I ordered a 20"x8.5", 10 spoke wheel from cousineauautoparts. What arrived was a 17", 5 spoke. Contacted cousineauautoparts and this is the reply "It should be the exact item you ordered". I tried to call but they told me that I could only go through Ebay. I sent photos and asked to exchange for correct item. Ebay eventually refunded me but silence from cousineauautoparts. Wouldn't be a big deal but Zach doesn't answer or return calls or emails. He'd prefer to hide. After having Brandon W. accept my offer of $11,000 on a repairable 2019 Honda CRV several months back, I was told I would be contacted to complete the sale once the title arrived. After making repeated visits to Cousineau's Weston Wisconsin location(2-hour drive from my home) to inspect the vehicle and having Dawn assure me that I was #1 on the list to purchase the CRV, I contacted my daughter to inform her the deal was done and we would have her a reliable car in the next couple of months. Did all the research and ordered parts so I would be fully prepared to turn the car around in a hurry once Brandon got back to me. Well, guess what? After not hearing back from Brandon for several weeks, I made a status call only to have him tell me he was running errands and would get back to me that afternoon - nope, no call back. Called again this morning and Brandon made a lame apology then blamed his boss (a Cousineau family member) for selling the car out from underneath him. Also told me he tried calling to let me know - another lie! This posting will be copied to all online review sites and hard-copied to a few others in an attempt to prevent others from having the same miserable experience. I would have continued to give you my business and recommend you to others, but NOT after an experience like this. Unacceptable business practice! I recently needed a replacement mirror for a Suburban. It only took a few minutes for Micky to locate one that fit and color matched. The price was very reasonable. I received a call and text message when it arrived a few days later. The mirror was wrapped in plastic protective wrap and was in perfect condition and matched my truck color as well. If I could give negative stars, I would. This entire company is a bunch of fuckups and idiots. Bought a used transmission, doesn't shift. They claim it was tested offered replacement we agreed on mileage range. They sent replacement that had twice the miles we had agreed upon with no refund. We sent back both transmissions. They messed up their paperwork and we still haven't been refunded. The sales person, Jeff continuously hangs up phone when asking for supervisor or manager. This place is a joke. read more

My experience with Cousineau Auto in Appleton was great! I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Brandon, our sales representative. He was very helpful in negotiating a price as I was across the state and was buying a car for my mother. I saw this nice looking 2008 Honda Fit Sport they were selling and it was posted on line. I contacted Brandon and he took care of all of the paperwork needed and I purchased the vehicle, sight unseen. After receiving notice everything cleared and my mother could come in to pick up the vehicle, I contacted my mother. She was only given an address to pick up her mother's day gift and on 5/10/17; she headed to Appleton to check it out. Upon arriving to the dealership, she was a bit in shock and dismay, but soon was able to contact someone in the office who contacted Brandon as it was his day to start a little later as it was 8:30 a.m. and he was not scheduled until 9:00 a.m. Brandon came in immediately, and soon had my mother in the Honda Fit, experiencing the ride of his life. My mother evidently took off like a bat out of hell, as the vehicle had a great amount of pick up and she was unfamiliar with it. She sped out of the parking lot so fast that it scared her and I am sure it had to make Brandon hang on for dear life. Eventually, they made it back to the dealership, and my mother was wondering how she was going to pay for this vehicle. Brandon let her go on for a while and then told her it was all taken care of, and they went inside the dealership to take care of the final paperwork. She was in shock, and it appears everyone at the dealership expressed a gratitude towards her that was unforgettable. When the paperwork was done, my mom's husband went to start the Honda Fit and drive it home, as it scared my mother so much, she was too nervous to get back in and driver it home. In fact, it took almost two weeks for her to consider driving the car, which she now loves. He turned the key and nothing happened, he went back into the dealership and talked with Brandon, asking how to start the car. Brandon said all you have to do is turn the key... and went back out to the car and attempted to do so himself, but to his dismay, the vehicle did not turn over. Immediately, Brandon contacted the service department and they found the battery was dead and replaced it. It was nice to see the immediate care they received. Within the next few weeks, there were little things that were wrong with the vehicle, but each and every time during the warranty period, Cousineau Auto took care of everything without question until it was fixed correctly. Thank you all so much for helping me with this purchase and the assistance with making my Mother's Day gift a fantastic one which will last for a long time. I am sure she will be talking about your service and attention for a long time. I definitely will be telling all of my friends about the service and care you provided to me and my mother, as it was a great experience. read more

Absolutely the worse car shopping experience I ever encountered from any dealership. 1st off almost all their vehicles are salvaged, I shoulda known better cause it was a junk yard. I called and made an appointment, told them I would be there within an hour. when I got there they were showing it to another guy that walked in 5 mins before me. they told me I could see it after the guy cause he walked in 1st. ok, so my appointment didn't mean much there. so I waited patiently for over an 1 1/2hr! finally the salesman brought me the keys and said the 1st guy wanted it but needed to talk with finances and insurance because it had a salvaged title, that was not disclosed in the description on the ad. i was told he had 1st dibbs on it cause he walked in 1st, again appointments don't mean jack there. so I drove it and came back and told the salesman that I would buy it if the1st guy didn't. 20mins later the salesman came n told me the 1st guy was going to write him a check for the whole amount. I was told he would try and find me the same truck an sell it to me for the same amount and let me know by the end of the week either way. that guy beat me there by 5mins 1st come 1st serve, fair enough I guess. I never heard back from the salesman. 2 weeks later now I see they reposted the same truck but this time for $8000 more!!! again I never got a call for a deal on another truck or the one I should of been able to buy 1st time around. so I called up the dealership and ask what happened and why I never got a chance to purchase. he said the guy couldn't get financing and they couldn't hold the truck for the 1st guy anymore and decided to relist the truck and kept his down payment. BS cause he told me the guy was paying in cash! I asked if I could purchase it for original price that was offered 1st time around, I felt entitled to it. he said no and that he had no control over pricing. talk about money hungry. this is the type of place that brings all the horror stories of car buying to life. the kind of place that gives all used car dealers a bad rep. save your money and stay away if you want honest and reliable car purchasing experience. read more
