Just as a preface: I'm usually a very calm and reasonable person. I brought in my 2023 Bronco Sport in cause check engine light came on. (Bought the vehicle here in'23). They supposedly fixed the problem and I drove it home. $800 for fix. (not under warranty) Very next day check engine light on again. had to wait two weeks to get back in for service. Now they say it's gonna be another $500 and another part!!! Should have been fixed the first time. So I bought a 2018 dodge Durango gt from Them on sept 09 and and when I got home I noticed that a part of the race track light was out. I immediately contacted the dealership to address this issue. They ultimately deny any responsibility of fixing an issue that was present before I bought it. I have pictures to prove that it was an issue prior to driving off the lot! I've already filed a dealership complaint. Do not trust these guys!! Their business dealings are Shady. They are in direct violation of the law. They did not disclose the issue prior to buying. I hesitate to generalize because I know that there are some sincerely incredible people that work at this company, but we have had very few service-related visits that have gone well at Les Stumpf Ford. Story time: Recently, as in the last 8 months, our car went in for service at Bergstrom and they replaced all but two spark plugs because they said that it was the reason for the lurching and hesitation of our 2018 Ford EcoSport. Fast forward to last week when my car refused to start. Against our better judgment, we had it towed to Les Stumpf (because we didn't want to send it back to Bergstrom because the tow was on our dime). And who knows, maybe the other time was a fluke, right? It was taken there last wednesday. It took the service department 5 days just to look* at it. Okay, it's busy, you might be understaffed. Fine. *And by look at it, I mean hook it up to a machine that tells you what's wrong with your car. Not actual maintenance experience as in troubleshooting mechanically. I mean, who does THAT anymore? Evidently what was revealed was that the issue was the spark plugs. My husband came down there personally yesterday in order to contest the finding, stating that we had JUST had the spark plugs replaced within the last 8 months and that maybe there's a underlying issue that we're missing. They didn't listen. His input was dismissed. They went through with it convinced that this is the right thing to do. We trusted it. We picked up our car to the tune of $340. Spark plugs, $125 hr labor costs, and an automatic $150 every time that they plug the car into a computer that tells them what's wrong with it. (They only did that last part once.) I get in my car and the service department told us that we could go right across the street to the Les Stumpf Ford used car lot where there was a car wash for us to take the car through. My husband headed home, because, I've got my newly repaired car, right? While in the car wash, my car freaks out and dies. There is a car behind me so I'm in panic mode trying to figure out how I'm going to get my car out of this car wash. I see a Les Stumpf employee walking past the car wash so I roll my window down to get his attention and to yell for him that I'm going to need some help getting out of the car wash (I got soaked doing this with some unknown chemicals .) During which time he just stands there and looks at me while I am trying to get my car started frantically, and only remarked at the fact that I was a "little too far over on one side". Okay...not everybody can read the room, I get it.‍ My car starts just long enough to get about 15 ft outside of the car wash exit. I call Les Stumpf to let them know that they're going to need to come over across the street to help me figure out what's going on with my car that I just picked up 12 minutes ago. They send a shuttle and a technician. In the end I think it just ended up having to get towed back to the service department. So there I sat waiting to hear what the story was going to be on my car. No story, they're going to "try to fit it in between all of their other jobs". I decided since the last time my car was in there they didn't even look at it for a 5 days, I should probably just get shuttled home, and so I did. This message is not about bitterness or rage or frustration (but make no mistake there was definitely some frustration being felt) this message is about accountability. Accountability for calling yourself a service department but not really listening to your customers and offering the service that's truly needed. If this was the first time we've had a poor experience at Les Stumpf Ford, I wouldn't even think twice about it. Things happen. I get that. But when they happen at an organization repeatedly and there is no accountability, no sense of justice for the customer, I'm not sure what else needs to be said or done. The fact that there is an abysmal three stars for your service department should say it all. Several people mention the fact that their cars were not repaired upon pickup and that they've had to go back several times just to get it done right. You guys have to do better than this. This cannot POSSIBLY be Lester Stumpfs vision, can it? Look At Your Service Department's reviews. Listen to your customers, and please for the love of everything holy, do right by your customers. Don't ever buy a used truck from here. Bought a 2020 Ford F350 in February 2022, had it in the shop immediately afterwards for transmission issues. They kept putting patches over the issue, which then pushed us out of our Ford warranty into our extended. Fast forward to January 2024, they had our truck for almost 8 weeks and did an overhaul on the transmission (covered by our extended warranty). The lack of communication from the entire service department was appalling, we would have to call to get an update on what was going on with our truck. Not great customer service that's for sure. The truck still had issues (we have only put 23,000 miles on it since buying it) even after the overhaul, heck they couldn't even do an oil change properly. They forgot to tighten the filter. They kept telling us give it 1,000 miles for breaking in the overhauled transmission. We gave it 906 miles before getting a 2nd opinion. We didn't trust Les Stumpf to touch our vehicle after them having it for 8 week and still having the same issues. They kept saying, give it 1,000 miles, then come back. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to stop foot into this dealer. The new dealer went ahead and confirmed a new transmission was needed, went to the extended warranty company, they said we had to bring it back to the original dealer who did the work since Ford parts trump the warranty. No thanks, we decided since we weren't taken serious by Les Stumpf we would just figure out getting a new transmission on our own. Since we didn't go back to Les Stumpf, they're can't even do the right thing and offer any monetary reimbursement. Terrible experience buying a used car from them. Was a gold certified and regular oil change completed. Manager then drove it for 3k miles, then we came along and bought it. Salesman told me he would get a detail and fresh oil change on it. Interior was not touched. Oil change was not completed and the sticker was actually taken off the windshield since when we test drove it. We had an engine light come on our F-250 diesel truck. The truck started clattering and we lost turbo boost power. We were camping in Hilbert and needed to get the truck repaired within 2 days. He not only recommended an excellent company but the dealership also gave us a discount on a rental car we needed to get from them. First thing....My father has pancreatic cancer stage 4....we rented this van for our whole family to go places to lift my father's spirits up.....Due to him being weak he wasn't up for going anywhere. We kindly asked if we could bring the van back early. They REFUSED and wanted to charge us for the WHOLE 2 weeks. 2.) They are charging me a cleaning fee because there was so called dog hair in the van! I own a Husky and a German Shepherd. My dogs have NEVER been in the vehicle. As any dog owner would agree with me. I just wanted to deliver a fair warning about the questionable work ethics of "Les Stumpf Ford" in the Fox Valley Area off of 3030 W College Ave in Appleton, Wisconsin. I got hit by one of their F150 Trucks while biking across the intersection in the biking lane right outside of their property on W College Service Rd (designed for safe bicycle crossing). After being hit and almost killed they came after me with a civil lawsuit through their company's lawyer demanding I pay for the dent in the front of the truck after it almost severed my ribs and killed me. I swerved right out of the way before their F150 truck failed to stop at the pedestrian/bicycle crossing which could of severely maimed or killed me through plowing me head on if I wasn't extremely precautious about my safety. I've been there 3 times for service and each time the issue has been repaired, but each time some new problem related to what was worked on suddenly shows up. Tune up - ran rougher especially when cold, but this went away in a few weeks. I dismissed this as the MPU adjusting to the new plugs. Damper control gear R&R - major labor as much of the dash must be removed. After repair, the next AM I started getting a Traction Control error. I could clear with OK twice, but was driving without TC. Power cycle ignition resets and restores, but may get error again at next breaking. Finally came in for break cylinder recall. Fixed, but next day started noticing that cruise control would not interrupt except with great break pedal force. Ford diagnosed faulty break switch and quoted $120 for a 5 minute repair. I repaired it myself (twist in part) for $30 using a part from AutoZone. read more

He set up service for me and everything went smoothly- he remembered me when I called to see if my vehicle was ready yet which was above my expectations. They do not care about people living in this country, they don't care about anything except for the bottom line. I would sincerely hope that people think twice before spending money at a place that does not care about people living in America, living in the USA who can't work because they're furloughed, who have not received their unemployment yet. There is a pandemic going on, people are dying people weren't working but yet this company doesn't care. They are unwilling to work with or help. I ordered a Ford Escape back in April and received it at the end of June. The new car came as expected with the only big downside being the low quality tires which I expect to replace within 30k miles but that is a Ford issue, not a dealer issue and is common with new Fords. My review will focus on how I was treated by the dealer. First off, I asked about X-Plan Pricing which I qualify for, both at time of ordering and pickup, Les Stumpf said that Ford itself was not currently running the program either time because of vehicle shortages. After attaining the car, I actually contacted Ford and other local dealers and found out that the program was indeed active and that other dealers in the local area were honoring it. Shame on the dealer for lying to me and my fault for not asking more questions ahead of time, though I thought I could trust a local dealer to tell me the truth. My biggest concern with Les Stumpf was regarding my trade in. I asked multiple employees how the trade in value is calculated ahead of time and was told that it would be comparable to kbb.com. I was fine with that and looked up the prices on kbb multiple times and even took screenshots the night before picking up the car of the different ranges based on condition. My trade in was low miles and in great condition with tires that were almost brand new that I had cost me $1000 with the only flaw really being a scuff on the side. I expected that they would initially offer me a value in the "Good" Range based on kbb which would have been fine with me. Instead they offered me an offer that was below the low range price of a "Fair" Valued car. Needless to say that I was highly insulted by such a lowball offer. Maybe it was a negotiating tactic, but still highly insulting. For reference, Fair on kbb stands for "Requires some mechanical repairs" while Good means "Has some repairable cosmetic defects and is free of major mechanical problems". At a minimum my trade in was "Good" if not "Very Good". I then questioned the manager why the offer was so low and the main reason I was given is that they are having issues selling similar cars and are selling them at a loss. Frankly, in this market, no car is selling at a loss, especially used cars which are priced higher than new cars. To confirm this not only did I call the Used Car lot of Les Stumpf but I also checked with other dealers and no one is selling used cars at a loss. In fact, the Use Car lot of Les Stumpf told me that it would be crazy to do this as they need to make a profit. I hate being lied to, to my face. They did bring the offer up to the "Good" value range but still lower than I expect it was worth. Because it was at closing time and we wanted the new car, I accepted their "final offer". Also to note, another review also mentioned that they were told to use kbb pricing so I am not the first to be told that. The day after we picked up our new car, the customer satisfaction representative called me and I expressed my concerns and was told that the manager would give me a call back. I have not gotten a call for over a week now... Take my review into consideration if you plan to deal with them, honestly the people that worked there were always friendly and I got the car I expected, but in the end I was insulted, lied to multiple times, taken advantage of, and missed out on further savings. The reason I ordered from this dealer is that they actually had that model in stock to test drive originally and I figured it wouldn't matter which dealer I ordered from since I should get the same deals from all dealers or so I thought. read more

On July 26, 2022 at 2:00 pm I took my 2014 F-150 in to have the backup camera replaced. I was told one hour to replace the camera and one hour to reprogram the computer to accept the new camera. Total cost is $270, or, $135 per hour. At 3:00 I receive a call from Matt in service the vehicle is ready to be picked up. I objected to paying for two hours labor when the job was done in one hour. Bob Heim, General Manager and Ken, Service Manager were pretty rude telling me that is not how the system works at Stumpf Ford. They quote according to a rate they know will not take the full two hours. They would not allow me to pay for just one hour. Stumpf Ford is in business just to survive these days. This is a service review. I bought my car from here and was very pleased with the sales side. Today I had an appointment to drop my car off for some transmission work. Having scheduled on the phone for noon, I thought I would drop it off a little earlier. When I got there, I learned that they had scheduled me at 8 AM, even though we had discussed the time on the phone the previous week, and I had made it clear that I was unable to get there in the morning. So now I have to wait over a week for the transmission technician to be free, all because someone can't be bothered to pay attention on the phone. And if they have my phone number, why can't they call me? Either a day or two before as a reminder, or at least once they see I'm not there at 8?? Very unhappy with this experience, and will be looking into other options to service my vehicle in the future. read more

Ordered a leather seat cover for my vehicle's driver seat from them and paid in full. Received a confirmation email from them too. Following that, Bob from their parts department told me that they have a price error and will not honor the price that I paid for. They passed the buck by saying their online catalog was controlled by someone else and they do not control the pricing on their own online presence, and that I would have to pay them close to $100 additional to get it now, which is higher than prices at other dealerships, ebay, amazon etc for the same OEM part#. 10/29/2018 SERVICE BEWARE!! I Dropped my Ford F150 off at 1 pm today for service to replace the driver's side mirror, and a tail light. I asked about how long it would take. The person who took my vehicle in said a couple of hours. I asked for a ride home which I got. What an interesting ride home it felt like getting whip lash. The driver punched the accelerator every time he stepped on the gas. I waited several hour's and knew the service department would be closing around 5 pm. I call at 450 pm and ask for the service department. They ask me who I am working with and said I didn't know. They put me on hold and then we got disconnected. I patiently continue to wait for a phone call from them telling me my vehicle is ready. NO!! phone call. I call them at 730 pm inquiring what is going on with my vehicle...oh your vehicle is done we can take a payment over the phone and lock your items in the vehicle...umm no not happening I need to speak to management...I ask is there a shuttle still available...no there isn't...fine what time does the shuttle start running...I don't know I don't work during the day... REALLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND way over priced. OEM part on amazon 69 dollars price from dealer 205 dollars not installed... I will never be doing business with this dealership again. And I will highly encourage car shoppers looking for a ford to go through either another dealership or deal directly with ford. read more

After recently buying a 2018 Nissan Maxima from their used car lot I soon realized that the warning system wasn't working properly so I spoke with the Manager Paul Cotter who initially agreed to have it looked at and later authorized the dealership to replace a front bumper sensor. I have to say that everyone I worked with in the service department and body shop were pleasant and professional in addressing the problem. I was also supplied a loaner vehicle while my new car was repaired. My check engine light came on Monday 9/7 Labor Day with plans to travel to Mississippi today Friday 9/11. Tuesday I went to Stumpf Ford Appleton (dealer closest to my house) can you check that light for me? Not until next Monday. I just told you I am traveling to Mississippi on Friday. We cannot even look at the light until Monday. I considered one service writer arrogant and the other frazzled. Do NOT go here! Drive the few miles to Neenah. I drove to Bergstrom Ford Neenah no appoint no nothing. Can you please check the light to give me peace of mind while driving to Mississippi. Yes we can, it won't right now, but if you can wait an hour or two we can at least get the light checked. Major sense of relief! The suspected problem was the solenoid on the blower. Part order. While further inspection found a cracked air box, and the rear brakes in need of repair. End of Thursday everything repaired and I am typing this as we are driving to Mississippi confident my Ford Escape ready for the trip. We started using Stumpf about two years ago for service after I got a job in the valley. I used to work for another dealer and the level of service Stumpf provides is fantastic. Floyd in the Quick Lane is always super helpful and explains exactly what our service entails. Unlike another dealer we've tried, he doesn't try to up-sell thousands of dollars of work for our 2014 Taurus and 2013 Fusion. I understand up-selling and appreciate when I'm notified of necessary maintenance but can't stand when dealers are clearly trying to push you toward the sales floor. I called on 6/10/19 to reserve and 12 passenger Ford Transit van. I spoke to Chuck. I told him I saw on the van that the rental was $79/day. Chuck said that ended and they forgot to take that off the van. He said the rental was $89/day. I told him I wanted to rent on 6/15/19 @ 8:00AM and return on 6/16/19 around noon. He said we didn't need to return it till late. I asked Chuck how much would the total be and he said $89.00 plus the tax. On Saturday at 8:00AM on 6/15/19 we went to pick up the van. There were 2 guys at the rental area. He said the total was $188. I told him the quote was for $89.00 plus tax and that Chuck quoted me this. He said he would write a message on the contract and have Chuck fix it on Monday when he would be back in and I would be charge for the 1 day. On Tuesday, I check my bank account and Les Stumpf Ford Rental charged $188.79 to my account. I called them right away and the gentleman said there is a minimum of 2 day rental. I told him Chuck never said that. I said there website never says that. I told him the guys on Saturday said Chuck would fit this on Monday. He told me that Chuck would call me back in an hour and he said my phone number. I confirm that was my number. I want Les Stumpf Ford to be honest. We rent the Transit van every year to take my grandkids places. I want my refund of 1 day rental. read more

We purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from Les Stumpf Ford with 28,000 miles on it. We were told this Edge Titanium was "Fully Loaded" and that they had never seen another one like it. This was a bunch of bull and we knew it considering the other car we were looking at had more options than this one. However, this was not the main issue, although aggravating.The main issue being that after we decided to purchase this vehicle,(they then washed it for us because it is winter and the car was dirty) we noticed that the two passenger side wheels looked like they had been driven down a curb. At this point, papers were already signed and the dealership was closing for the weekend. We asked if there was anything we could do about this issue. Our salesman Darrel told us to speak to Paul the used car manager on Monday. Well, I finally spoke with Paul. All I can say is, what an Asshole! If it was my business he would be fired. No question about it. He was rude, disrespectful, full of himself and felt as though he had to have the last word in no matter what. I was simply calling to see if there was anyway we could work something out for the damaged wheels, instead I ended up being talked down to like a child being scolded by his parents. I can honestly say I will never do business here again and I will let everyone I know about the experience I had. I also plan to post this review everywhere I can so that no other person makes the same mistakes we did. Amazing that this is the way you treated after spending this kind of money on a used car. What a miserable place to work Les Stumpf Ford must be. I tried to schedule some service work with the beat down looking service schedulers. They have one guy that schedules transmission work. Basically any minute appearances of customer service disappear when they find out the car wasn't purchased from them. I moved from out of state so sorry Les Stumpf wasn't an option. Also, after my experiences with Les Stumpf, you'll never be an option. I'm taking my business over to Bergstrom. They may not be the best place around to buy from but at least they don't treat you with contempt from the moment they realize you might want something from them. Buy your car at LES STUMP and BEWARE of any service that will follow. Once they get you out the door you are as good as gone! My experience in Service at Les Stump was extremely unpleasant. It started with a manufacturer extended warranty on the Brake Booster. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed . Upon arrival we were greeted by an service rep that said the appointment was missed. The Representative was unprofessional and unaccommodating and made us the customer feel under valued. There was never a solution to the missed appointment presented or any apology for any inconvenience . We walked out the door with defective brakes and no solution. Even if the appointment was wrong wouldn't anyone at that point want to be treated nicley :( Instead of keys thrown back at them on the counter? I am a 23 year customer service representative for a fortune 500 company and this was very poor...I hope they improve. Update: The next day the Ford Edge was brought back in and the brake booster was replaced. A rental was provided to us free of charge (very nice) However.....upon pick up of the Edge it was driven a few miles onto 41 north and the entire car shut down in the middle of the interstate. The police where called to try and slow down traffic.. We were not able to shift the car out of drive all the lights were on and flashing and the car would not move. We called Les Stump to a cool not compassionate response...they advised us to have the towed back to the dealership with our AAA. The resulting phone call from Les Stump the next day was yet again another condesending conversation about "bug" that must have gotten into a air filter which caused the car to lose air and shut down. I asked some follow up questions at which point the gentleman on the phone was defensive that I would challenge his "bug" explanation and said it was driven by a technician and it "shouldn't" happen again. I felt humiliated and shaken up by the entire experience. We will not return read more

I had no appointment but decided to stop in anyhow. I was expecting to walk away with only an appointment for future work but was surprised to get my car in right away. The guys were very accommodating and they took care of me right away. I couldn't be happier! read more

I had written a review in the past, but see it must of been deleted. I had my truck serviced there, ruined by lock nuts, bad service and rude counter service. Even after watching them through the window - denied doing it. I got the normal follow up call from a lady asking how my service was. Told her how rude and exactly what happened, she said we don't do things like that and someone will be calling you back. STILL WAITING for that call over a month later. POOR follow-up!!! I purchased my first nice car from Les Stumpf Ford the other day. Up until now I have always driven some kind of older vehicle. Well, I finally decided to take the leap and buy something nice, but I have to say that I am disappointed. The customer service was ok (although the transaction took from 3:30 til about 7:45, which was a bit crazy) but overall the employees were nice. However, it's not like they had to do much for the sale. I came in knowing exactly what I was there to do. Took the car for a ride and decided that I wanted it. However, the car was quite dirty when I drove it and looked it over. (Now I know why they kept it dirty) They didn't wash it til hours later right before I took it home and it was dark out. Therefore, I didn't notice until the next day in the sunlight that there were small scratches and chips in the paint all over the car (tons of them!) that someone touched up with paint that is close in color but not great. I am now furious that this wasn't disclosed to me at the time of sale so that I could make the decision as to whether or not I still wanted it. Obviously this does not effect the drive ability of the car and is only cosmetic, but it definitely would have been nice to know!! They botched an oil change on my 2004 Ford Thunderbird. I'm not certain if they didn't tighten the filter properly, or if they left the old oil filter's O-ring in place and installed the new one on top of it, but I noticed an oil leak 3 days later. Les Stumpf's service manager did a poor job of being understanding of my problem and my position. I had Bergstrom Ford look at it, because if a dealership can't manage to do an oil change, no way am I going back. Bergstrom did a great job of helping me out. read more

The location is difficult to get to and the staff is not entirely concerned with your schedule (they have no weekend hours) or your understanding of what is being fixed. My previous dealership was usually willing to offer a loaner (so I could drop off my car on my schedule) and always washed my car every time I came in. Les Stumpf replaced a part that was causing my check engine light to come on on a Friday, by Monday evening the light was back on. read more

Unfortunately, my car buying experience with Les Stumpf Ford was not a positive one. It took Les Stumpf 3 different times to have the paperwork signed correctly and 2 different times to eventually pay off my previous loan correctly. During one of those times that we came back to sign the paperwork, the business manager we were working with failed to set our expectations by not informing us that he was out of the office on vacation after confirming in an email he would see us that day. He also didn't give us instructions what paperwork was needed to be signed and who to talk with. Our sale representative was decent to start but when asked to look into what they could do to help fix my steering wheel, he failed to get back to me in an appropriate amount of time and didn't do so until I emailed him. I purchased a 2018 F150 and after having it a week the steering wheel developed a wear spot and didn't feel the same as when we had test drove it. When speaking with the Used Car Sales Manager about replacing my steering wheel and to try to salvage a positive client experience even after everything that happened, I was told he shouldn't have to buy my satisfaction and offered me nothing in return. It ended up being one of the worst purchasing experience I've ever gone through. I will never recommend Les Stumpf Ford to anyone in the future. read more

I would give this place no stars if I could. Do not recommend for service as they will cancel valid warranties on vehicles without having all the facts up front. They cancelled a warranty on our Ford F150 based on speculation of the care/maintenance the previous owner may or may not have done. We owned the truck for one year, did the maintenance, brought it in for an issue covered under warranty, and they cancelled the warranty, asking for us to pay $11,000 for they repair. Their inability to work with people appropriately is evident as soon as there are questions from the customer. The service is horrible. Save yourself a major headache and do not take your Ford here. read more

I took my 2011 Ford F-350 6.7 LTR Diesel to them for a water pump to be replaced and the Mechanic there didn't get all the air out of the cooling system. I had taken the truck back to them after picking the truck up on a Friday and driving it to my daughters house on that Sunday 70 miles away from our home and noticed the heat getting hot then going cold. So I didn't drive the truck after that till Tuesday when they told me to come in. I went in and the same mechanic looked at the truck ( BIG MISTAKE ) he was looking into what was wrong with the truck and about 4 hours of waiting I asked what was going on with the truck. The service advisor Kieth said that they had a call in to Ford CORPORATE to find out what was wrong. So I said I was going back to have my wife pick me up. Keith asked me back before I left how far I wanted them to go. I said go as far as taking him off the cylinder heads but dot call me as soon as you know what's up. This took them 2 weeks to figure out without pulling the cab. Kieth called on that Friday and said I have some bad news. I went out to look and see what was going on and Kieth told me the motor was junk and it was going to cost $22000.00 for a new one. I asked if the mechanic mic/ measured the cylinders and told me that they didn't ? So my question wast how do you know if you didn't. So Kieth said his master and 2 nd mechanic looked and said it was. ( I don't need people working on my truck that don't know what they are doing or can't mic / measure the cylinder walls. And of course follow directions from me not to pull the whole motor. The shop has $5700.00 in diagnostic time on my truck and reduced it to $2000.00 to wash there hands on the truck and not take responsibility for what they did. I love my ford cars! But the way I was treated by the 'gentleman' at the used dealership was flat out rude. The gentlemans name who helped us was named Daryl. My fiance and I go into buy a vehicle. I point out the car we want to test drive. He says I'm sorry we can't do that. I'm supposed to buy a car without driving it first? I said why not? I'm pre approved for more then that car is worth. We have a trade in vehicle. He then asks me my age. This should be matter I'm old enough to drive and own a car but I told him 22. He let us drive it. My fiance told the guy to talk to me about the car because I know what I'm talking about. And I know my cars. We went back to talk numbers so we could buy this car. He then told me he was only going to give me 500$ for my 2005 Chevy Silverado 4X4. I said that's crazy. And I wanted to talk to his manager. He walks over to his manager and says 7 feet away from me. The man (my fiance) in here wants to buy a car and the female with her they aren't married she is just a friend. Degrading me. AND SHOWING NO RESPECT. he also asked for our credit scores. We where not financing though them it should matter. His manager then tells me to calm down after his associate just insulted me. We had money and wanted to buy that car on Saturday. Daryl and his manager treated me and my fiance very rudely and we will not be back. read more
