Do not believe their website. They do not have accurate wait times. Several of their locations had wait times posted. A few said "no wait". When we got there I asked for a table for 2 and was told it was a 1:45 wait (yes, almost 2 hours). I said....you're kidding right? Because your website says there is no wait. (By the way...I saw at least 2 empty tables.) The reply was, oh we'll check on the website. No place is worth that wait. Very frustrated. Watched the online waitlist times before arriving this morning. Checked in online at 9:30, website said 30-40 minute wait. Showed up at 10am, was told 15-20 minutes. Totally fine. However, after waiting 20 minutes I asked for an update and was told another 20 minutes. Due to having a hungry toddler I was forced to leave and reschedule plans with a good friend. Ridiculous that people who showed up late for their online check-ins bumped me several times. Haven't had this issue at any other FW. read more

First time in in a while I've been looking for a sit down breakfast place. First watch was walking distance from the hotel so went for it, without looking at the menu or anything else. I did join the wait list online and that helped me practically walk right in while others were waiting 30 min. If I could have, I'd have ordered like 10 things off the menu, it all sounded so good. Coffee was good, although getting cream seemed like an unusual request to the waiter. The million dollar Bloody Mary was ok but could have done with some pickles, like okra, green bean or a dill spear but only had bacon - which is also good, just a bit lonely in there. The host service is horrible! I was told 3 different wait times. Then I was told people can join the wait list from home and they get bumped up the list.......wtf! How do people at home get priority over the people in front of you? After waiting for over an hour, I was told I still had 30 or more minutes to go. We recently enjoyed brunch at the First Watch location at West Gate. Despite being very busy, we were seated in less than 15 minutes. The service was good and the food was amazing. The music was too loud, making conversation hard, but we were busy eating the delicious food so it worked out okay. read more

Happy to see a new place in the west valley. This location has a bar. Wait was the typical hour wait for a Sunday morning however we learned you can join the waitlist online. This place is horrible. The hostess desk is full of horrible customer service people that really could careless about their customers nor do they love their jobs- the two women today- Sunday June 5th at 12 noon- were both absolutely the reason why my party of 5 will never come back to this location- the woman manager was not any better! Lol. What a complete disaster of a restaurant full of workers that don't know the first thing about handling a long waitlist in how to answer simple questions- my advice try smiling and being genuinely nice. Anyway- customer beware at this location- if you want to be treated poorly go at your own risk! Food is mediocre to say the least. Suggestion- go to the Arrowhead location- everyone there is pleasant happy and smiles at their customers- completely different vibe and the food is delicious at the Arrowhead location. Good and drinks are normally very good but DO NOT GET TO GO. They forgot the sides with our meals, forgot straws with drinks, and did not give us butter/jelly/salsa or any think to go on our bread or food. For two people it was $50 for a TO GO. When we were. Almost completely finished with our food. Loudly we heard a woman's voice mocking Ni Hao in a banish voice. For those who don't know that is hello in Chinese. My significant other is first generation Vietnamese. We will not be back to this location. To the others locations maybe. We spoke to the girl in the front on the register about this. We've been to multiple first watch locations and have always loved it because the food is always good. This is a new location near our house so we were unsure if we wanted to go while it was so new or wait til a few weeks later. We went on a Friday and were seated easily. The food and service were great. Just like every other First Watch. We were not disappointed. The food was tasty and clean, fresh. The staff was delightful.
