Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well. Again, he understood the importance of customer service and making sure that customers are left with a great experience in addition to getting the work done. 6/5 stars if I could.

That's when I searched for a local family owned company that Had good reviews. Jims was straight to the point. Stephen came out and methodically figured out what pipe the leak was coming from. He showed me proof and explained it to me. It was under the cement slab in our garage. I was not happy about the possibility of tearing out concrete. He suggested running the pipe above ground where it would be accessible. He rerouted the line and used materials that saved me money. Instead of taking several days, it was done by lunch. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They really helped me out of a scarey spot. I highly reccomend them. They are ethical, honest and don't waste time. I owe them my thanks.

Plumbing issues are usually always a dreaded nightmare for people who know nothing about pipes and plumbing etc.. He quickly diagnosed our water pressure issue--our main valve was sitting at a dangerous 100 PSI--and installed a new 1-inch Zurn Wilkins regulator (our old one was 24 years old!). He also performed a hydro-jetting service on our main line to clear out all the debris. Giovanni was polite, professional, upfront with pricing, and worked incredibly efficiently. We had an incident at our place of business where emergency plumbing services were required immediately, and it seemed that whoever we were calling were extremely busy or didn't want to stop by since it was later in the afternoon. Noticed my water wasn't heating up when I'd shower so I called first class plumbing & rooter and they were able too send out a technician. Tito showed up and was able to tell me the problem with my water.He recommended going with a brand new Bradford white water heater within 30mins of it being installed I had hot water all throughout my house.I also asked if he can check my back yard drains since they were all clogged up from the rains we had recently, he recommended a hydro jetter job. Once the hydro jetter showed up they got too work and we're able to clear my clogged drains in no time, they ran a camera too show me the condition of my pipe and I just had some root's problems. Tito showed up on time and took a look at what needed to be done and he was also very nice and professional. Considering it was getting late I expected he would do the work the next day, but he told me he could get it done right away. I love friendly and competent service! Just as important is how he explained everything to me and then explained in simpler terms when I clearly didn't understand the plumbing jargon. I hope to never have a plumbing issue again, but since certain issues are inevitable, I'll surely request Travis again in the future. He turned a horrible situation into an excellent experience.

The first person I talked to told me they don't do that. And asked if I'm a realtor? I said no I'm not. And they said they don't do services like that. Then called me later and said they do when do I want to book? Then a 2nd person I spoke to said they can't tell me how much camera scope cost. Why would I bring you guys out for estimate + camera work if I don't know what it's going to cost me? Every other company will be able to give me what the camera scope cost is.

Anthony Canez arrived at the scheduled window promptly, communicated clearly, and was professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue in our yard, but he also walked us through every step of the diagnostic process. As first-time homeowners, we were not familiar with all the reasons why the backyard would flood. Anthony took the time to teach us about our irrigation valve and watering system--how it works, why certain parts needed replacement, and even where our emergency water shutoff is located for future situations. After the (reasonable) estimate was generated, Anthony picked up the necessary parts and completed the repair efficiently. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a complete master class in backyard irrigation for my sister and I. Absolute Lifesaver! Highly Recommend David and Henley's Plumbing!…read moreOn Saturday afternoon, my toilet clogged, and every local plumbing company was fully booked. Luckily, I called Henley's Plumbing, and they managed to schedule a technician to arrive by 6:00 PM. Since it was late on a Saturday, I didn't expect much, but David and another team member arrived exactly on time. After diagnosing the issue, they had to remove the toilet and discovered that tree roots were causing the clog. Since the toilet was out, I decided to replace both toilets in my house. Despite the late hour, David and his partner went out to purchase the new toilets, cleared the root clog, and stayed until 10:00 PM to finish the entire installation. I was amazed by their willingness to stay so late on a weekend just to ensure my family had working toilets. To make things even better, David promised to return on Monday with a camera to inspect the pipes for cracks. True to his word, David showed up on Monday with two other team members. Fortunately, there were no cracks, but to my absolute surprise, they did not charge me for this follow-up camera service!
