This was my second visit to first watch, I opted for the pumpkin pancake breakfast (eggs, chicken sausage and pancake) and million dollar bacon. Service was on par and the food was pretty good. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. I would go in for breakfast before my day starts, bring a book and read until my food came out. I love the tonics that have, they taste weird, but good and they are actually healthy! My favorite dish and one of the ones they recommend is the Chickichanga. First Watch is a fun, unique, free range breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant. We often cater this restaurant into our company for group lunches for a refreshing option. The Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl is packed with protein and is a great option for a heavier but yet healthier lunch. I also really enjoy the Chicken Avocado Chop Salad. The Citrus Chipotle dressing that is paired with this salad is beyond delightful and isn't too filling. The avocado toast is an absolute must. It is different than most offerings of avocado toast. The seasoning that is sprinkled on top is delicious and makes me wish I ordered two every time I get my lunch order. The portions are the perfect size and not overwhelming. The soup offerings change everyday but they are worth trying, especially the white chicken chili or the tomato basil. read more

I was looking for a breakfast place to take my my new boss too since he flew into town to meet with us.After a little searching I found first watch which is literally next door to where I work. When we arrived the restaurant was open and airy and was very nice. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. I ordered an Omelet and it came out jst the way I liked it. Maybe could have used more cheese but I was still very happy with my meal. My manager also enjoyed it. Ah, good ol' First Watch. Consistently decent breakfast food that's semi-healthy. This isn't the best one I've been to in my life, but it's fine. It's clean and the food is good. Parking lot can be a little nutty at peak times. The wait can be really long sometimes and the service isn't always the fastest, but it's usually not unbearable. read more

This place looks really nice on the outside and it is nice to have a chain that offers healthier options, however our food and server this day were horrible. I got eggs Benedict and was served basically a hard boiled egg. Our server was very slow and seemed to be out of it, we would ask her for something and she would forget and come back 20 minutes later and not even remember that we asked for something. If you are just visiting I think it would be much more beneficial to go some place local and not a chain, no matter how 'cute' it looks on the outside. read more

I love First Watch! We are regulars there and I even go by myself for a quiet delicious breakfast or lunch during the work day. I really can't think of a bad experience I've had there. Food was delicious! You could tell that everything was fresh and they had homemade pico and preserves. The service was friendly but they seemed a little bit rushed. Probably our own fault for showing up 45 min before they close. I had an omelet and my husband enjoyed a chicken salad "sandwich" which was served open faced on one slice of their whole grain bread. I rarely ever get takeout breakfast on a Sunday but decided to this morning. I just moved to this part of town and found FirstWatch from a Google search. Menu looked good. I ordered the BLT eggs Benedict, fresh fruit plate and fresh OJ. Everything I ordered was spot on how I wanted it (extra sauce & w/ potatoes) it was absolutely the best take out meal I've ever had!! Everything was sooooo fresh! And super tasty!! Packaged very nicely so nothing got soggy or dried out. DELICIOUS! The young man at the front desk was great. Very helpful on the phone when I ordered and super friendly when I picked up my order. Made sure to confirm everything and how i ordered it. Great personality and very personable. Was here last weekend and was pretty disappointed with my meal. I ordered the eggs benedict and the hollandaise was thin and flavorless, not to mention there was not much sauce on my plate at all. This is served on ciabatta instead of the traditional English muffin and this really doesn't work as the ciabatta was very hard and tough to chew. My dish was served with a side of greens which only had hardly had any dressing on them at all. I probably won't be returning to this place as there are many other, better options in town. read more

I stopped in for breakfast before heading to the airport yesterday and I am so happy I did. I ordered the avocado toast and a coffee. The coffee was good and the avocado toast was very hearty. The avocado was really fresh and was on perfectly toasted bread. The next time I try it, I will ask for hot sauce or red pepper flakes to give it a little extra flavor. A rare chain that really does do it right in many ways. Always slammed, but never moving inefficiently or without good customer service. Scrambles are generous and generally well-seasoned even loaded up with potatoes and veggies. It's a little loud and sometimes full of I'll-mannered children, but I usually don't mind family joints and a good, reasonably-priced breakfast can be tough to find in the Sunday brunch morass of Midtown Omaha. Damn that sucked. There are not enough words in the dictionary to encompass how bad the service was today. I can understand that every restaurant may stumble on a bad day, and it is completely understandable that the kitchen fell behind due to complications however no mediation was even attempted. Our server, Jordan, appeared so zooted (extremely high) that she was was not receptive to the pure chaos happening. I did in fact test her service skills by asking her and another server at the same time for a small salad dressing to see which came out first. My intuition was precise. Jordan simply did not bring out the food. The poor family next to us ordered simple pancakes and eggs and we're waiting long before us. And when they arrived, it was cold. When brought to the managers attention they were not treated with any professionalism. They had to talk to 3 managers and it still wasn't enough to drive the point home. Again, everyone has a bad day but our food would have gotten to us faster if another table had "passed" their food and served it on a plate. I wish that at the very least our server apologized for the inconvenience or offered a couple pieces of toast after we waited over an our and a half for our food to arrive. Frankly, I have no qualms with the kitchen but the interactions with the staff on the floor could use a harsh reality check or severe training so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I think at one point I looked around and absolutely no one in the restaurant had their food in front of them. In essence, you'd be better off going literally anywhere else. Like you would probably enjoy RUNZA getting a meat pie on a Sunday morning more than you would here. read more

This location was clean bright and the gentleman was ready to seat me upon arrival. I ordered the salmon frittata with potatoes and multigrain toast. Everything was great not one complaint. I had the tri-athlete, and my wife had the egg sandwich, both of which hit the spot after church. The dishes had very little salt out of the kitchen, which was perfect for me, and the fresh tomatoes were a preferable substitute for salsa. I don't usually order coffee out, but I did this time. As with our charming milk bottle of water for us to refill our glasses with as we please, the server left the coffee pot for me. Convenient and delicious. Service was great. Near the end of our meal, our waiter took it upon himself to bring over samples of the other two juice mixes my wife had been considering.
