This is the second car I have bought from Right Toyota and my favorite salesman A J & I truly love my car Cannot say enough good things about his ENTIRE operation. A J is the most professional and competent seller I ever knew. A J is extremely helpful and thorough with my purchase. I will definitely recommend A J to others and will come back in the future & highly recommend working with him. read more

First Class Auto Service - RAV4 Hybrid XLE - Auto Repair Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

I am VERY happy!!!!! Came in for brake replacement. They offered me a ride home and back while I waited - quoted me a reasonable rate (less than another reputable business) and told me it would take a few hours. They called me MUCH sooner than expected to tell me the car was ready and when I got there, the price was even LOWER than they quoted me! Their staff and the owner were all very nice. I will be back for my other automotive needs! UPDATE - 5-2-18. I have been back for several other repairs and routine maintenance and continue to be pleased with the experience. I receive consistently great customer service, always feel I'm being treated with respect and they just do a fantastic job! read more

Ray - Thank you. You completely took care of my long list of problems with this 04 BMW 325i with 163k miles. For several months I have been toying with the idea of buying something new & getting into car payments again. Got so lucky to have reached out to your shop via Yelp. The quote you provided was far below what other shops shared, and I saved thousands. The work you did is above and beyond. This car hums again! No stalling, no oil leaks, smooth transmission, and feels pleasant to drive. Hoping to put another 100k miles on this baby. Additionally, thank you for picking me up and making me home. So I did not have to worry about arranging transportation to-from the shop! Ray, I will be sending anyone I know your way. Thank you and your team for the hard work. Ricardo read more

Discount tire referred me to First Class when they saw that my tires were out of alignment. I figured I would walk over and schedule an appointment to have this fixed while I waited for my tire to be changed. To my surprise, Ray was able to get me in right away. Discount Tire dropped my car off right after fixing the tire and the guys at First Class Auto had my vehicle repaired and ready to go within 30 mins with absolutely no appointment and no notice. Really great service, no hidden fees, no extensive paperwork. I'm happy with my hassle free experience... thanks so much First Class! read more

My car was damaged in an accident and they did a great job repairing it. They also cleaned the inside. It looked like new when they were finished. Theyalso have very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them. read more

Michelle I apologize if you felt that I was rude but the fact of the matter was that I already had the parts in my possession and you guys wanted to charge me $1,060 to replace what I had stated when I inquired about a quote that's when I went looking elsewhere and bringing your company the business. With all that being said your ratings went up two points. read more

I bought four new tires next door at Discount Tire, but they don't align them afterwards and recommended I go to First Class Auto Service. I also needed new front brakes so I walked to Midas across the street to get a price quote. I took that price quote to Ray at FCAS and he told me he could beat the price by almost $30. Sold! I was given a ride home so I wouldn't have to sit and wait a few hours. All in all, it was a good experience. I will call Ray the next time I need any work done on my car. read more

Bounced around from different shops and dealerships only to be quoted $4000 dollars for absurd repairs. Was finally recommended to Ray and his team. Wow! Beyond belief. Best car service I ever received. Incredibly kind and truly honest and took care of everything for under $500. Car feels better than when I bought it. Incredibly grateful for the team. Highly recommended!!!! read more

Ray and his guys got me in and out finishing what I needed done in one day, which is important as this is my work truck. I will definately return for future work read more

Ray's operation is truly impressive. He has a team of 2 old timer that lovingly care for vintage vehicles to "keep them on the road" and 2 yourger mechanics that work on the newer stuff. Ray is super upfront on all the issues that need immediate attention and stuff that can wait. This shop loves old cars! 1 of ray's guys is a german specialist, another one works on american makes); as a result, my 73 mercedes was babied. The mechanic looked at the entire car (vs what I was asking him to check to save on $$) and fixed all he could regardless of whether it was in the initial quote or not! They also detailed the car to the point that I could not recognize it (they buffed the paint so much that the paint looked it was 2 years old). When I asked Ray how much I owed him, he said: "no charge my detail guy was slow and we felt your car could use it": Unbelievable! FCAS also has the best shuttle service in the state! but USSHHH, it's a secret! Ray sometimes gets behind the steering wheel of his gorgeous Shelby to drop off lucky customers. I (along with my neighbors) will remember this experience for a long time! Since FCAS also has one of the lowest hourly rate in the east valley (let alone Scottsdale!), it is an easy choice. They made me a repeat happy customer, and I hope they will for you too. read more

I have taken my vehicle to this place twice over the past few weeks for an alignment and a coolant leak. Both times I had great service and communication. The jobs were done exactly as planned and they charged exactly what they said it was going to be. No surprises is always a great thing. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on. read more

I haven't been very active on Yelp, but today I felt that it was due time I give a great business like First Class Auto a sparkling review. I have been taking my cars here for ten years now, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I always felt taken advantage of at dealerships, places like Jiffy Lube, and other really slick Scottsdale places...more often than not, these places take advantage of females, and that's just a hard reality of life. Ray and his staff at First Class are like a family...they would never take advantage of anyone, and they have always treated me fairly, always with respect and kindness. They are quick, professional, economical, and above and beyond anything else, they are honest. My family and I will never take our cars any place else. All my friends and their families take their cars here now, too, and they couldn't be happier...Ray says what he means, and means what he says, and in this crazy world, that's worth its weight in gold. I highly recommend this business...they won't let you down. read more

They checked my car for free, but you need to make an appointment. The told me what was wrong with it and the price was competitive and a little more affordable. I lived close by so they drove me back home as well and took off $10 from uber expense when I went back to pick up my car. They fixed exactly what I payed for. I asked if they could take a look at some other things but they didn't. I would say almost 5 stars, if I could o would give 4,5 stars. read more

A couple days ago, I fired up my car and started driving towards downtown so that I could attend the Yelp Eats UYE at Nobuo. Only problem was it was 104 outside and my AC wasn't working. Luckily, I'm a savvy dude, and had a pretty good idea about what COULD be wrong. I called Lightning Lube, my go-to for all things car. They recommended I give Ray a call at First Class. I took it in, told him what was up, and he recharged my AC within 30 minutes, and I was out the door. He's honest, fast, reliable and the kind of guy you want working on your car. His prices are reasonable, and it seems as if his staff does all kinds of work. I will certainly come back. He will make conversation with you, explain what is going on, and then give you options. The other thing that is key here, is that he won't just start working on your car, until you tell him to. He'll help you out and figure out why your check engine light is on and give you random advice on your car if you ask for it. I was originally going to go to Whitey's since everyone in Old Town seems to go there, but Whitey's is closed on weekends. I'm glad they are, because meeting Ray was the best thing that could have happened to my car. BRING YOUR CAR HERE! read more

Hands down the most honest auto shop I have ever encountered. Let me start with the fact they saved me literally at least a couple thousand dollars. They did a (free) diagnostic on my vehicle and told me they think it could be a transmission problem and that if I go to a Nissan Dealership to get this fixed, it may be covered under the extended warranty. Sure enough, I go to a Nissan dealership and it is totally covered. New trannys cost at least 2 thousand dollars, and because of their honesty and moral, I didn't spend a dime. Not only that, but the manager (maybe owner?) Keith told me I could call him at any time if I have questions about what the Nissan auto shop relayed to me. I have finally found an auto repair shop I trust and will be a loyal customer to. read more

I came here for routine transmission work on a Monday morning. I had originally been quoted $185, and was going to use the 10% off check in offer. I dropped it off at 9AM, and was told it would be ready by 12:30 or 1PM. To my surprise, it was ready by 11, and they only charged $99. So refreshing to come to a place where I know they have my best interest in mind. Definitely coming back for all of my future work! read more

Ray is a great guy! Very fair rates. I'd the home work. ;) I HIGHLY recommend Ray & Todd to everyone I know! First Class Auto Service is a hidden little car repair gem! These guys are honest, and true to thier word. If they say it costs a certain amount, thats what it is. They are SUPER fast. I have been going to Ray since 2011, cause he way recommended for the alignment specialists, but they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction! read more

New to the area and came here for an oil change. The manager greeted me and was able to get my car done same day. Definitely will return for any other car repairs. Very friendly and welcoming, quick service and good price! read more

My car AC was broken in June, IN ARIZONA! NOT FUNNY! Ray got it fixed within one day. Reasonable price, bottom line guaranteed. NO hassles , no rip-off. Recommend this place for anybody who want a major auto repair. read more

My dad scoped out this spot 7 years ago when I first moved to Arizona -- he's a car guy and wanted to make sure that I was in good hands if I needed anything for my car. I've gone here for everything from alignments & oil changes to replacing the breaks. It's conveniently located next to Discount Tire so I would get my tires rotated there and then have them send it the First Class for whatever else I need to get done. Ray has been great at explaining any issues with car without coming off as condescending -- he's extremely direct. I'll continue to come here for anything with my car and will happily refer friends who are in need of a great auto shop. read more

I went in to get an oil change and he answers the phone does not even look at me and sits there and talks to his girl or whom ever it was that called and twenty minutes later when he is done talking tells me that I have to wait an hour for an oil change when there is two cars out there. Rudest place I ever Ben would not recommend this place! read more

Ray and his team are terrific. They are fair, transparent and do right by their customers. They also do great work. I'll be using their services again. read more

Shoddy work. Parts left off. I wouldn't recommend. Had to go back three times and then the owner was rude to me. I ended up going to another shop and (gladly) pay more money to have the job finished to factory specs. read more

If you're looking for service for your car - CALL OFF THE SEARCH RIGHT NOW!!! Ray and First Class Auto service are fantastic!!! I was referred to him by a friend who drives 40 miles to get his entire family's vehicles serviced, tells me a lot. I went to Ray 2-3 times in the last year as I have a 12 year old vehicle. When you get an older vehicle serviced, it's real easy to get "taken to the cleaners", 99% of mechanics would do that all day long. Each time Ray serviced the car, I got a truthful, and honest assessment and service. He actually told me a few things that I did NOT need to do, where anyone else would have racked up big bills all day long. Super fast, courteous, and VERY reasonably priced. I have 3 other places 1-2 miles from my house, but they are all ripoffs, I'll gladly drive 15-20 minutes longer to go to Ray, I know I'm getting taken care of properly every time !! Steve W. Ray Morgan and his team have done it again. I recently purchased a Jeep. It had been sitting for years, tired, sad and maybe even a hopeless cause. Within days and a very reasonable amount of money, these guys had it purring like a kitten. I'm now in AZ back country a couple times a month with complete confidence in The "Black Bear". Good Job Guys! read more

I was recommended to this place by a friend who has gone here for years. Keith and his team were incredibly responsive, friendly and timely when I called about my car problem. I would highly highly recommended this place to anyone I know! A hidden gem with first class service. My car was in and out of there same day (within a few hours!). Will definitely use for any future auto repair! read more

A couple of weeks ago I had to slowly roll into the Discount Tire to get new tires and of course I needed to get an alignment as well. They suggested this place since it was right behind them and they were able to take care of my car very quickly. I was also very happy that they checked everything and did not try to sell me on a cap or a filter. I feel this was the first time I walked in for a service and simply only got that service and not pushed to do other work. Its close to home, nice people, I will come back again when my car needs it however hopefully it's not too soon. read more
