Although I don't usually review a chain, I felt that First Watch's new "shrimp and grits" was truly exceptional. It came out hot and perfectly seasoned... with a little kick! I also ordered my standby favorite: million dollar bacon. Always perfectly prepared. As the usual, staff is exceptional. Parking is so easy... what more could a person want?

I came a little late in the day but Lauren my server was very attentive without being annoying and a delight! A bug got in my coffee and she not only brought me a new cup but a fresh pot - blessings to her because I needed that coffee!! The atmosphere was pretty chill being after lunch on a weekday - I was able to journal and reflect in peace. Without feeling rushed as no one needed my table. A consistent good vibe as always, First Watch!!

Great service by our server! She was quick and kind. The hostesses were also very pleasant. The place was packed on a Saturday morning and we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table - I was shocked! The place was clean and well staffed. The food was good. Came out as expected and was very filling. First watch food is good, but nothing spectacular in my opinion. The honey caramel crunch iced coffee was not a hit for me. It oddly tasted alcoholic even though it wasn't.

Hadn't be here in a while. I love that they have an online waitlist! The food was delicious, our server was on top of it! Never had to ask for refills, made sure our food was tasty and was just very nice. The restaurant was clean and we will definitely be going back again soon!

The food was pretty tasty but we were pretty underwhelmed for the cost. I love the servers here but hate the way you pay. This is the same for most locations but thankfully this one wasn't busy. I did enjoy walking around the shopping complex after!

Was in a surly mood and looking at a wait did nothing to change that. Was told 15 minutes and I took the over. I lost the bet, 10 minutes tops, great service, great food (as always). Left in a much better mood. My grandson forgot to order his favorite Millionaire Dollar Bacon so I flagged down the waitress and it came out like she forgot to bring it instead of us forgetting to order it. I had the traditional, as always. Will probably go to First Watch again tomorrow as there is one right around the corner from the hotel I should note two things, 1: I love first watch and have only had two bad experiences is many, many visits. 2: The reason for four stars and not five is I have to go up to pay instead of the wait staff taking it up-I hate that. It is corporate policy that won't change but I won't change either. PS: the doors were super cool (see photo).

Ordered a chile chorizo omelet to-go, and it tasted great until I saw that there was hair in it. Needless to say, my appetite was ruined and it ended up in the trash.

Really good experience. The new million dollar breakfast sandwich is really good. Could be a bit larger... I hoping this becomes a regular menu item.

    Safest BLT EVER! So sad

Well, my wife was insistent on going to first watch at the town center location. We both, let me repeat this. We both got violently ill from whatever the hell it was we ate. My wife ordered a simple omelette with cheese onion, and I ordered a basic BLT. Which is supposed to be bacon, lettuce, and tomato. When the food got to the table, nothing was right. I asked the waiter specifically which it's not his fault, to make sure that it was only a bacon, lettuce and tomato dry. No mayonnaise no egg none of the other happy crap that they try to foo foo the sandwich up with , My wife's omelette came out with mushrooms, tomatoes cheese. So it was basically wrong. We sent everything back and I watched the kitchen staff, including the expo, pointed our table, and everyone started to laugh. I found this very disheartening when people find out that they do something wrong and try to blame it on the customer. When I actually seen the receipt And what it had said from the server. This is a lack of training. This is a lack of performance from the staff in general. The manager came out and apologized, which was OK, but I also realized it was not her fault nor was it the servers. Maybe if the line cooks actually took the time to serve and understand that they are messing with servers money, this probably wouldn't happen. When you mess with people's money, you piss people off! (server wise that is) This was the third attempt on my part to try this place again and of course, they would screw up a wet dream! I like breakfast foods, but these people are so snotty so entitled and opinionated, that I will not be returning to this location period! I've had better breakfast foods from white castles and less screw ups. Maybe if they would actually find someone who has a brain in their head and takes pride in their job things would go smoother.

Iced coffee with oat milk and Tangerine Dream.

I stopped in here for breakfast and I was not disappointed! I was seated right away and greeted by my server (Erica) with a huge welcoming smile, ice cold water and a pot of fresh hot coffee. I went with an iced coffee with oat milk option which did not disappoint. They also have a new juice my server suggested, called Tangerine Dream, which was delicious! My main reason for coming in was for the Triple Berry Açaí Bowl. You cant find true açaí anywhere around here so I was elated to try it. The cinnamon granola on top with the huge fresh berries made the açaí that much better. I got an English Muffin with almond butter after the server's suggestion and boy, she didn't steer me in the wrong direction. Thanks Erica! Great drinks, food, and incredible service today. I left feeling happy and full. I will definitely be back!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I love First watch and their staff is always friendly. I got the chicken Cobb salad which on weight watchers is not too bad. The salad has black beans corn chicken several types of lettuce crushed tortilla chips. I got a Lemon vinaigrette with it. So fresh and light. The food here is always fresh and presentation is spot on.

Took my family out for a great mean and First Watch delivered! Food is very organic, earthy, and makes you feel that you're eating pretty healthy. I had plenty to eat, very little left over, and didn't feel gross/blah as I usually do after a heavy meal. I'm a huge fan of their million dollar bacon, the works omelet, and the morning meditation drink. The only thing stopping me from a 5* review is the food is overpriced for the portion I received in comparison to other restaurants. However, it's worth the splurge every once and a while. Our waitress was very polite, accommodating, and gave excellent services. My family walked away happy and that certainly made me happy. I plan to come back again to scarf down on a BLT that they do with eggs on it. Can't wait!

My mom and I dined here today and the experience was frustrating from the start. We were seated and initially greeted by one waitress who took our order, but we were quickly handed off to another server who was already clearly overwhelmed with multiple tables. This quick handoff likely contributed to the miscommunication surrounding our incorrect order, which could have been avoided if the original server had not switched us off so abruptly. She seemed far more focused on guests she knew who were seated nearby, while our new server was left juggling several tables on her own. I felt bad for her--she was clearly doing her best without much support. I didn't see a manager on the floor to help address the situation. On top of that, our food came out incorrect and had to be sent back to be fixed. We were also told my child would receive a kids' drink with her meal, which never came. Unfortunately, this has become a pattern--each visit seems to bring poorer service and lower food quality, especially considering the prices. I do enjoy the atmosphere, particularly during the warmer months, but between the inconsistent service and disappointing food, I don't see myself returning anytime soon.

The first thing I look for is a nice patio. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating today, but I will be back for this fabulous patio. I was there before the dinner rush, which explains the emptiness of the restaurant. More people started arriving after 5:00. There were so many yummy sounding choices on the menu that it was hard to decide. I asked my server, Erin, what she recommends and she said the CAJUN BOURBON FILET TIPS were her favorite. I went with that and was not disappointed. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It is served over mashed potatoes and topped with onion straws. While the beef portion was small, it was a satisfying meal and the flavors were perfection! I added a side Caesar salad. Their house-made croutons were so good and the dressing was tasty and perfectly portioned. I don't often order dessert, but decided to splurge tonight and got a slice of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to-go. OMG, this is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. It was light and dense at the same time, if that makes sense. So creamy and melt in your mouth delicious. I will dream about it tonight LOL.

The place is comfortable; the tables are nicely spaced. Though it's a bar and grill, it has the feel of a restaurant. The menu is huge; so many options! I decided what I wanted, but kept looking at the menu. I considered changing my mind several times, but stuck with my original choice - SAIGON SALAD - arcadian greens / red and green onions / almonds / rice noodles / grilled chicken / soy ginger vinaigrette. The salad had a nice mix of greens. The chicken had an honest to goodness grilled flavor. It was the perfect size and seemed like a light option. It was delicious and I left feeling perfectly satisfied. Mark had CAJUN CREAM PASTA - grilled chicken breast / artichokes / black olives / tomatoes / spicy cream sauce/ penne. I failed miserably taking a picture, but I can tell you Mark raved about it. He also agreed the chicken had a great grilled flavor. He said the sauce, not too spicy at all, was delicious. He ate every bite. Three people had SALMON SLIDERS - grilled salmon / arcadian greens / tomato / remolaude / slider buns / chips. Everyone enjoyed them, though one mentioned the salmon had a habit of exiting the bun. Someone had a burger and another had NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN WRAP - fried chicken / cayenne chili oil / honey / shredded cabbage / cheddar / pickles/ chips. He said it was quite good and rather spicy. Everyone was happy with their meal. With so many other options on the menu, we could come back and easily all order something different.
