The management needs retrained. The online app lets you checkin to join waitlist. We did so at 10:47am. Wait time said 65-90 minutes which I was fine with. Arrived at 11:45am and went to check on my wait time. They said it's another 60 minutes. I said what?! My original wait was 65-90 and I've already waited 60 minutes. They said I was 14th on the list. I said all these people ahead of me have waited almost 2 hrs! She said yes. There are 30 groups that registered online. The app needs improved you can't take 30 reservations for the same time slot. There were empty tables inside and out. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I will never go back. We left at 12:35pm and our table was not ready yet and still empty tables. The place closes at 2pm. Never again at this location. Crestview Hills location is the best! read more

This is my favorite location. It's spacious and not overly crowded to the point you feel like you have no space. The food is always good, customer service is always great, you're always greeted with a smile, and it's a nice place to catch up with family and friends. read more

I visited this restaurant hoping for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, we waited ~20 minutes for a table, even though at least three tables were visibly dirty and just needed to be cleared. It wasn't until after that wait that one of those same tables was finally bused, and we were seated there, highlighting a clear inefficiency in the hosting process. Service continued to underwhelm. I ordered the Pesto Chicken Power Bowl, but while the rest of my party's meals arrived promptly, mine was delivered several minutes later. To make matters worse, the chicken in the bowl was still cold and partially frozen in spots. Our waitress noticed the issue right away and kindly offered to replace it, which I appreciated. However, by the time a new dish arrived, everyone else at the table had already finished eating, turning what should have been a shared meal into an awkward, staggered experience. Overall, the food quality and kitchen timing need significant improvement, as does the front-of-house efficiency. read more

First Watch is a family favorite, and I'm so glad we have one so close to home now! There's something on the menu for everyone and you can never go wrong with the Kale Tonic. I think the longest I've ever waited to be seated at this location was 10 minutes, and that's even when they were slammed. This place never disappoints when it comes to food and service. Any time one of these places is close, I'm heading there way.

Always something good to eat here. The facility is open and airy. Only thing is, the simple drinks are ridiculously expensive. My sweetheart ordered hot tea. They gave her hot water and the choice of 2 different tea bags...$4.99. Funny there was no price on the menu. Obviously, not even they could put that in there without laughing. read more
