My husband and I visited this spot on a lazy Saturday morning! The inside of this restaurant is cute with a modern farmhouse decor theme. It was designed to be a perfect brunch spot! The food wasn't something that we would go back to eat though! Safe to say we were very disappointed! We would say the food was pretty mediocre and the portion sizes left us wanting more. Service was good on task, with only one repeated request for ice water. We ordered and received our meals quickly for as busy as it was. The Bloody Mary was sadly lacking. No nuisance of flavor: no seasoning on the rim of the glass, the millionaire's bacon was under cooked, chewy, limp and not worth a second bite. Blood Mary's are at the base tomato juice, this had only one flavor, Tabasco. We gave it two try's and poured the rest of the serving into the glass just in case the tomato had settled. But First Watch is fancy and their juices are wonderful so it's a delicious place for breakfast or lunch that goes far beyond basic or standard diner fare. And those options are what the menu concentrates on. Our waitress was unpleasant so hopefully when you dine there you won't get her. She brought a visibly spotty water glass to the table and promptly walked off. And my granddaughter's grilled cheese kids meal was delivered almost 15 minutes before my order finally came to the table. And if you love bacon you will see million dollar bacon listed. I've been to several first watch restaurants, but sadly this was the worst. The service was so slow. It's like they forgot they had outdoor seating. For one it wasn't offered as a table until we suggested it, and then when we finally sat, it took forever to get someone out to us. We asked for extra condiments when our food got there, and were practically done eating before they brought it out to us. The food wasn't bad, but the service just made it worse. Great service & food is delicious! My brother has celiac disease and is gluten free, our waitress Kadence was very nice and accommodating. They have gluten free bread so he got French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. She made sure they changed gloves and cooked his food separately. He did not get sick! So let's jump in: Food: delicious, a huge menu of choices with healthy options like avocado toast, to a frittata, to Mexican style food, to multigrain pancakes; they even have açaí bowls. Service: fast, easy, and everything we ordered was correct. When it comes to the drinks not only do they fill your water and coffee at first seat but also leave a carafe of coffee and water at your table for ease of filling whenever you want. Ambiance: it's nice to see a place that doesn't stack people on top of each other. The bathrooms were clean the table wasn't sticky and the overall climate of the restaurant screamed "inviting". It's a cute gesture but had "floaters" objects floating around in the bottle. I ask for a new bottle with same result. After I ordered the Frittata Rustica. It was well over cooked, my guest showed up after I had eaten already and ordered the same thing. Her Frittata Rustica looked completely different then mine. This is my 3rd visit (3 visit rule) sadly with the same result. The service is mediocre at best. The servers on all 3 visits seemed to be more interested in their phones and each other, then in their guests. Despite the continued lines, we tried First Watch for our first time this past Saturday around 11am. With a party of two we were told our wait would be 15-20 minutes....but it ended up being almost 30 minutes. We found out you do have the capability of getting on the waitlist electronically (I think Yelp might even have a link). When you get on their list, they send you a text message which will show you where you are on the wait list. Anyway, after waiting we were seated at a two-top table which was very small with all the condiments and such. When we got our food the table was really crowded. My wife ordered the Lemon Ricotta Pancake (One) and their "Million Dollar Bacon", which was four strips of bacon for five bucks. I had the Carnitas Breakfast Burrito, a side of seasoned potatoes, and coffee. As for the food, it was all pretty good. The Million Dollar Bacon was thick cut, sweet, and slightly spicy. Tasty....but $5 for four strips? My wife liked her pancake, but expected a little more flavor out of it, being Lemon Ricotta. My coffee was really good, and I was happy they left a carafe on the table so I didn't have to wait for refills, which were a little slow coming. My Carnitas Breakfast Burrito was pretty good sized, and flavorful. The seasoned potatoes were well seasoned and cooked. All in all, the meal was good, but I'm not sure how often we'll come back. I hate waiting. Plus we spent almost $40 (before tip) on breakfast for two. My wife was glad she only got one pancake, because it was almost $10. read more

We had the Morning Meditation juice, their freshly brewed coffee, the pancakes and the Elevated Egg Sandwich. All of them where amazing - it had been a while since we had a pancake with the right amount of density and fluff (added chocolate chips to it for an extra sweet kick).
