Unfortunately, we bought the wheels a couple of months before installing them, assuming they would be great. When it came time to install them 2.5 months later, we found out there was a bad manufacturer's defect in one of the wheels that could be seen with the naked eye. Also, it was severely out of balance and the wheel cap didn't fit. Customer Service was super lacking. Phone number just leads to voicemail or referral to email them. Emailed them, and they basically said "not our problem, it's been over 30 days, you have to contact the manufacturer." So, we did, and the manufacturer's representative said "it's no big deal, we will replace it, but you do have to go through Custom Offsets." Ultimately, the ONLY option they gave us was: We had to pay for another new wheel, wait for it to arrive, make an appt and pay to have the tire swapped, and pay for shipping to send it back so they could "inspect it and refund us." Long story short, they sent updated every 2-4 days for nearly a month saying "the inspection hasn't happened yet" (keep in mind, the defect was VERY apparent). Finally, we called VISA and submitted a dispute (after 6 weeks of back and forth with this terrible company). They looked over our documentation and agreed that Custom Offsets was wrong, approving the dispute amount for the one extra wheel we were forced to purchase) Ironically, the SAME DAY VISA opened the dispute, we received an email from Custom Offsets saying the inspection was "complete" and the refund was being issued. I have to believe this was NOT a coincidence. I guess you just have to get the big dogs at VISA involved before they quit playing games with you. Save yourself the time and effort and buy from someone else. (UPDATED REVIEW) After posting reviews online, a representative from Custom Offsets reached out with a sincere apology for our troubles.  He was very nice, and even offered to send out an extra wheel for future use in case it is needed.  This gesture was appreciated, but I do wish they had put more of that effort in the first stages, before having all of the troubles along the way... It would have been the difference between a 5 star review and a 2 or 3 star... We understand that things happen, but the response from the company makes all the difference.

The wheels don't fit my truck, it's been a week of trying to get this resolved and the correct wheels exchanged. They only communicate via email which means you wait days for a response that may never come. Good luck calling them and actually getting someone on the phone who can help you, they just pass you along down the same old line of no help. Save yourself the time and money, go shop local where you can actually deal with a business who cares about their customers.

Also, I ordered an ST-X Coilover Kit from Fi about three weeks ago I think. I received it three days ago. They looking good lol. I'm actually taking my car into the shop tomorrow to get them installed and drop my car about an inch to close that ugly wheel gap lol. Then it'll be truly flushed! Thank you guys again for another great experience. Love all the Fitment options and the tons of customers posting their vehicles on the site for others to check out and find the perfect Fitment. Also, I like the options to either pay it all, or to go through Affirm, where you can pay it in payments. They make really easy and affordable to achieve the look that you want for the car.

Tells me that unless I buy an entire case of 6 that they can't get me the item. I only ordered 2. He double checked. Calls me back after a while. 2pts for quick service and canceling the order. -1pt for the website not being accurate to get me the item or saying the store has stock in the item. Autozone had it on the shelf with no problems, no ordering extra.
