They have some wonderful items on the menu however it is a tad expensive for what you get. Perhaps it due to using high quality items like Vital Farms eggs. I will continue to order food from them. read more

This is my second time at First Watch in 2 weeks. Yes I live close. Yes it's that good. Both times I ordered the Morning Meditation. It's a juice combination of beet juice, orange juice, ginger, turmeric and maybe something else, I forget. For entrees I've had the power breakfast quinoa bowl (Protein-packed quinoa, Italian sausage, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and tomatoes, kale, Parmesan and EV00. Topped with two basted cage-free eggs) and the seasonal pumpkin pancake breakfast. Both meals were light, yet filling. Fresh ingredients Friendly staff----- Delicious food----- I'll be back next week. read more

Our whole group like whatever was ordered. The only thing was wait time. It was a lot despite joining the wait-list and we could see so many tables were empty. read more

Well, the staff is nice.... The food IS fresh- but some of the menu options are just obscenely price gouging. If you go here and order the basics you should be okay. But to order one of the more expensive items on the menu and be so utterly disappointed was beyond unfortunate. Or you order the Salmon Benedict, be prepared for two seriously small pieces of salmon roughly (possibly slightly more then) credit card thick. I assumed it must be some kind of mistake as they were laughably small- the waitress said- "Oh, the kitchen said they are weighed every time. So... that means via my picture you know what to expect. The only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars is the staff. They are all very kind, while they did nothing about my complaint, they did so very nicely. So 2 stars it is. We won't be back, ever- I can think of better things to waste my money on. read more

Lovin' this place and all of its gluten free options. I knew I would miss eggs Benedict when I went gluten free but luckily they have gluten free toast here! I loved my blt Benedict and my husband loved his chickychanga (tho he thought one more egg would do the trick) the morning meditation was absolutely delicious. I was overall very very happy with the food. I think the ambiance here is super cute! Nice wooden tables and lots of windows to let in natural light. I was quite pleased. Although it was very cold. The staff was kind and prompt. It was very easy to tell that there was lots of regulars and that gave a very homey feel. It was nice to see. I had a good time here and will be back! read more

A reliable place for brunch and breakfast. Service has always been good. Sometimes there can be a wait so make sure to hop on their waitlist when you're on your way. Food is pretty solid, I also love their seasonal items! read more

Very solid breakfast place without the crazy wait. Coffee might be the weak point but that's very subjective. I prefer cuvée or coffee served at cafe Java. Otherwise waiters are very friendly and in case there is a wait you can register using their app to get in line which is a GREAT IDEA!! My favorite is the egg Benedict classic, but they have many other choices. read more

We waited 30 minutes to be sat, another 30 minutes to have our order taken and then a whole hour went by we finally got our food. People that got sat AFTER us received their food & were already finished eating. I felt like we didn't even have a waiter! We ended up taking it to-go as we were upset with this poor experience. We didn't even receive an apology or a discount. I'm upset because I enjoy the food here but the customer service was terrible. read more

Annaeya was a super waitress ( Puerto Rico) and gave us ample coffee, checked on us and was a conversation person. The food was excellent especially the Lone star Brisket Hash for breakfast. What an amazing place. I love the service, the food and the menu. Not your ordinary restaurant. The Master Chief here has sat down and combined some great flavors with some of the freshest food items. I apologize as I didn't review this restaurant immediately after eating about a month ago. I can't begin to name the items we've eaten there. We try to go after church on Sunday, but I think this is their busiest time so avoid Sundays if you can. There will be a wait. Great flavors, something for everyone, Vegetarians, Vegans, Gluten free items too. Even the most pickiest eater will find something here to enjoy. It's all set with a healthy nature in mind. The toast is all grain, you can sub a green salad instead of potatoes (no charge) and they actually leave a coffee carafe on your table. Need more coffee, it's right there, no waiting to catch the attention of your server. What a phenomenal idea! Everyone raves about the "Million Dollar Bacon", I like my bacon salty. But the pancakes are beyond measure. The carrot cake pancake taste just as it's name implies. Mmmmmmm...mmmm. Check it out for yourself. Michael C. Georgetown, TX. read more

If you're looking for a quaint spot for brunch with some family or friends, First Watch definitely fits the bill. We went near closing and were sat immediately. The staff was still very courteous and attentive considering the time. I decided on the Chickichanga and shared the million dollar bacon with a friend. The chickichanga was amazing... So much so that I'm trying to recreate it back at home since I'm an out of towner. The million dollar bacon was equally delicious just a little messy but totally worth it. We also ended the meal with fresh juice. My only complaint of the evening is as someone started before, is the dirty glasses. I opted to drink my water from the coffee cup. While overall setting the table that way looks great from afar it's a terrible idea. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to others and I'll definitely return if given the opportunity. read more

Liked the entrees better than the pancakes. Reasonable prices. Definitely busy so join the yelp wait list! ELEVATED EGG SANDWICH $10.49- over easy egg, bacon, Gruyere cheese, avocado, arugula, brioche bun w/ potatoes. This was a really good sandwich! The egg was still runny, avocado was piled high, dressing was good, bun was SO soft, and potatoes were cooked well. I kind of expected a bigger sandwich at 780 calories but I ate it all. Maybe I should've omitted the mayo and butter, but then it might not taste as good =D PARMA HASH $11.69 (Italian sausage)- hubby liked it. Very fresh ingredients. The Italian sausage was really good, and the potatoes were cooked well. The buttered artisan toast had good texture and was thick! LEMON BLUEBERRY QUINOA PANCAKE- the lemon blueberry butter was good, but the pancake was a little plain and drier than expected. Needed more blueberry flavor! BANANA GRANOLA CRUNCH MULTIGRAIN PANCAKE $4.89- again, drier than expected and not that sweet. Maybe because it's a multigrain pancake, but I was just disappointed because it looked SO good and fluffy. 580 calories without butter or syrup, so not TOO bad for the size since they're huge (definitely share!). Wish the banana and granola were on top of the pancake rather than in the batter (hardly noticed the bananas). Others had ordered the TRIFECTA $10.29 (waffle looked so crispy and fluffy), BACADO OMELETTE $10.49 (subbed the toast for muffin of the day which was chocolate chip, brother said it was like a sweet, moist cake!), and BLT BENEDICT $11.59 (looked really good and was pretty big, came w/ a salad). Portion sizes aren't too crazy here so you'll probably eat your entire entree. What a shame because they're quite high in calories (as most brunch places are). Some however are absurd, like the A.M. SUPERFOODS BOWL at 1070 calories... Avocado toast w/ 2 eggs at 700 calories (260 of it is avocado)... Why! I like how you can actually see the calories online to customize your order, though. End review. Hubby would say, "If i hear calorie one more time.....!!!!" read more

This is how out of step I am with local eateries; I was Jonesing for a skillet from The Egg and I and when I got there it was now First Watch. Didn't know when that happened but I parked my car and went inside anyway. Greeted at the front door by a friendly person, escorted to a booth and was immediately asked if I wanted coffee. The menu has a lot of options for breakfast items. It's not just eggs and pancakes but a whole lot of creative variations of an American morning staple. I opted for their summer menu special of Eggs Benedict Barbacoa and their Lemon Risotto Pancakes. The benedicts were really good; two poached eggs sitting on top of barbacoa meat resting on a half ciabatta roll. Hollandaise sauce was drizzled across the eggs and a side of pico de gallo came with it as well as a mixed green salad. Scrumptious! But I gotta tell ya, I was curious about the risotto pancakes and they did not disappoint. I've had pancakes with cream of wheat mixed in the batter but never with risotto. It definitely added to the creaminess of the pancakes. I recommend both, but gotta order the barbacoa benedict before it is removed from the seasonal summer menu. read more

Daughter got grilled cheese with a bowl of fruit. My niece got the kids chocolate chip pancake with bacon. It's loaded with chocolate chips and very big. I got the Mexican hash which has a nice amount of spice. One of my sunny side up eggs could have been a little runnier. Other daughter devoured her avocado toast. Service was a bit slow when it wasn't crowded but they did serve the kids first. Servers were wearing masks though not all had them on correctly. We use to eat here a lot. I can't handle food being over salty. It's burns my mouth. I talked to the kitchen manager and she said that they have a certain recipe they use on the potatoes. And they would not change the amount of salt they use. Soooo most of my friends have quit going because they who love salt can't handle the amount used by First Watch. read more

I've been here many times and it is always a hit-or-miss. Food : overall very good but I did have some soggy waffles, undercooked sausages and cold food in some instances. Considering the options around the neighborhood thou it is still one of the best bets. Drink : as soon as you sit, they always promptly come with coffee. Besides that their new seasonal drink Red Medicine is excellent. Very refreshing, specially at brunch. See pic. Service : this is more of a miss then hit. There is one waitress who is great and always attentive even when she's handling way too many tables at once, but every one else always seems to be struggling to do the bare minimum and are very obviously annoyed of being there. The guys servers were the worse. One of them kept talking over me as I was trying to order and after the food arrived when I needed to ask something else he wouldn't stop walking yet kept trying to talk to me as he did so. Ambiance : It is great! If you sit in the main first room, the place is really bright, a lot of natural light comes through. They have the big glass windows throughout . What is REALLY annoying is that to pay you need to go up to the cashier which is in the exact same place people check in to be seated AND too close together to the door entrance. Meaning there is barely space in there for everything to happen - clients paying, clients checking in and clients walking in and out. Everyone is always bumping on each other and having to do little dances to give find space as people move around. It is really annoying. On the weekends, the wait to be seated is very long, like 45mins and you get to be standing on that odd place by the entrance/register. Weekdays everything is much calmer and there are less surprises with the food yet servers still seem to be hating everything about being there. read more

I like everything about this place. It's a little pricey (but aren't they all these days), but besides that, it's a great breakfast. I had the traditional eggs Benedict on Ciabatta with home fries, with an added side of pork sausage links. Every ingredient was fresh, properly cooked and tasted great. This place is so good!! I have been there several times and all I can say is yumm!! Every pancake is delicious, but the lemon ricotta is my favorite. It is topped with a mouth watering lemon curd and the ricotta is mixed right into the batter. The Mediterranean baked eggs are a real treat. Once you pop the yoke and mix it with the sauce that first bite is a party in your mouth. Also, the lunch menu is amazing. I would go for the 2 for U that way you can try 2 items at once. I almost forgot about the million dollar bacon!! Its sweet spicy and savory all in one cooked perfectly not to crunchy not to chewy!! I highly recommend getting this as an appetizer. I promise you will not be disappointed. Now that the food is done lol. The staff here is awesome even when they are slammed and crazy busy they still take time to make sure you have a great experience. I don't know if they are ever stressed by the job, but if so you would never know it. read more

Love every item we have ever ordered here! Everything is fresh, including their juices. And the service is always great!

Really gooooood place. Will take my family and friends from out of town here First Watch!

Food was good, the coffee not so much. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, the potatoes could have been a bit crunchier but they were still good. The biscuits were a little dry but the gravy made them enjoyable. The cornbread carnitas plate was really good, wish they made their own salsa. But this was definitely the better one of the two dishes. The portions are a good size and the food is reasonably priced. I enjoyed this place. I checked in online so I avoided the wait, there seemed to be about a 30-40 minute wait. The million dollar bacon was really good, highly recommend that dish. I would recommend this place and will come back. read more

Always love stopping in for brunch with my husband after our gym class. We ALWAYS make sure to go online to get on the list ahead of time so when we arrive, we check in and we have little to no wait. The staff here is always great and are all so very sweet. Our food is ALWAYS delicious, no matter what we order. I do have my favorites though, for instance the Purple Haze drink is so dang good, I need to find out the recipe! The waffles are so yummy, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I just don't know how they do it! I love when they come out with their special seasonal menus. It gives me a chance to always try something new, like the 2023 chicken pesto hash and the amazing yummy triple berry açaí bowl, which you HAVE to try! Everything is always so yum! I just know when I visit, that I'm going to leave happy. Thank you to all the First Watch staff for making this place an enjoyable place to come to! Keep up the great work! read more

You would think anyone can cook eggs and potatoes but they can't! These people however can make that stuff taste good even if its delivered from doordash. The staff are always great. The guy at the door is so patient with people I honestly don't know how he does it. He's dealing with doordash, checking in, to go orders and checking people out which I think the waiters need to do to relieve some time from the front staff.
