Today I came to this establishment with another party for a late breakfast. When we came into the establishment, we were greeted promptly by the hostess/waitress. Once we sat down, we were asked immediately if we wanted coffee (yes, please). We ordered two dishes and a morning 'go-go' juice! Morning Meditation (go-go juice): This juice contained fresh a mixture of orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beet juice. The light and fresh combination of juices served as a great vitamin and immunity boost. Eggs Benedict with Salmon: This dish was the ideal mix of Perfectly poached eggs + lemony hollandaise + tomato+ spicy red onions + ciabatta + salmon= one of the most delicious benedicts around. *This dish also came with mixed greens, but I didn't eat them as I did not see the point in them being on the dish as they weren't dressed. I suppose they were there to fill up 'white space' on the plate. The Works Omelette: This omelette was made with Ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes with Cheddar and Monterrey Jack. This omelette was good but could have been better as far as flavor consistency throughout the omelette. They make great lavender haze drinks and I always enjoy coming here for breakfast. They also have a coffee bar now for if you have to wait and that has been fantastic to grab a quick cup of coffee while waiting on my to go orders. The front staff are always so nice and I enjoy being able to make this a part of my mornings. read more

First watch does not disappoint. I used to only go for breakfast (which was wonderful), but ever since my office opened a new location in the area I now take my team for lunch there as well. It's one of our absolute favorites. My goto is any of their omelets and their Morning Meditation drink with the wellness shot. My team regularly gets the sandwiches, chicken and waffles, etc. you truly can't go wrong here! Highly recommend. High quality food and you don't feel crumby after it. It can get pretty packed for breakfast and lunch so prepare for a small wait, but the service when you sit down is always great! read more

After an early run to my bank, found myself hungry for breakfast. First Watch was on my way home. Upon arrival, the hostess had just come outside and saw me so opened the door for me and promptly seated me. I was at the table closest to the kitchen but the place was almost full. It was about 5 minutes when a waitress with arms loaded with plates passed me saying she would be right with me. When she returned with a trainee, I ordered the Traditional Breakfast; eggs scrambled, bacon crispy, home fries, and whole wheat toast with homemade jelly. She brings me coffee and to my surprise I was brought a pot of coffee. Coffee wasn't bad. During the ten minutes wait for my food, I poured another cup of coffee. The pot was then almost empty. When my food was delivered, my pot was removed and returned minutes later filled up. Looking at my plate, my eyes first landed on the eggs which were a rather small portion for two eggs. They also were lukewarm but eatable. The potatoes were good but needed a little seasoning, four slices of bacon good and crispy. The whole wheat toast came with homemade jam and it was enjoyable. The breakfast filled me up. My check was left on the table for when I was ready. My empty plate was removed so I could relax with my last cup of Joe. I put my money on the check and waited for the waitress to come by and take it. And wait I did, finally saw her as she passed and tried to hand her the money. You pay at the front was the reply. I hate that shit. Dug in my wallet for a tip so I didn't have to come back with it. Up to the front to pay. I tried giving this place another chance but there lack of customer service and communication sealed it for me. First I looked the price and quality of food but second visit they over cooked my eggs and potatoes were burned and obviously old or reheated. Just a complete act of laziness by the kitchen. The waitress acted like I shouldn't complain so that was disappointing. Second time I tried taking a 7 top, reserved table early and when I arrived they still told me it wasn't ready and there was two parties ahead of me. We wanted breakfast and I had never tried this place. They have a nice selection of healthy and not as healthy choices. Think a mix of Kerby Lane or Magnolia Cafe and an IHOP or mass breakfast place. The place is crowded so be prepared to wait. If you are a soda drinker they don't have Dr. Pepper, just Mr. Pipp which is fine just a heads up. I got a traditional breakfast with 2 eggs, 2 meats( 2 pork sausage link or 2 chicken patty or ham) toast with grains and also ordered their million dollar bacon. It was all good but filling. The bacon was good but I have to say the amount of maple overpowers the bacon rather then mix with it. They were fast considering how busy they were. My wife got coffee and pumpkin pancakes which you get 2 that are very large. Eggs, over easy, and got the chicken sausage patty. She loved it but she has been here before. Pancakes were very fluffier and soft , bacon was very chewy and sweet could be a little more crispy if you request. Waiters and waitresses were very nice and kind to us as a group and took time to watch for our needs . Place is however usually busy and can have them running around for quite awhile. Environment is nice and not too noisy like some food places and it's right next to target and other places so you can go there if the wait is too long. I agree with other reviews that their pickup/delivery orders are hit/miss. Super frustrating Today on this rainy day I ordered online and when I got home learned a side I ordered was missing. No biggie, just called and get it refunded right?!? Not so fast.... I called and learned corporate has removed managers ability to issue refunds all locations. They have to give you a number to call. I get the number and it's their corporate office only opened Mon-Friday. Even more upset at this point... Then I open the main dish and find the bacon is completely undercooked. I called the restaurant and speak with Manager Kelly Ann (who is very nice) and let her know the situation. I just had them remake it all as my food was already cold by this point and knew that had I not done this I would have to still be dealing with my Saturday morning breakfast on Monday to get compensation. Ridiculous yes! Kelly Ann was very kind, and did what she could even brought it to my car so I wouldn't have to get my kid out all over again. She really went above and beyond given what she's able to control, and did appreciate that. This location doesn't seem to have any quality control on what goes out the door from the kitchen. This is not the first time they've messed an order up, but it's one of the worst. However, previously, you call, they refund depending on the issue and you move on your way. To Corporate - What is the point of having managers if you strip them from their ability to manage? Whoever thought taking a bad situation and making it worse for customers was a good idea clearly should not be in their role as they have zero experience about customer service or retention. Hopefully, you reverse such a ridiculous decision as I'm not sure I'll be ordering from First Watch going forward if I have to go through this much hassle over mishaps. We got our bloody Mary's and there was cold bacon on top presumably from yesterdays brunch. The bloody itself was just tomato juice?? We fixed it up, but a waste of $8 not even sure there was booze in it. After a heafty wait at every moment, we got the donuts we ordered. They were tasty, but most were burnt and inedible. The we both got the Benedict (salmon and classic) and wow it was not good. Just so bad. The eggs were not fully poached like water. Nothing had seasoning. Our plates were just a watery gross mess. Had the popular trifecta breakfast here with eggs, bacon, and a pancake. The eggs stood out the most but unfortunately it was because they were absolutely terrible. We ordered for 3 and both of us that got the eggs scrambled had to just throw them out. I tried to eat them but a couple bites in got a piece of shell and gave up. The bacon was just ok. My wife and I came here for a nice quiet breakfast while the little one was in daycare, and it was an enjoyable experience. We were sat quickly, service was great, and our food came out quickly. I like this place but I would like it so much better if they improved a few things. Quickly clean table and floor after customers have left. Make sure the wait clean maintain clean uniforms. Make sure the glasses that are left on the table are clean. Lastly I would love the waffles to be delivered to the table hot. I assume they are precooked and or are made 1st and are left to cool while the rest of the breakfast is completed. All of these things are fixable. They can and should be improved quickly. read more

The juices looked healthy and I noticed the beet with the carrot juice was a popular item which I didn't get. Overall servers were fast, it's a pretty busy spot around 10-11 am so get there! We were seated quickly and had no issues. Walk ways are quite tight so wheel chair access would be more in the front not seated in the a booth in the back.
