We had the car towed to the dealer where it was determined it needed a new battery, some recall issues repaired, and a cracked oil pan. First, I have to say that everyone was absolutely wonderful. Someone even helped patiently explain the car to my mom and I, which was really appreciated. I am disappointed, however, that within three weeks it appears the brakes need to be repaired. The invoice stated that "a guest states battery is (sic) died and please do full inspection on vehicle." I tried to email the service advisor who emailed me the receipt and received no response. I have left a voicemail with a manager and am hopeful for a return call. I originally gave this review a star rating of 3; because I was disappointed something went wrong so quickly. I have updated my review to 5 because I did receive a call back from Bergstrom and they are making me whole. I cannot say again how pleasant everyone has been to deal with and after this experience, I would recommend them.

He helped navigate a complicated loan application/process that resulted due to my business being the actual purchaser of the vehicle. In addition, it was an out of state entity. Titus went above and beyond during that process and has continued to offer support. I live in Washington state and flew to Appleton to purchase and take delivery of the vehicle, not an anticipated repeat customer. Titus made it all come together. Young and energetic, Titus is committed to customer satisfaction. A small issue lingered after delivery. Titus did not give up or make excuses! He stuck with it until it was resolved and I am so impressed! I highly recommend Titus Brygger and Bergstrom Audi of Appleton for your next vehicle purchase, you won't be disappointed!

The vehicle I purchased 2 years from today has been nothing but problems and no help what so ever from the dealer. They are willing to take your money and not stand up for the product they sold. First the transmission failed in the middle of a three lane hwy. Next found out that you will need to buy snow tires with your new Audi, the tires that come stock are a death trap in any sort of snow. Want to get half the milage as advertised Audi has you covered. Want to get windshield wipers that done work right yep that's included. Lastly want the cruse to fail, yep thats included also. Best part about the cruse failing on a car that's less then two years old is the fact that its not covered under warranty and Bergstrom Audi is ready to do nothing. One last thing they are great about doing is lying about the features of the car during the sale and telling the customer to go pound sand when questioned about it. People save your self the money and hassle go some where else where people care.
