    My experience with Bergstrom Kia Appleton has been beyond disappointing. I returned to my purchasing dealership for a standard oil change and tire rotation, but what should have been a routine service quickly turned into a series of frustrating problems. 1. **The Car Wash Incident:** At check-in with Austin, I clearly stated that my car had been detailed the day before and requested that they do not wash it, as I always request when coming in for service. This was crucial because my previous experience with Kia involved them washing my brand-new black car with brushes, which scratched the paint and required professional buffing to fix--an expense I had to cover myself, not Bergstrom. 2. **The Misleading Information:** After the service, Austin walked me to my car, during which I noticed water running down the trunk. When I asked if the car had been washed, he assured me that it had only gotten slightly wet, was promptly dried, and no brushes were used. He even told me to check my dash cam. When I did, my dash cam footage revealed a full car wash with brushes, squeegees, and rags--contradicting what I was told. 3. **Scratches and Water Spots:** Upon returning home, I found my car covered in water spots and, worse, my entire car covered in scratches. My freshly detailed and recently buffed car now looked as though it had been washed with steel wool. 4. **The Manager's Response:** I reached out to Tim, the service manager, who agreed to cover the cost of re-buffing my car and reimburse me for the detailing I had done the day before. However, it was clear that despite my repeated requests, the dealership's staff continued to ignore my instructions not to wash my car. I've heard from three different Bergstrom employees that the brushes scratch. Yet, they continue to use them. 5. **The Final Disappointment:** Tim and general manager Tom then decided and informed me that they would no longer service my vehicle. "It comes with a heavy heart to say I believe it's in the best interest that we no longer service your vehicle." This decision felt like a slap in the face, especially after my patience and clear communication. 6. **The Inadequate Compensation:** To add insult to injury, I was given a $25 gift card after requesting compensation. This gesture felt like a poor attempt to placate me rather than addressing the real issue of respect and professionalism. I now have to drive 30 minutes to Oshkosh to service my Kia instead of going to Appleton. In summary, Bergstrom Kia Appleton has lost a customer over a simple request that was ignored and mishandled. If you value clear communication and respectful service, you might want to consider other options. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer preferences here is truly disappointing. Since we were told not to return, we decided to go to Kia Oshkosh to buy another new car and they have been outstanding, unlike Kia Appleton.

    Enticed by financial incentives and our chosen EV9 in stock, we drove 3.5 hours one way from the Yoop to Bergstrom Kia. We were delightfully surprised to find that they'd abandoned commissioned sales and instead focus on an efficient, customer-friendly buying experience--complete with the fanciest coffee-espresso machine I've ever seen at a dealership. My kiddos made themselves at home with hot cocoa and TV in a room designed just for them. Best of all, our experience with sales guy Nick was seamless and (dare we say) enjoyable from start to finish. We appreciated the more-than-fair trade-in offer and the facility tour, and we feel like Nick & Bergstrom Kia were in it to win our repeat business. Many thanks!

    Bergstrom Kia is my new place to go for all my car needs! Went in looking to downsize from a large SUV to a car, but had a few specifics of what I was looking for...this is where Sam entered and worked her tail off to get my exactly what I wanted in my price range!!! She was great to work with and calmed my nerves about buying!! Very, very pleased with my car and the service I got from Sam, as well as Bergstrom!!

I am only leaving this review to maybe save someone so dont write me off as just a disgruntled person. To start, I called to ask a few questions and the woman was extremely rude. I had to de escalate the situation as the customer! She told us we were approved for 2 lenders, no co signer and no money down. According to her, all we had to do was bring our stuff. We drove an hour to get there based on a lie. We tell them we only want something under 100k miles, they bring us something to try with 102k. We decide heck try it. We decide we like it. Then we find out the woman was lying to us, none of what we were told was true and we drove up for no reason. If we had a co-signer we were already approved for a brand new vehicle, why would we get a vehicle with 102k on it? Then on top of that, they promised us car fax and discounts because of the damage on the truck. They tried to get us to sign onto a deal BEFORE presenting the carfax or the total for the truck. Shady? Yes. The kicker is, the rude lying woman was in the back. I could see her in the mirror grinning at us like she was so proud of herself for her actions.

So I started to go here for everything starting June 2021. I should have known, but each time there was something they F'd up! It was until this past Nov 2024, I scheduled appt for recalls to be addressed. Two times they cancelled because they apparently have 1 guy do work on my car. Because the mechanic was sick one one and on vacation the other time. So fast forward they finally could get me in to do 3 recalls. Mind you a good year had passed since Acura told me about the recalls. They refused to work on the recalls. So 11/08/24 at 11am I drop my car off for the 3 recalls, auto engine shut off malfunctioning, differential fluid change, oil change, and inspection with brakes, and get a quote on the passenger side door damage. Once I get in there the guy is wanting me to sign this paperwork for a loaner. Which ok, I get it there a lot to be done. He tells me talk to you in a few days. I said ok sounds good. I don't hear a thing for 2 WEEKS!! I finally call, and they say whoever I need to talk to is busy that they'll call me back. A hour later I get a TEXT not a call saying the holdup is this and that. It might be next Weds. At this point I say ok. Ok, so Nov. 27th I go pick my car up. I have to pay $390 for the stuff they did and they tell me they put the wrong differential fluid in. Omg. So they knock off $100. I'm on my way home and I can hear a humming sound in back and a clank in front. Next day I call because it was 7pm and they closed. But I call and leave a message and never get a call back. Come to find out my stabilizer bar is broken. And when a different mechanic goes to fix it he sees the nuts and bolts on my calipers are missing!!!!!! They removed them for whatever reason and never put them back together. My mechanic says I'm lucky because if the calipers would come apart at 75mph on the hwy I may of been in big trouble. I call and text the number they text me at and still to this day not a reply!! Oh and they keep my garage door opener!!! I'm never going here again and I hope you don't either. I included pics of it all.

Bergstrom should be embarrassed by how terrible their current BMW staff is operating. I had to get BMW involved to correct the situation. Save yourself and take the short drive to Milwaukee if you want a new BMW.

    I saw that they had acquired a used car I had been looking to find for many years. I met with a…read moresales rep and ended up buying the car that same day. The trade in value for the car I already owned was more or less a joke. I told them that, but was told to "take it or leave it." I was also told that they would follow up in a week or so to see how everything was going. I have owned the car for 2 months and haven't heard a peep from them. The only thing I received from them was a check because they overcharged me for the title fees. When I received the title in the mail, it was incorrect, so I have to get it reissued from the state. Overall, about the worst experience I have ever had buying a car.

My financing and insurance had already been approved prior to meeting with Jackson Weber. The dealership gave me a bad faith low ball on my trade in. The amount was unconscionable and below Black Book and CarFax which considers the historic maintenance of a vehicle. The amount offered was not commensurate with an offer from another dealer. It was a blatant example of dealer undervaluation to maximize resale margin. Apple Intelligence confirmed that I should walk from the offer and that is exactly what I did. Will never do business with Jackson or Bergstrom ever again. Avoid this dealership like the plague cause it will kill any interest in buying a car! Dealer exhibited obnoxious sales tactics like acting like it was charitable in allowing me to deduct trade-in sales tax from the purchase price. Pease note the deduction is based on tax law. Jackson also attempted to foolishly boost dealership profit by placing focus on monthly payments rather than the actual price of the transaction. Do not ever fall for this deceptive maneuver!

Plugs. Coils etc because their work! The spark plugs have never been changed!! Tune up is standard around 60,000 miles! I bought car with 80,000 plus miles! Their so called 100 point inspection is bs!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!! Their extremely shady!!!! I shouldn't have to drop $5,000 like this for only owning it for 4 months!!!!
