I took my vehicle to their service department for a multipoint inspection and an oil change. I discovered they had overfilled my oil by 1.8 quarts when I got the next oil change and the tech at Valvoline reported the engine had 9.5 quarts of oil in the engine (they extracted the oil before putting new oil in). That's almost 25% more oil than the recommended level. My vehicle is now compromised. An overfill of this magnitude can cause oil aeration, excessive crankcase pressure, seal damage, and potential long-term harm to the turbochargers and hybrid components. read more

Their sales team is good, but I don't recommend their service department. Brand new truck, but they didn't know what to fix even though they called me to schedule service when they got the diagnostic codes. Truck sat for 13 days before they looked at it. Brand new truck should be under warranty, but they are giving me a bill over $1,000 to fix a "broken wire." Shared my experience with a letter to service manager, and nobody will talk to me. I'm hoping to get my truck back sometime soon, before they charge me for more "broken wires." Watch out for these guys!! read more

I have bought cars from here and gotten new breaks and oil changes and every time has been great. Recently, they have not been able to get in the car stick that they had before, so it is worth checking to see if they have the car model you are looking for before heading over. Came in to change my breaks and they were honest and only had me replace one set of breaks. I do not know enough about cars to know if they are telling the truth, so it was refreshing to have a company not try to nickel and dime me. Yeah no. Who cares about the actually cars, the customer service was terrible. For context, came in with 10 minutes to closing. Emailed back a forth, had a little bit of a plan; walk in, introduce, talk about the car, and leave. Walked in, two guys looked up, down at their watches and walked away. I have too say that my van I bought from Kolosso was the worse purchase in my entire life of buying vehicles. When I first went to get the van I was told that a fuel injector needed to be replaced. They told me the van would be fine I questioned the purchase but they said it was all taken care of. One week later another fuel injector went out.. It was an hour drive to Kolosso so I was not too happy, they fixed it. The van worked good for another 5 months then the Engine failed. Had to take a personal loan out for a used Engine and a Wheel sensor at the same time. Now 6 months in I put over 8k into the van. Not happy. Over the next 2 years I replaced the axel, front shocks, and alternator. I keep up with my vehicles maintenance weekly too avoid issues, the dealer when asked about the engine told me their is nothing the could do, then said GOOD LUCK. Not happy. Now 3 years later the transmission went, 8k to replace that, overall I paid 14k for the van and 21k too fix it up since I put so much money into it. Went here for service work on 8/25/21: I move to Appleton in 2003. Since the. I have gotten 3 vehicles from this dealership. I do all my service work there. I have never had a problem and that have always treated me right. I watch for salsa and deals a lot and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. I have a lot of friends that have gotten work done here or got a new/used vehicle and they like this place a lot as well. On my new Toyota RAV4 I had to get a computer replaced for the navigation. Dropped my car off for a 9:30am appointment. Was told it wouldn't be a long service. I called in the afternoon and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet. I asked for more information as to when it would be handled and was told that's all they could say. It would probably be the next day. Well we are on day four and they won't give me any information. It's just to have a key fob redone. I'm guessing they never ordered the replacement fob and are just lying. Either way it's incredibly bad service to hold someone's car for four days and not tell them way is going on. This is why they are always a last resort for me. read more

We purchased a 2016 Tundra from Kolosso. We paid for taxes and plates for Michigan. Plates never showed up and the truck was ticketed for lack of plates. When we contacted Kolosso about what happened we found out they knew two weeks early that not enough money was sent by them to Michigan. When asked why they didn't contact us when they found out it was apparent they didn't care. When we called back to ask about them paying for the ticket Brenda Kolosso (we assume related or is the owner) just hung up. We stop at Midas and they don't have the time but they check the codes, they say it's drivable, we fuel up and the car no longer starts. Every employee we encountered was polite and friendly, and the service department made us feel welcomed and cared for when we needed a repair before heading back to our home state. Also, I would pay extra for repairs here just for the use of their kids' playroom (a glass-front room with a door that can be shut to keep in noise). They sent us home with a 2 wheel drive RAV4 when we had always only discussed and test drove the All wheel drive. When we went back to complete the financing paperwork, the car they pulled off of the lot looked exactly like the one we had test drove and discussed, but it was not AWD. Once we noticed their mistake we called and instead of helping us they tried getting even more money out of us by having us trade it in for far below what we paid and then pay even more for the All Wheel Drive which we had negotiated in the first place. We took our Toyota Sequoia in for the recalls an service. We also told to look if there was a electric problem in the right door. The tech call an said there was a problem with the air conditioner had a leak an that was the problem an can fix it for $1,500.00, We told the tech there was no problem with the AC. He told me that was the problem so we told him to go ahead with the fix. 2 days after we had the AC fixed there was more smoke in the right door again. Called the tech an said could you get me in to fix the problem an said he didn't have an opening for 7 days. So we took the Sequoia in at 7:30 in the morning for our appointment an the tech came over to us an was very rude an said he fixed it an then got the manager an he was even ruder. So we left an went to another shop they found the electric problem was in the power window motor an they replaced it an no more problem with our Sequoia is running great. From the day I bought the used vehicle I had problems with it. The next day after purchase the check engine light went on. After many phone calls and service visits they finally fixed the problem then tried to charge me for it, even though it was under warranty. Problems with the brakes, I had them look at it right after I bought it and they said the brakes were new and needed to broken in. I had a mechanic friend look at it and the rotors were shot. I was blackmailed by Kolosso! I purchased a Ram 1500 and took it on our first adventure, 4 days later, to find our windows would not go up when we reached our destination. I called to discuss the issue and they asked why we didn't try the windows during the test drive, which we did. The problem was intermittent. After lots of bs, Kolosso said they would replace the power modular($700), even though it wasn't part of our warranty, if I wrote a good review online about them. This is the kicker, the review had to be approved by Mr Kolosso before they would do the work. Believe me, I struggled with this!! This went against all my morals, but I didn't have the $700 after spending $15,000 on the sale. They also argued about giving us a floor mat that was missing. Really?! They were cocky and rude!
