This is my second time hitting up this spot, the first time being a business breakfast with some co-workers. I remember that time, also being happy with my food and we were all commenting how the food was great and fresh. This time I was meeting up with my cousin visiting from out of town on a Saturday, around 9am, we were seated promptly although it was pretty busy. What I swallowed: *SMOKED SALMON BENEDICT: I love me some smoked salmon benedict and this was great. I think the bread could have been a little more toasted but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The side of fruit was also very sweet and fresh. Our server was really nice, she happily refilled our juices and coffee while my cousin and I catch caught up chatting away for several hours. It's a nice, relaxing place for both business and pleasure.

Not surprised that this brunch spot is so popular! Came here some Saturday morning with a group of 8 people (predominantly kids) and we waited about 30 minutes for a table. Decent amount of open space for the kids to squirrel around as they grew impatient. Parking in this strip mall lot filled up quickly with customers from all the neighboring businesses. Unsure how our visit compared to weekdays, but I'm guessing this was on the busier side. Customer service is fantastic. Our wait staff was great with the kids. Clearly they get a lot of families. I ordered one of the seasonal specials on the menu, Tacos Al Pastor Hash. I'm one of those crazy people that likes pineapple on pizza, so I was thrilled to have it in my dish accompanying potatoes and pork. Took a few bites of the chocolate chip pancakes at the table, and those were tasty too. Would come here again but not during brunch rush.

First Watch is constant across the board on each location. I've been to locations in Wisconsin, Virginia, and now Colorado and it's consistently good no matter what location you go to. The servers greet you right away and it doesn't take that long to get your meal after you order. If you're a breakfast person this is your place to go to. If you're not the biggest fan of breakfast you're able to order lunch items anytime during the day.

I love breakfast and having locally sourced ingredients and healthy options is fabulous. First Watch is one of my favorite chain restaurants and truth be told, we don't often frequent chains and opt to find mom and pop options. But, First Watch is def one of my go tos. I also love the clean lines, modern farmhouse decor and small touches. They've also recently added alcoholic options. We tried two and were impressed. I'm thinking the vodka cancels out the kale juice though, lol. We ordered the bacado omlette and farmhouse hash. Both cooked to order, flavorful and fresh. We always eat well here. And today, we shared a banana nut pancake, also yummy. Always have good things to say about First Watch. Thanks for being consistent. Till next time.

This was my first time at a First Watch and I will definitely be back! It was delicioussss. I wanted to try so many things on the menu, everything seemed good. Both of our meals were great, and even my annoying fussy friend liked his so that's a good sign. The restaurant seems a little trendy and fun too, which you don't get much in this area of town. It's a really large place too so we didn't have to wait but I'm sure on the weekends it's pretty busy. Parking is easy! But hey that's Arvada for now ;) Our server was really sweet and rushing around, but still helpful. Everything was great!...Besides my date haha will be back soon :)

In sum: This was my first time at First Watch, and although their menu seemed very delicious and abundant, I may have ordered the wrong thing for myself, but the service was pretty great. In terms of COVID as well, everything is back to full function and we didn't see masks on anyone, just a slight caution to the COVID-cautious, this doesn't affect my review. On the bottom of the receipt, there is also an option to write down your contact info for contact tracing in case any worker tested positive and they could let you know if you choose. I thought the service was pretty impressive, our waitress was kind. We had a party of 6, and when we were ordering, our waitress didn't write any of our complex order down but everything we were given was perfect and correct, so that was fantastic! We were checked on a couple of times which was great, we knew that the place was busy. For the Tri-athlete meal: I thought it was close to average or below average. My omelet seemed very watery for some reason, and I thought that the veggies were lacking in flavor. The green bell-peppers and mushroom, alongside the whole omelette seemed a bit like one could make it themselves at home for less. The tomatoes and bell-peppers seemed a bit like it was picked from a salsa jar, that's what the consistency felt like. I I wasn't a huge fan personally. The toast and jam were pretty good! I did get a side of tomato basil instead of the fruit, I'm a pretty big soup gal. I wasn't a fan. It was very thick, and I'm fine with thicker consistencies, but I felt like it was too thick and just had a strange taste. I couldn't put my finger on it, but it just didn't hit the spot for me. It did come with a size of crackers! Overall, I think this restaurant seems pretty great! I just wouldn't recommend this meal.

I've been to this particular location a few times, and the service never disappoints. The waitstaff and front-end team are fast, accommodating, and helpful. Even though we needed to wait longer than usual for our food, our waitress kept in touch with us and let us know what was happening. We were never just left without any communication. In addition, our waitress offered to give us a complimentary Blueberry muffin while we waited. We declined, but the offer was sincere, and we appreciated it. We ordered two items; the 1/2 Roast Beef and Havarti on the Parmesan Sourdough bread with the side salad and the Power Bowl - Pesto Chicken Quinoa (see pictures) The Roast Beef and Havarti sandwich was just okay. The Roast Beef was on the bland side, needed seasoning, and while the Parmesan Sourdough bread was good, the flavor actually overpowered the Havarti cheese, so the two flavors fought each other. The side salad included with the sandwich was okay, but the kitchen team used too much dressing and drenched the salad. I would recommend asking for the dressing on the side if you decide to try this particular dish. The Power Bowl - Pesto Chicken Quinoa was good and tasty! The portion size was adequate. Unless you have a serious hunger, I don't think you will leave unsatisfied. The ingredients in both meals were fresh. Even though the Roast Beef was bland, it was fresh and did not have that left-over taste you sometimes can get. Overall, it was a good meal. Just slightly disappointed in the sandwich/salad combination, but this won't stop us from coming back.

First watch is a great place for breakfast. They have both healthy options and some not so healthy options to make everyone happy. One of my favorites is the Quinoa Bowl. My husband likes the granola and fruit with yogurt. They have some very tasty fresh squeeze juice as well. read more

Waited 30 mins to get seated which was fine. Asked for water when we first sat down. Didn't receive any until the end of our meal. French toast wasn't very good, and a little burnt. Nothing special no taste. Ordered eggs Benedict BLT and the eggs were over cooked. No flavor. And it came with what looked like a salad but it was just spring mix with nothing on it. Really wanted to like this restaurant and I was really disappointed. read more

Amazing biscuits and gravy. The service was very quick and efficient. Recommend doing the check in through the Yelp app to avoid the wait at the door. Shelby did a great job and would also recommend to anyone that is looking for someone that doesn't loom over the table but is still interactive, even with small children. read more

Really great brunch spot but had to wait 40 minutes for a 2 top on Saturday morning around 9:40 but was told I'd only wait 20. That was a bummer. The coffee was , the food also great. Not sure why there was a 30 min wait for this place. I noticed they had water and coffee set out for people waiting, great! But they had styrofoam cups!!! The coffee at the table was no good. But thats why they have all the flavored creams at the table I guess.The menu did look good. But the biscuits and gravy was watery/no taste. The same was ture for the eggs benedict. My side of eggs also had no taste. The potato were not very good and not fully cooked. They were kind of pasty on the out side, not golden brown. But they did the right thing when we said our food was not good. They offered to remake it, but we said no thanks. This was not a one off issue. They then gave us a gift card that covered our meal. We left hungry and thinking how dose this place have 4 stars! Ok, staff was very nice, in fact it was that fake nice. But I get that; I think a simple "good morning would you like some something to drink," is good enough. I do not need to be called "friend." Lastly my wife and I both thought at the same time, why is there a Colorado flag on the wall of a Florida based company? That is just a slap in the face to all the top notch Colorado born companies. I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered on the phone and they guaranteed a 20 minute wait for the food. I waited an hour and a half before I ended up cancelling my order because they hadn't even started prepping the order. There were a handful of other groups who also ended up either leaving before the food had come, cancelling their orders due to long wait times, or left entirely. The menu did look good, but poor service and no communication really ruined my experience. read more

First time at First Watch and we probably won't be back. The wait was manageable...15 minutes for 2 of us...not bad at all. Once we were at our table, our server seemed annoyed when we weren't ready to order-well, we had only been sitting for 2 minutes! We ordered coffee and we asked for half and half as opposed to the flavored creamers on the table; once again, our server seemed put off by our request. Food was okay, but nothing to write home about. Bacon was sort of soggy; bleh.We will stick with our local neighborhood favorites. read more

I love First Watch. Their food is delicious and service is great. My only suggestion would be to start offering almond milk as a coffee creamer/ dairy free alternative. Loved my first experience here, definitely will be back! It was hard to choose a brunch item because everything looked so amazing. The (non-alcoholic) drinks we saw coming out to other people all looked like something I wanted to try, and the Million Dollar Bacon was so great. Every single thing I saw coming out of the kitchen and had on my plate looked super freshly prepared; its not every day you see that at a restaurant. I can't wait to go back! read more

Such a good restaurant and a great experience. I always love the food. I'm so glad my favorite server, Amy, returned after the covid shut down. Amy has such a great spirit and provides the most amazing service. Honestly, I come as often as I do because of her and I always ask to sit in her section! My overall impression was "meh" at best and there was one "what the..." moment. Let's get that one out of he way. I ordered a breakfast that came with two eggs which would supposedly be done in the way requested, e.g., over easy or scrambled. I ordered scrambled. What arrived were eggs done over hard which had been chopped into chunks and piled together. I could tell that before the server walked away. When I pointed out to the server that I had ordered scrambled eggs, and that these were not that, he said that's how they do them there. I said OK and didn't touch them. As for the rest of the meal, the pancake and bacon were fine but nothing to write home about. Also, they don't have fresh cream for coffee but that "no refrigeration required" half and half (sorta), along with artificially flavored varieties by the same company. Not my thing for the morning go-go juice. I might give them another try at some point, but this visit was just so-so. read more

Meh- was hoping for better . Biscuits in biscuits and gravy were still doughy ( I told staff and it wasn't taken off the bill), my pancake was crispy not fluffy and cold, and I was served the wrong eggs.. or the best experience. Went there this morning with a neighbor and I was very disappointed. Came because I love the biscuits and gravy. Got my order and it all came out cold. Should have sent back eggs and potatoes to because they were cold. Got the biscuits and gravy back and it was awful. The gravy was so runny and looked like soup. It was tasteless and totally surprised because in the past it was so good. It was not busy so I do not know what was going on. I think I will pass on coming back for awhile. Upon check out told the cashier and she just said sorry. read more

The hostess told me where the group was seated and I headed to their location. There is lots of conversation noise, but not so much that you could not hold a conversation. We ordered beverages and got into the discussion of our book. I got a cup of coffee. Their drip coffee is tasty. Our server re-supplied the cream for me and made sure there was enough sweetener. Once we had our beverages, he took our order. I chose the chile relleno breakfast plate. It comes with two eggs, which I had basted, potatoes and two crispy chile rellenos smothered in green chili. I asked for half and half as my heat level and it was perfect. My coffee cup was kept filled as well as my water. My breakfast was quite tasty. The discussion was fun. Overall great experience.

Accommodating, fast, fresh. Making a reservation/getting in line anywhere for a Sunday morning party of FOURTEEN is going to be a challenge, but Mark at the host stand was amazing to work with. I had unintentionally placed a spot in line at a different first watch location, but Mark took the initiative to fix MY mistake. He called the neighboring location and cancelled my reservation, and turned our now 30 minute wait in to a 5 minute wait by drying off the patio and seating us outside. He was kind, easy to work with, and a great problem solver. We were able to be seated, order, eat, and pay within 1 hour, which is crazy for such a large party! I was impressed with all of the staff, including our servers that worked hard and was patient with our questions. The whole family left our experience very impressed and satisfied with the service and quality of food. I ordered breakfast for my girlfriend and I. Upon arriving to the restaurant, we looked for our pickup order. It was not there. After 15 minutes of the staff asking around, they finally declared that someone else must have picked up our order on accident. So, we waited for the food to be remade. No discount offered. No apology. We then received the remade food and check out these lovely pictures. My "Farmhouse Hash" was $15 and nothing more then some potatoes and eggs. 100% unacceptable.
