Had to ask for ketchup(served 1 oz ketchup, when asking for more 2 more 1 oz containers brought with ketchup packets), jam, and salad dressing as we were served "toast", eggs, and dry salad. Me and my boyfriend went to this place near our house for the first time, We ordered the blt eggs Benedict and Parma skillet, it was just amazing, the food was fresh and delicious, we barely waited to be seated, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was good for the amount of food. Absolutely loved this place! Came for breakfast here but definitely will need to come back for Lunch, as everything was delicious. Everything is very rustic looking, which I loved. The service was great and our waiter actually let us have a complimentary muffin while waiting for our food to come out. He suggested the blueberry muffin and it was great. As entrees, I had the Tri-Athlete omelette which also came with a side of fruit and toast with their strawberry jam. Highly disappointed and annoyed with service. I will start with the bad and end with the very little good. My girlfriend and I walked in and there was a line which wasn't too long of a wait. We got seated fairly quickly, about 15 minute wait. Here is where things took a turn for terrible, and set the tone for the entire experience. Upon being sat it took at least 15 minutes for someone to finally to come over and greet us and offer us any sort of beverage. Our server who never introduced himself apologized for it being busy, even though he was messing around with other coworkers. He brought us a half pot of coffee, not a full one. We put our food order in which was a huge order. All together my girlfriend and I ordered the works omelet, chili chorizo omelet, a side of bacon, a side of biscuits and gravy, the egg and beef hash, and the chai latte pancakes with one chocolate pancake. A LOT OF FOOD, it took a while for the food to come out, it was a lot so we were little understanding but it took maybe 30 minutes. Upon our food arriving one of the servers just dropped the food on the table and spilled coffee all over the both of us and the table, the servers apologized and offered up complimentary chocolate chip muffins. As we dried our selves of coffee and the table, were ready to dive into our amazing looking food, only we never received any cutlery. I had to get up go to the front and grab our own roll-ups. Halfway through my works omelet and potatoes there was a hair in my potatoes, a hair about an inch long. I notified my server and he offered me a new side of potatoes. He took my whole plate and brought back just a side of potatoes. Not my other half of my omelet, not a new omelet, just potatoes. Also he never brought syrup for our pancakes and never offered it. He then proceeded to give us the check while we were still eating our food, he was very quick in the aspect of service. He never returned to ask how everything else was, never came to quality check our experience, no follow whatsoever. When we rushed through our experience because we were ready for this nightmare of service to be over and needed some boxes for our leftovers, he was again at the front playing with a baby and talking to his coworkers. He never had a manager stop by, never took my omelet that I never got to finish off the bill, he was completely inattentive to us. Service 0/5, terrible and worse service I have received. The food was really good, that was the only thing good about our experience. Great portions and great flavor. Too bad it was overshadowed by terrible service. But hey, of all the bad things at least we got complimentary muffins. read more

When I did order my drinks, he forgot anyway and I had to ask 5 min later for it again. It was very cold in there. I downloaded the restaurant app and redirect me here. "Yelp" We reserved our table on Mother's Day for 7 people. While I was getting ready at my house my time was running, so I did no wait in line. I got to the restaurant like 15 minutes before the time, the app said that my table should be ready at 12:16 approx. they called me at 12:07. We were told it would be about a 30-45 minute wait, and it was. I noticed that once diners would finish their meals, it would be a long tine before anyone would prep it for the next customer. Once we got our table it took about another 10 mins before anyone even brought us water. The food took about 30 minutes to get to our table and it was not even hot, it was warm. I had skillet eggs, that were way overcooked, over sausage and potatoes. It was not terrible, but not worth the price. My kids had French toast that looked good, and pancakes that were ok. Overall, nothing spectacular. The service was ok, but it didn't come with much of a smile. The place is obviously understaffed. read more

Let me start by being fair. This place has good food and about an hour wait time, so you would think it's the next trendy spot. However, this is now our second visit and on both occasions we have had less than par customer service. The first time we visited, they spilled jelly all over my shoes, my friends shoes and pants and didn't compensate his meal or a portion of the bill. Today as I'm taking my last bite of my meal, I tasted BLEACH or some toxic solution that had me running to the bathroom to spit my food out. Nicole was sweet but the manager, ALEX - said that "because I practically finished the plate, he wasn't going to compensate it." REALLY? Was told yummy things about this place. So I went this morning and "wow" loved it! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - top notch. I had the salmon frittata - very tasty and filling (though, a little heavy with the cream, had to remove some). And though I was full, I went for it and tasted a single, multi-grain pancake...YUMMY!!! I think they make these on a cast iron pan so the bottom part has a baked texture. I really wanted to like this place and I the food was great. However the service was a bit disappointing. Came here for brunch and our waitress seemed very disconnected. My husband told her he didn't want coffee and she served us both seconds after he said he didn't want any. Then she brought a pitcher of water without cups. After 25 minutes of no update from our waitress (we suspected she put in our food order late because others who were seated later got their food before us),we finally got our food and cups.
