Sam was great at getting me all the info I needed at the start, then the very cool Zoom estimating process where I walked Simon through my house with my phone showing him video of each room and what was going. Within 30minutes I had an estimate that was at least 50% less than I was expecting and they send you the MAX PRICE, not what it might be, but the max it can be based on time allotted with ZERO hidden fees. No extra cost for wrapping, no extra fees for blanket use, none of the BS most every other moving company had. I hate getting surprise costs or getting nickel and dimed so I LOVED this! Then got a few reminders as we got closer to the move and was told they would be arriving between 8am and 9am, which in my service experiences means 9am at the earliest and likely 9:30 or later, but nope, they text me they were on their way and were there about 8:05am. Five guys, two trucks, ready to get to work. All very nice guys that worked together very well as a team! They were super accommodating, very diligent (wrapping everything very securely with blankets and clear wrap), took apart everything for no additional charge (even an annoying four poster bed), took care of a very heavy piano and stand up freezer. Used straps and ramps and dolly's and handtrucks as needed, all while being very careful with floors, walls, stair rails, etc. They then went around at the end and asked about every other item I hadn't pointed out like planters and tools and other things that they gladly took for me. On the other end they were equally as protective and diligent and were great about taking direction for both me and my wife as to where to put things, and put everything back together, cut away the wrapping and took it away with them, and got unloaded in no time. It was a long day for those guys but they handled it so well and I was just so impressed 10 out of 10, have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so!

We had asked the general manager, Alexander to open an insurance claim so our contractor could make repairs but he refused. Instead he has twice given us insurance information with the expectation that we open our own claims. In both cases, the insurance provided did not apply to home damage and has resulted in weeks in delays. We cannot rent or sell our home until the repairs are complete. It has now been 80 days since Pure Moving damaged our home and we are no closer to getting them to take responsibility for the damage they have admitted they caused. Our next steps are to engage state officials, including the attorney general, as it appears they do not carry liability insurance for damage to your property. I will be editing this review with a link to a website with full history and documentation for anyone interested. In the interim, BEWARE! Our family has suffered greatly for putting our trust in Pure Moving's ability to handle the move, and to be responsible for their actions.

The JVA moving crew were meticulous in packing our belongings- it was dumping rain and they wrapped just about everything we owned to ensure it did not get wet; we didn't even have to ask, they just did their thing! And FAST. The load and unload time was extremely impressive, and the men who worked on our move- Tom, Cale, and Tyler, were so respectful and considerate- totally went above and beyond. Not a single item was broken or damaged; which is to be expected with pretty much every move. My wife was also extremely impressed with their work ethic and manners. Please avoid at all costs, they are AWFUL! Hired them for full-service moving…read more Where do I begin with the issues? 1. They did not listen to instructions. We asked them not to pack the kitchen or bathroom, but they packed them both anyway. This means both time we paid for, and the expense of tons of supplies AND more work post move (since we now had to rewash everything). 2. They were wasteful so they could upcharge for supplies. Found a number of empty boxes. They used a wardrobe box to move a bunch of bubble wrap - nothing else inside. They emptied the contents a plastic bin filled with clothes into another box and then wrapped the empty bin in plastic - it truly made no sense. Found 5 barely used rolls of tape in one room after they left as an example...clearly just trying to charge for supplies. 3. Some flat out dangerous packing - they packed a bleach cleaning spray (didn't even move the nozzle to "off" in a box with cosmetics...could have ruined the items or gotten bleach on items that go on my face. (And again, I asked them not to touch my bathroom in the first place). 3. When signing the paperwork, they skipped over the part that asked for reimbursement coverage. I caught this and asked them to go back and give me pricing so I could decide what made the most sense. They asked me to sign and would follow up with pricing and then no one followed up. 4. I still haven't located a suitcase from the move (guessing it got left in the truck) and also had broken items (including a chip in my $10k dresser). They didn't reassemble a bed properly and then hid the pieces under the bed which means there's a risk of the bed breaking now and shows they were just cutting corners. 5. And after all of this, they have been non-responsive to my attempts to file a claim. Next steps are to take this to the BBB, try and do a chargeback from my credit card company, and post on social media so hopefully no one else falls for these scammers.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. An update: September 2026…read more It has now been over two months since my move in early July, and I am once again having issues with All Service Moving. This morning I received three back-to-back calls (9:16, 9:17, 9:19) from the company while I was in a meeting. The first call went to voicemail, but they continued calling. I have not been given any explanation for why they are suddenly contacting me months later. This is especially frustrating because after my move, the movers repeatedly contacted my personal phone pressuring me for a tip and a five-star review. I eventually had to block the number. The move itself also went poorly. The truck they brought could not access my loading area despite the information and photos I provided beforehand, resulting in additional trips and delays. A move estimated at 3-4.5 hours took around 6.5 hours and cost over $1,000. When I submitted a claim, Operations Manager Donald Stansbury essentially dismissed it with a very short, poorly written email stating they could not provide any reimbursement or refund. I had hoped the matter was over. Now, two months later, I am receiving repeated calls about the claim with no clear explanation. I would recommend keeping all communication with this company documented and in writing.

They were courteous, professional, made sure all my things were where I wanted them (offered to move things around for me several times), and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. When the movers arrived, the one doing the paperwork asked if there were stairs at the destination. I said yes, we're moving into a two-story home. He said that there would be either a $60 or $90 stair fee then, depending on how much stuff had to go upstairs at the destination. I was unimpressed by this surprise fee, especially hearing about it in the first five minutes that they arrived, but I was so impressed by everything else about their work that followed that I still have to give them five stars and recommend them highly.
