I was not contacted by phone like I was told I would be, but rather emailed with a one line notice stating they were unable to provide financing. I called and spoke with Craig, who was less than pleasant and got rude with me stating "I'm unable to discuss this further, I gave you our denial and this is closed." When I asked what the issue was with my credit report, which wasn't supposed to affect my determination, he blatantly stated "I don't have to discuss this further." Very rude, unprofessional and less than desirable to work with.

The ladies I worked with at the front counter were very knowledgeable and kind. I felt like everything would be handled properly and it was. The car sale process was easy enough. After that? Completely different story. They pushed all these "great" repair coverage services and made it sound like help would be there if anything went wrong. After taking the car to the repair shop they recommended, my friend was handed a long written list of problems -- including safety issues like brakes. I was there through all of this. When she brought the paperwork back to CarHop, she had to fight just to get anyone to listen, and they still refused to cover the repairs or properly help her. Now she's stuck overpaying at high interest for a dangerous lemon. I honestly don't know how companies can sleep at night treating people this way.

Anything breaks, it WILL be covered under warranty for a small deductible." Bought it. First week? Transmission pan. Fixed it with a small deductible. Two weeks later? Head gasket. Fixed, small deductible. Fast forward a couple of months, July, transfer case breaks. $3200. Not covered under warranty for some reason. All my car repairs, Dan did allow me to have a loaner. However, when I realized the warranty was not being honored, and Dan stated it was too bad and we had to suck it up. I made a complaint on West College Motors website and immediately received a call from Dan stating if we did not remove the post, we would have to return the loaner. We removed the post and returned the loaner. Threatening a single mom of 2 who needs transportation for her kids?? Class act. Thankfully JDR Automotive was amazing enough to make sure my vehicle was safe and taken care of until the bill could be paid, no extra charges. Now that my vehicle is fixed, I am allowed to let the public know, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND WOULD SELL THEIR OWN GRANDMOTHER FOR A QUICK BUCK!!! Be smart.

So I started to go here for everything starting June 2021. I should have known, but each time there was something they F'd up! It was until this past Nov 2024, I scheduled appt for recalls to be addressed. Two times they cancelled because they apparently have 1 guy do work on my car. Because the mechanic was sick one one and on vacation the other time. So fast forward they finally could get me in to do 3 recalls. Mind you a good year had passed since Acura told me about the recalls. They refused to work on the recalls. So 11/08/24 at 11am I drop my car off for the 3 recalls, auto engine shut off malfunctioning, differential fluid change, oil change, and inspection with brakes, and get a quote on the passenger side door damage. Once I get in there the guy is wanting me to sign this paperwork for a loaner. Which ok, I get it there a lot to be done. He tells me talk to you in a few days. I said ok sounds good. I don't hear a thing for 2 WEEKS!! I finally call, and they say whoever I need to talk to is busy that they'll call me back. A hour later I get a TEXT not a call saying the holdup is this and that. It might be next Weds. At this point I say ok. Ok, so Nov. 27th I go pick my car up. I have to pay $390 for the stuff they did and they tell me they put the wrong differential fluid in. Omg. So they knock off $100. I'm on my way home and I can hear a humming sound in back and a clank in front. Next day I call because it was 7pm and they closed. But I call and leave a message and never get a call back. Come to find out my stabilizer bar is broken. And when a different mechanic goes to fix it he sees the nuts and bolts on my calipers are missing!!!!!! They removed them for whatever reason and never put them back together. My mechanic says I'm lucky because if the calipers would come apart at 75mph on the hwy I may of been in big trouble. I call and text the number they text me at and still to this day not a reply!! Oh and they keep my garage door opener!!! I'm never going here again and I hope you don't either. I included pics of it all.

Bergstrom should be embarrassed by how terrible their current BMW staff is operating. I had to get BMW involved to correct the situation. Save yourself and take the short drive to Milwaukee if you want a new BMW.
