They called me over to the automotive center and accused me of not dropping off my keys. Even after telling them I dropped my keys off, the employee rudely implied that I was stupid and must have forgotten before they finally realized that one of their employees took my key home with him. I had to wait around the store (2 hours) for them to get in contact with the employee, get my key back, get an oil change AND I didn't even get a discount on my oil change. It was a terrible experience, and when I brought up how I understand mistakes are made, but I don't like being talked to like that, it was an offhand sorry and nothing to make up for it. Poor customer service. Rude employees. Complete lack of critical thinking skills needed to solve problems.

I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. So i went back to the auto select and ask them if they can look at it n replace the part BECAUSE I HAVE 3years part warranty on it. talked to Anthony and the onwer they kept interrupting me and wasnt trying to listen or hear anything they being really RUDE about it.. they didn't listen or do anything about it.. i spent over 4000$ and still the check engine light still on because of auto select.

They said it was right under the drivers seat and "fixed" it for $400. Never got a receipt because when the car was ready I called to say I was coming and the guy said he was leaving work and I could give him my debit card number over the phone and he would leave the keys in the car because I had a spare. I noticed almost a week later that there was still an exhaust leak. Called them and got it in a week or so later. They checked it out and told me I have several exhaust leaks and it would cost $1000 to fix the whole exhaust system. Not right at all in my opinion. If you take a vehicle in to get fixed and they charge you but don't fix the issue then that is dishonest!!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
