I do have history at Bergstrom, full discloser. But these are some of the most knowledgeable interesting and friendly people I have had the pleasure of working with. I have been around the block, with many dealers. Pretty much each had an individual that was great if you had a connection. Enterprise Motorcars, every single person was fantastic. Plus my favorite thing to do is be in work boots baggy pants and some "inappropriate" shirt, just to see my reception, they passed with flying colors and even got the joke.

My step father died in December, 2019, and his car, a BMW convertible 328 Series located in Door…read moreCounty, was dead as a door nail. We had the car towed to the dealer where it was determined it needed a new battery, some recall issues repaired, and a cracked oil pan. First, I have to say that everyone was absolutely wonderful. Someone even helped patiently explain the car to my mom and I, which was really appreciated. I am disappointed, however, that within three weeks it appears the brakes need to be repaired. The invoice stated that "a guest states battery is (sic) died and please do full inspection on vehicle." I tried to email the service advisor who emailed me the receipt and received no response. I have left a voicemail with a manager and am hopeful for a return call. I originally gave this review a star rating of 3; because I was disappointed something went wrong so quickly. I have updated my review to 5 because I did receive a call back from Bergstrom and they are making me whole. I cannot say again how pleasant everyone has been to deal with and after this experience, I would recommend them.

The only thing I was somewhat disappointed about was they didn't tell me the cost of GAP or how much ally premier was and I had found out after signing everything but, that is partially my fault for not reading over everything with a fine tooth comb before buying it. I absolutely love my car through. I will go back to Lee for all of my car purchases!

After I paid for the services I went out and started my car. While in park, my car felt like it was going to die. Then when I was driving at a slow speed and then accelerated it would slightly shake. When I was driving at a normal speed my car seemed fine. I ended up bringing my car to my regular mechanic because there was fluid on my garage floor the day after my oil change, I could smell something burning and my car still felt like it was going to die at a slow speed/in park. My mechanic then notified me that there was a total of 10 quarts of oil that was added at my recent oil change on Monday. I was also informed that having this much oil could have caused my engine to blow and seize the entire engine.
