There was zero service. It's not the first time this has happened, but it will definitely be the last. read more

I very rarely give five star ratings but this morning was a five star experience for us at First Watch Rooney Ranch. I ordered the Frittata Rustica, soft. When I received it, it was too dry for my taste and I sent it back. It was quickly redone and a member of the kitchen staff personally delivered it promptly and asked if it was done to my preference -- it was perfect to my taste. Cisco, our server, could not have been more accommodating in giving it his full attention. It was a super crowded morning so a miscue is understandable. First Watch has been our favorite breakfast place since it opened -- great food, and their breads are the best! Followup review: We go to First Watch quite often and we have never been disappointed in the service and food. Today, my wife ordered the 1/2 beef with havarti sandwich with veggie soup of the day, and I, the 1/2 ham with gruyere with tomato basil soup. Both were absolutely delicious and moist. For us, it was the perfect light lunch that left us fully satisfied. read more

I moved to Oro Valley in October 2020 and my morning routine was to get up and find a morning breakfast spot where there was a varied menu and I found First Watch in Oro Valley to be the best match for what I was looking to find. They have wonderful breakfasts and great coffee. Juices too. I eat there usually several times a week and try to try everything on their menu. All is healthy and cooked to order. The staff are great. Prices are fair and reasonable. It's something I look forward in the morning as I am an early riser. read more

Yesterday around 2pm me and my aunt had gone in to get something to eat, unfortunately when we received our food we had noticed a hair in the chicken salad, we then asked the server to have a second look and he did notice it was a hair. They took our food back and had it remade which I appreciate but in the second plate as well another hair came out. Our servers were great but it did take a long time for the management to come by our table and sort things out. They had to call the manager again cause she was taking to long and replied with "I'm sorry do you want something else" with a poor attitude. We just decided to leave cause of the second incident. Not really professional on your behave read more

One of my favorite breakfast places! I'm strictly vegan but love to go out to breakfast with friends who are not and it's hard to find a place where I can eat vegan and where my friends can eat as they would like. First Watch has something for everyone! Quick service, very nice staff and wonderful food! Highly recommend! read more

Breakfast fit for a queen (me)! This was my first visit but I will definitely be back for more of the royal treatment :)

Came for breakfast before my friend leaves town. Great food and service. Will be back.

I went here for lunch with a group of 14 women. The waitstaff was extremely friendly and handled everything very well with the large group. We were all pleased with the food and the portions. Definitely going back. read more

We visit this First Watch almost weekly. We always get great, friendly service, and the food is always wonderful. We order a variety of items, including the Bacado Omelet, the Tri-fecta, the Baja Turkey Burger, the Chile Cheese Omelet, the Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos, the Works Omelet, and the Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy. When we request them to hold something off - like tomatoes or pico de gallo, or to substitute fruit for the greens or black beans, they always do it. They are very accommodating of special requests. Their staff, including Kerry, Tiffany, Ilianna, Meredith, Stephen, and Daniella, are always very attentive and helpful, and they all work well together. We always enjoy our visits to First Watch! read more

Well, they've done it again - lowered the bar for average. Years ago when we lived in KS and our town got a First Watch we were excited and delighted, good food great service at a reasonable price. It has been several years since we had had a meal in one, our happiness with the one in KS had wained, we had hoped that was just a lull in our area. Here we are years later eating in Arizona and wow, what a disappointing deal. First off, we waited a very long time for our meal to be served. Our order was for their Trifecta, 2 eggs, a pancake and turkey sausage. We requested our eggs to be over medium, that means whites done and yokes runny. Our eggs were more over easy, OK. We got past that, the presentation was so bland, you would have thought it was prison food. One pancake in the corner of an oversized rectangular plate with the eggs on an opposing corner with the 2 turkey saugages on the other. Just a piece of garnish, orange slice, green anything would have made the eye appeal better for a rather sorry offering. Our waiter probably knew he served a dud and dutifully stayed away until he presented us our check. When we went to the cashier I fully expected that they would ask how our meal was; nope, took our cash and gave the change and wished us a nice day. I must assume that the waiter and front desk staff were college students, but the manager needs to train staff the reason they have a job is so that customers want to come back again and again. read more

Today is Wednesday for 4/27/22. I am at the first watch location on Oracle. The hostess should not be in the restaurant business. She is rude, dismissive and has no understanding of who pays her paycheck. First, she put me on a waitlist when every table was empty out on the patio and I had requested outdoor seating. When I mentioned this, she scolded me and told me that the cooks were very busy. If this was the case, she could've politely mentioned that when I first arrived and she put me on the waitlist. Then I had 3 different wait staff and still had terrible service. When I went to pay my bill it was the same hostess with long black hair in a ponytail. She made me stand there and wait while she trained the guy on how to process a check. She didn't care that I was standing there waiting to pay. Don't go to this location. Drive a few extra miles and go to a different first watch location. This one obviously has management issues. read more
