I've been to First Watch before and really like their food! This time I had the Lemon Ricotta pancakes. It was not what I expected. The lemon sauce was sweet like lemon merengue pie. I couldn't really taste the ricotta mixed into the pancakes. And was a bit disappointed that I got two huge pancakes instead of one pancake and a side of protein. At least if the pancakes was terrible, i would have had something else to eat. The service was fast but the waitress wasn't super friendly and sat us on some hard seats instead of offering a booth to her elders. And she served the male first instead of the female. Our flight landed in Miami early in the morning, long before we could board our cruise, so we wandered out in search of a nearby spot for breakfast. This restaurant ended up being such a pleasant surprise. They welcomed us in--luggage and all--and even set aside a little area where we could store everything while still keeping it in sight. Our server was wonderful. She gave us great recommendations, and even as the restaurant filled up quickly and she was running around taking care of everyone, she continued checking in on us. It wasn't until the end, when she mentioned their warm, delicious donut holes (which I devoured before remembering to take a photo!), that I realized she was pregnant. She laughed about how hard it was for her to resist them, which made the whole moment even sweeter. We ended up sitting there for almost two hours--charging our phones, relaxing, and never once feeling rushed or like we were taking up space. The food here is really good. No matter what location you got to. I will say they have yellow grits at this location not the white one, so just be aware. This location has a pretty long wait time especially if you come during peak times. All and all I do recommend. Will be back since this is my closest First Watch. read more

We loved First Watch on 57th ave! It was our first time ever trying this brunch place and it did not disappoint. Parking on the weekend is kind of tough since everyone comes here to eat, and wait times on Sundays are usually long because the church is right next door. But aside for this the experience, staff and food was 10/10! I appreciated that you could join the waitlist online, so make sure to take advantage of that. We got their limited time million dollar bacon and wow it was SO good! I got the Trifecta and substitued the waffle for french toast. My boyfriend got the same with the pancake and it was massive. The drinks were also delish! I got their Lavander Haze and my boyfriend got their limited edition Mocha Mint coffe and it was WOW! Overall.m I definitely recommend trying this place out if you havent already and especially this location as the staff was super nice and the restaurant was clean as well! read more

So without further ado let's begin!!., My wife and I had just flew in and we decided to grab some breakfast to start the day off right.. We were greeted immediately by the employee that runs the register and helps find a seat, at least until the waitress/ waiter brings you to your table. We prefer booths so sometimes we have to wait, but that's fine!. There was a nice crowd in there and people continued to come in to eat and picking up to go orders through door dash and uber eats!! Our waitress was moving pretty slow but when came to the table she was very attentive towards us... Had an amazing breakfast experience this morning! New items on the menu to try however came back for my favorite - my morning meditation drink for starters! All the mixing in between and taking home pumpkin spice donuts for a snack later. This is for the location in the Blue Lagoon area. I first tried First Watch in St. Petersburg and was so impressed by it and had been longing to go again. So when I saw that there is one close to me l was super happy to go! Everything I have ever tried at FW has been phenomenal! I love that it's a healthy joint but has so much flavor and deliciousness that you feel soooo satisfied while eating there. The aesthetics of this place is cute, clean, modern and fun! The service was really nice and on point! Now for the food, we tried a blueberry and carrot pancakes. The blueberry was my favorite! I must be honest, I didn't feel there was enough carrot flavor in the carrot cake pancake but it was still good! But if I had to order pancakes again, l'd probably go for the blueberries or try a new flavor! The syrup was so warm and thick! I loved it!! The drinks are amazing! After a 5 hour red-eye flight, I just wanted to get some breakfast and get to my hotel to get some sleep. This place is a short drive from Miami Airport (MIA) so I decided to check it out. We were greeted and seated immediately upon walking it. The restaurant has a modern but rustic vibe. Our table was clean and comfortable. We waited about 15-minutes before our server came over to introduce herself. She told us she would be right back to take our drink and food orders. Fast-forward 30-Minutes, we were still waiting for her to come back. When she finally came back, she took our food and drink orders at the same time. She brought my coffee out right away, but our food took an additional 35-40 minutes to arrive on the table. Service was snail-slow here. On the bright side... My food arrived hot, fresh and delicious. I had the Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast and it was absolutely delicious; I highly recommend it. The coffee was on point too! Visiting friends in Miami and First Watch was recommended. The wait was a bit long but worth it!! The staff is pleasant and the manager was efficient in trying to get everyone seated promptly. The only down side of it was I found a hair in my breakfast that I could not enjoy that food and unfortunately had lost my appetite and sadly had to throw it away. Okay so this location is located in a shopping plaza so there are dedicated parking spaces within proximity, which is always soooo refreshing since the Miami lifestyle has recently consisted of not only having to fight for your life to get a parking spot but also having to PAY after you got finished fighting for said spot (so exhausting). But anywho I always love going to First Watch. It's a chain restaurant so it's pretty much the same at all locations, but I can say that this location feels cozy yet spacious. It's not super loud or overstimulating. And I love how the sun is just shining inside. It really helps in creating the ultimate "lowkey" brunch experience. Now I want to move on to the service. This location in particular had some of the best and quickest service I've received in a while. Just a heads up this is the type of restaurant where they seat and serve you, but you are expected to bring your check to the cashier after dining. I'm always warmly greeted at the door and at checkout. I'm always seated immediately too. My waitress was Nathalie and she was super sweet, suggestive, and attentive. All the food I've had there has always been great. I recommend one of the hash bowls they have and the newest "Tangerine Dream" (the drink pictured is Morning Meditation) drink. I also LOVED the carrot cake pancake. After eating I felt super satisfied (and a little sleepy). The prices are also super fair! My overall experience was so pleasurable that I had to run it back within a matter of a couple of days (haha). Thank you First Watch for always creating a great experience! Came here for brunch. We sat right away which was nice even though they had quite a few people in. The server was very dry and had no personality. The table we sat at was dirty and we had to ask that it be cleaned. Our server came to table got exactly what we wanted nothing more nothing less and no check ins. He never returned except to bring the check and didn't even check on us. My sandwich did not resemble a club. It was basically a Turkey sandwich and had the thinnest strips of bacon that had been precooked and sitting in a pan. The Turkey was hot. The bread was not toasted. The side fruit was only grapes, 1 piece of muskmelon, and a couple pieces of pineapple. Quite the disappointment to say the least. I had coffee. It was good. First reason for 2nd star. My friend had the traditional breakfast with chicken sausage, eggs, and toast. He said it was okay. Reason for giving the 2nd star. We heard screaming, banking, staff being extremely loud from the kitchen which wanted us to get out as quick as we came in. Im a regular! We come here at least 3xs a week or more. Let me just start off with their hot coffee.. something about the coffee roast that is so addicting. I'll come here just for the coffee. They give you a pitcher of hot coffee with a side of creamers and sugars. We usually order the avocado toast with no egg but instead a side of house fries/potatoes. It delicious they add a slice of lemon to the top of the chunky avocado toast. Thick-cut whole grain artisan toast, fresh smashed avocado, EVOO, lemon, and Maldon sea salt. We also order the AM Superfoods Bowl which includes Coconut milk chia seed pudding, fresh bananas and berries, mixed berry compote, house made granola with almonds and our whole grain artisan toast with almond butter and Maldon sea salt. I wanted Eggs Benedict! (That's my foofoo brunch of choice.) First Watch came up as one of the highest rated brunch spots. Satisfying enjoyment fulfilled! They're in a shared lot with other stores and restaurants, so nearby parking may be troublesome. Mask requirements had just begun to dwindle and the place was packed with about a 15-minute wait. A single-seater or couple had shorter wait times. With a downloadable menu, my order was ready to be placed upon sitting. As for coffee - a pitcher and 4 cups later, very alert and dehydrated. Caffeine addict problems... They've got fresh ingredients on their menu items - close to being farm to table; which could be the craze on that scale for healthy eating choices. I love their menu! That made it difficult to decide. Considering their busy atmosphere, with people standing as they waited, the service at this Miami location was tip-top. My server was very attentive; even the manager dropped by to ensure of my pleasant experience. (You guys, if they see you taking pictures, they are most likely aware you may post a review of their service.) Even so, I dined there with excellent food and customer service, delicious quality and presentation, including a decent cost for a foofoo meal. Recently, I learned this restaurant is a franchise.
