(Original Review) The wheels would have been great, if there hadn't been a manufacturers defect. Unfortunately, we bought the wheels a couple of months before installing them, assuming they would be great. When it came time to install them 2.5 months later, we found out there was a bad manufacturer's defect in one of the wheels that could be seen with the naked eye. Also, it was severely out of balance and the wheel cap didn't fit. Customer Service was super lacking. Phone number just leads to voicemail or referral to email them. Emailed them, and they basically said "not our problem, it's been over 30 days, you have to contact the manufacturer." So, we did, and the manufacturer's representative said "it's no big deal, we will replace it, but you do have to go through Custom Offsets." Ultimately, the ONLY option they gave us was: We had to pay for another new wheel, wait for it to arrive, make an appt and pay to have the tire swapped, and pay for shipping to send it back so they could "inspect it and refund us." Long story short, they sent updated every 2-4 days for nearly a month saying "the inspection hasn't happened yet" (keep in mind, the defect was VERY apparent). Finally, we called VISA and submitted a dispute (after 6 weeks of back and forth with this terrible company). They looked over our documentation and agreed that Custom Offsets was wrong, approving the dispute amount for the one extra wheel we were forced to purchase) Ironically, the SAME DAY VISA opened the dispute, we received an email from Custom Offsets saying the inspection was "complete" and the refund was being issued. I have to believe this was NOT a coincidence. I guess you just have to get the big dogs at VISA involved before they quit playing games with you. Save yourself the time and effort and buy from someone else. (UPDATED REVIEW) After posting reviews online, a representative from Custom Offsets reached out with a sincere apology for our troubles.  He was very nice, and even offered to send out an extra wheel for future use in case it is needed.  This gesture was appreciated, but I do wish they had put more of that effort in the first stages, before having all of the troubles along the way... It would have been the difference between a 5 star review and a 2 or 3 star... We understand that things happen, but the response from the company makes all the difference. read more

Hands down the worst ongoing customer service experience I've had in a very long time. If you can't treat each customer as if they are your only customer then you need to reevaluate your business model. Ordered a set of wheels and tires based on the websites "fitment guide". The wheels don't fit my truck, it's been a week of trying to get this resolved and the correct wheels exchanged. They only communicate via email which means you wait days for a response that may never come. Good luck calling them and actually getting someone on the phone who can help you, they just pass you along down the same old line of no help. Quite literally the worst online retailer experience I've ever had. I wish I had seen the Yelp reviews before I placed the order and saved myself a lot of headache. Clearly I am not alone given the extensive 1 star reviews. I would advise no one to subject themselves to dealing with this incompetent business. They got the Black Friday ads in front of me at the right time but ordering from this company was a terrible mistake. 2+ months later still no delivery. Horrendous communication. They sent me the wrong size rim, then said i could send it back and get the correct one. Thankfully I decided to wait on my refund before placing another order. Once I had shipped back the rim they said it was ineligible for a return because the Valve stem had been installed. The Rim was the incorrect size so a tire was NEVER installed on this rim, thus the rim was still in perfect condition. They claimed it was now damaged and would have to be "Destroyed" read more

Have been trying to get honest answers as to why order has been delayed .Have talked to several people, who have all given different reasons. Was offered $300 for my inconvenience, yet have not received it . One threatened to have your company attorney's come for me , I say , bring them on . You can improve on your communication my package was super late I also didn't receive any help when my tire exploded off of my rim. Had them warranty but still haven't received any documentation from them saying they have received everything nor have I received any money actually spent more money to get it fixed by your wheels and tires from someone else local definitely do not recommend nor will ever recommend this company again they can't even do right by their customers. I ordered a full set of wheels and tires from Comstom Offsets they used a logistics company called XPO Logistics is located at 16183 McLean Rd, Mount Vernon, WA 98273, which is about 30 min away from my house. I've been going back and fourth with both XPO logistics as well as Custom Offsets concerning my order 7773624, tracking number 932607933, for over a week and cannot gain a day of delivery? I either want my order undamaged and delivered or I want a full refund. Buyer Beware, I will never due business with Custom Offsets again due to their horrible customer service, they are the ones that should be fighting for me their customer to assure that I recive my order undamaged and on time and they are not. Furthermore I'd never recommend them to anyone ever...... I can't understand all the hate this company got on Yelp. I ordered a set of wheels, tires, lug nuts, and tpm sensors. They mounted everything, balanced the tires and packed them like they were going to Europe. It took approx 3 weeks for the pallet to be delivered by freight. All my wheels were in perfect shape. All you had to do was unpack your setup and install them on the truck. After following their install instructions to test fit I took it on a road test. The tires were not balanced correctly which I emailed customer service and Ethan responded back within minutes. He told me to take it and get it balanced in any local shop which I did. I sent him my invoice and within a half hour got refunded the whole amount of the balancing. I have nothing but good things so say about custom offset. read more

Worst online retailer I've ever dealt with. I called a week before black friday and told the sales guy I was going to wait for the deals to come out. He told me he'd give me early BF pricing, and offered me 5% off. Turns out the BF deal was 12% off. I called to see if I could get a price adjustment, i was told I'd either receive a call back or an email regarding the price. I never received either. I got an automated email saying my wheels and tires were out for delivery. I called the trucking company to see what time the driver would deliver, only to find out that my package hadn't even been picked up from the warehouse. A week later, I received an email, from the trucking company, saying the pallet was out for delivery. It wasn't, Aparently it wouldn't fit on the truck. I then got another email from the trucking company, saying the package had been delivered. More lies. I called the retailer to make sure that the wheels were going to be delivered the next day (friday). The retailer never got back to me. I called the trucking company, and was told that they didn't have a truck coming until Monday. I had to leave work, and drive four hours to pick up my order. All together, it took four weeks for my wheels to show up. Terrible customer service, do yourself a favor and buy elswhere. read more

Was told my wheels and tires would be at my door withing 2 weeks this is now going on 3 and cant even get any info about delivery times ore even where the tires are from the vendor they are getting them from. Believe me, this is for everyone who purchases from Custom Offsets! Anything you purchase, you only have 30 days to return for any flaws, damage, part failures,... anything. They are responsive to your mails but ask question after question (one mail at a time) and your 30 days are up. No matter what you return for tire or wheel failure, you pay the shipping! Cost me $76.00 to send a wheel back that was faulty and rode on my spare for 2 weeks. "Nice Warrantee!" Great website but no support so find what you want and go to your local tire shop like America's Tire as they will meet or beat price and same day support, cost you nothing and they will install everything for you. read more

I purchased a rim and tire package from company including wheel locks and ceramic coating on 1/26/2023 in the total amount of $2,072.31. Expected delivery was 2/13/2023, actually delivery wasn't until 5/22/2023. I ordered the wheels early on as other business started that they didn't have these wheels in stock and because I previously ordered wheels for another personal vehicle of mine from custom offsets as well as referred friends and coworkers I used them again to purchase rims for me classic truck. My classic truck was put in the bodyshop to have a full body and paint restoration which took longer than expected. I received my wheels and left them in the original package in my basement as to not have them get dirty or damaged as to perserve them until my project was completed and ready to install my wheels. Upon opening in October of 2024 to have the paint color matched up to do airbrushing on my truck to match the wheels I noticed that the lip of that particular wheel was damaged from when the tire was mounted onto the rim. I contacted the company via email which they responded to send pics and check the other wheels as to come up with a resolution, upon opening the other wheels another wheel was damaged as well as 2 wheel weights had fallen off the other front wheel as well. This company says they have a quality control inspection, orders sent out in perfect condition, but 2 of my wheels were noticeable damaged, packaged and sent out anyway. But due to their policy they will not honor a resolution other than me trying to resell them on marketplace which would then be less value for brand new wheels that had not even been installed on my vehicle and I'd still be losing out. I spent $257.50 to have a mobile company repair the wheels and I want to be reimbursed that amount along with the $20 to have the other wheel that 2 wheel weights fell off in the packaging rebalanced as well. If they preform a so called quality inspection before shipping orders that is supposed to be sent in perfect condition my wheels should have never been packaged and sent out in this condition after spending $2,072.31 and waiting 5 months to receive me order. After spending this amount of money you would think a company would take pride in protecting your order and makikg sure that it is in perfect condition before shipping and not try to use their policy as an excuse to not be be held accountable for their mistake. I should not have to spend more money to have my order repaired after spending that amount of money for something I had already paid to have done. read more

You can get good prices on rims and tires but if they mess up your order you have to keep reaching out to them over and over. They like emailing you back minutes before closing time . I believe if you paid for something and they messed up they should do everything they can to fix the problems in a timely manner . Visited the site a few times. Saved my vehicle information and finally selected a set of wheels that fit my vehicle and ordered. 10 days later, the wheels arrived and surprise, the hub bore of the wheel did not fit on my vehicle hubs. After multiple calls and emails, it took about 10 days for them to initiate a return. I immediately shipped the wheels back (yesterday) and now I'm having a hard time getting answers about when the correct wheels will be shipped. Poor communication, no sense of customer service, and a general attitude that this is my problem and not theirs. They have a large selection, but be prepared for a 4-6 week delivery time and the delivery driver trying to charge you a $50 liftgate fee. The wheels came on a pallet, once I opened them the first two had deep scratches on the rim. The tires have been on for two weeks; two have leaks from the valve stems, and a few of the balancing weights have fallen off. It's a large selection, but they will need to do a better job mounting and shipping. Go to a local place if you have the chance. read more

Custom Offsets Review I really don't know where to start with this, i was completely played by Custom Offsets, i got scammed bad! Each person i talk to their gives me a different answer and story. They don't care about their customers. I always had to leave a message and wait for them to call me back which doesn't which really pushes the edge of when they say they will call back by. Also even tho with the holiday, i ordered a set of 4 wheels and a suspension lift kit. The lift kit arrived within a week or less of ordering (December 6th) and the wheels were listed as in stock. Well that became apparent to be false. The 6th was a monday. My order rep told me even tho it had a long projection since it was just wheels and ceramic coat that it should, for no reason, take longer the 10days or so to arrive to my house. Then it was the 9th and i got no updates on the wheels heading to or being done at the ceramic shop so i called customer service. At first the guy said that it hasnt arrived yet from their other where house (didnt tell me where that was) but then said "oh wait i see it, yeh it just arrived today a little after noon give or take" and then went on to talk about it should get to the ceramic shop today and if not tomorrow(10th) or monday the 12th and might take a day to cure before shipment. I said ok and call ended. I then called on tuesday the 13th to see an update with my wheels and the lady i spoke to said they havent arrived there at all, i then told her about my 12/9 call and she miraculously found the order and said yes its here but still not sent to ceramic. Couldnt give me an eta on that or whats going on, but said it should be there by the next day. So i called later in the day the next day (14th), had to wait again for them to call me back and when they did they gave me the same exact thing i got the day before...order wasnt there yet then they found it then it wasnt at ceramic yet. And no one was willing to go and find out WTF was going on with my order. Its a simple order. Not hard to complete! I could have gone elsewhere that was a little cheaper and got my order by the 12th and taken it to a local ceramic shop myself but even tho he cut off my questions and calls short, i still tried to help out with my sales rep because they live off of commission. So then became the 16th, they must surely have it ready to ship by now...but noooooo, when i called they gave me the same shit at the last calls and told me the shipping label was made but because it hasnt gone out so they will change it to express shipping to try and help with the speed time. But that didnt work cause it was picked up on the 20th!! And was still Ground shipping!!! So now i wont get em until after Christmas. Update while writing this: my wheels arrived and were completely damaged. Chunks of the rim chipped, scratches everywhere, 3 out of the 4 had no packing. Boxes were already beaten up. The 4th wheel had minute packing that obviously didn't do anything. And they never return my calls anymore. Even last week, well before their Christmas break. Left messages. Logged my place in the call back. Their voice machine says average wait time was 1hr. Never got a call back and its been a week now. If i could give -5 stars i would. The total handling physically and technologically of my order was worst then a SF homeless mans shit bucket. They screwed up my order, and I get two spacers for free, and I had to pay for the other two spacers!!! What a JOKE!!!! We did the right thing, used their website and their specs, I Even spoke with the sales person who wrote up my order told him I was looking for a positive +9 or +12 offset, but I was told by a (professional) it will not work, and I am better off with a 0 offset!, Well got my rims, and tires yesterday 8/10/22. This morning 8/11/22 8am I loaded my rims and tires in back of my truck and took them to get installed, but it looks like the back of the rim was right up against my Break calibers and wheels will NOT turn! So this morning at 8am central time. I had to call them at 3pm, and the person I spoke with he claimed he was a manager, so they screwed up my order and the only thing they can do is give me two spacers and I have to pay for the other two ? Wow!!! scumbags!!!! From all the people I have spoken with, from Manager to a few sales people found that they had 0 Knowledge about rims and tires. At first I just wanted to get rims for my truck, when I saw that I could do it though affirm I was excited. I went and picked out the rims that I liked and I ordered them. I get an email confirming the order, and another email stating that they would match any tire quote. So I went to my local tire dealer and they gave me a quote. So I call Custom Offsets and I told them the quote, they said the can beat it by $5 with mounting and balancing for free, so i said "Sweet lets do it". I paid for the rims on affirm and then I paid the Tires on my card. I get an email After I paid for the tires just conforming the order, and I notice that they are Milestar Patagonia ATR's which are not the tires I wanted or asked for. I wanted the Milestar Patagonia M/T-02 which is a mud tire and not a highway tire like the ATR's. So I called back and told him I wanted the M/T-02 and he said they would be $212 a tire Instead of $156 a tire Like we talked about. I said that okay just send the money back and I'll just take the rims, he said okay. I know that a return is usually 3-5 business days. But what I did not know that they would send that money that I used for the tires to the bill amount on the Rims. So instead of putting the money back on my card it went to affirm, and did not realize till it was to late. I called him back after I found that out, and he did not answer so I called customer support and that lady that answer was very nice (she is the reason I did not give a one star review). She told me that there is nothing she could do but she was very understanding about it. and on top of all this the Rims arrived after they were supposed to. Quick and fast shipping, with great prices. We bought their "house brand" of wheels, Anthem Off Road, to go on our 2015 GMC Canyon. GM decided that with the canyon/Colorado, they would change the bolt pattern. So finding wheels that fit is hard. Going with their house brand, Custom Offsets pulled blanks and custom drilled them to fit the vehicle. That part was awesome. The not so great, but somewhat overlookable: CustomOffsets does NOT catalog the correct backspacing for our truck, or they didn't check the back spacing on the wheels. The result was wheels that made direct contact with the front brake calipers. We ordered a -25 offset to get a good bulldog stance. We had initially installed spacer/adapters to throw a sent of GM wheels (6x139.7), however the addition of the spacers (1 1/2") caused the Electric Power Steering to constantly read bump steer and autocorrect, resulting in a shaking steering wheel at all speeds. So, we ordered the wheels from custom offsets to get rid of spacers, get the stance we wanted, and eliminate the steering issues created. In the end, we still have to run a spacer on the wheel. We have a 12mm spacer. This creates an entire new issue: factory lugs. They aren't long enough to even engage a lug nut with the spacer because the last half inch of the stud has not threads. So, the search began for wheel studs. The only option for a replacement stud is Dorman 610-530. The MUST have 1/2" cut off of them or they will be too long. Additionally, installing them on the front will require the total removal of each hun bearing. Their length is just too long to maneuver into place. Once installed, and wheels on the truck, using the factory open ended lug nuts, we torqued them down to 144ft lbs, and the studs came flush with the open side of the lug nuts, offering full engagement. Once it's all installed, there is some trimming to be done under the cab immediately behind the front wheels involving the punch weld underneath the factory front mud deflector. The addition of the spacers also causes the front wheels to make contact with the bumper, so the bumper has to be trimmed to avoid contact. So. For anyone working with a GMC Canyon, or Chevrolet Colorado, these are some things to keep in mind. read more

Terrible customer service, the wheels showed up two weeks late and cost me a trip. They would not answer phone calls after i had placed my order, i had to use *67 to get them to answer. When I finally got ahold them they promised me the wheels would show up two days later. Another week goes by and when the wheels finally show up they are scratched and have the wrong colored lug nuts with them. I have been trying to get ahold of the company about this problem for a week with nobody picking up the phone. For all prospective customers, to start my review off in a positive way this company has a wonderful website you can use as a catalog to find a wide variety of wheels and tires. From that point on do an internet search for LITERALLY any other vendor that sells the products you are looking for and go there! To call this operation's Customer Service abysmal is being kind. In my interactions with this company both pre-purchase and post-delivery I have never felt less valued by a company I have done business with. They are well staffed with an army of "e-mail agents" that will respond to your request for technical information in only 24-36 hours! She will offer her acknowledgment that you are having a problem but is in no way equipped to answer technical questions of ANY kind. Oh, they also have a "technical service" phone number you can call for assistance when you REALLY need it. All you need to do is call, sit on hold for 5 minutes then hit "*" to receive a prompt call back. Next step, call your employer and let them know you need the next 3 days off so you can wait for that lightning quick return call in as few as 48 hours, because why would ANYONE requesting technical help need assistance outside of bankers hours on a weekday or at any point on a weekend?!? Oh, make sure you keep your old wheels and tires AND the set you just received OFF your vehicle, because when the tech does finally return your call he is going to need some very specific photographs that NONE of the 2 dozen you took last week when you were trying to install your new investment are going to be quite the right angle or precisely what he needs so that he can hang up, consult his resources and hopefully one day when the return policy is about to expire he might call you back...once, while you're at work and completely unable to drop what you're doing and strip all 4 corners down to the rotors again. If you miss that call you must be another satisfied customer right?!? PLEASE, PLEASE do your research before engaging with this company! They have an extensive YouTube presence which (I believe) explains the massive disparity in the Google reviews and literally any 3rd party review site like this one. Save yourself the headache and frustration and order the product you want from a local tire shop. In my opinion, this company has no business marketing to anyone outside spitting distance of their location in Wisconsin. They simply don't have the resources to handle technical service for customers they either cannot or choose not to engage with. Overall, I am very happy with my wheels and tires that I could have purchased literally anywhere else. I will never do business with this company again. read more

I have waited a long time now for these wheels. Came damaged, ceramic was still wet, 46 ounces of wheel weights on one rim. Customer service reached out and several days later, they still have no resolution. It's pretty simple. You sent me used wheels, with wet ceramic coating, and 46 wheel weights. Replace them. Simple as that right? Wrong. Awful customer service, no one responds within any reasonable amount of time. Check out these pictures. This is a buyer-beware post. If you don't care about customer support or warranty support, then don't both reading, but if you do feel this is important, then buyer beware. I purchased a set of rims for my SUV. I went to my local shop and had a fitment done and found I need to get rings for my rotors so I would not have vibration once they were installed. My shop installed the rims and immediately, I noticed the front vibrating at about 55 mph and above and could feel it severely in the steering wheel. I was concerned and brought it back to my shop. They rebalanced my tires and the issue persisted. My personal mechanic said that the vibration was indicative of the wheels, so that is why I had my other shop rebalance the tires. I had another shop rebalance and the issue persisted. We began the troubleshooting and the original shop moved the front tires to the back - crossing them and the backs to the front. The vibration moved from the steering wheel to the front seats. My guys said that this was definitely a rim issue. The tires were original factory tires and did not have a vibration on the original rims. I proceeded to have an alignment done and the results of alignment were negligible. My guys checked and rechecked my car and all parties said it was the rims. I provided all possible info to Custom Offsets -pics and shop reports...and Custom Offsets wants more. I've spent more than $200 to do rebalancing, alignments, etc. They do not support the customer, nor do they fight for their customers in such a ridiculous instance that should be a no-brainer to fix. read more

Just bought a 2024 gmc 2500 at4 diesel and wanted to lift it and upgrade the wheels and tires immediately so I start looking online to buy everything from one place . Usually I buy all my lift kits from accessory partners in Arizona bc I use fts kits most of the time. Decided to order everything from custom offsets for convenience so I verified inventory with cognito for their 12" lift kit and it was In stock and would ship in 2 days. So next I call custom offsets to double check prior to spending $14,000 on lift, rims and tires and the sales guy assured me everything was in stock bc I needed it by July 14th n it was July 3rd. He said if I placed the order immediately I could have it all so I pay $14,000. a week goes by and my order for the rims and tires say back ordered so I call. Customer service says if I want to cancel my order there's a $250 restocking fee which is crazy but there's nothing to restock if it's on back order . I decided to upgrade from a 26" wheel to 28" wheel bc they were supposedly in stock . Now they need another 14-21 business days to get rims and tires that are in stock , then they have to mount n balance them then ship them out. In the meantime nobody knows where my lift kit is or when its coming in. i should have just ordered everything directly from the manufacturer n paid someone to mount n balance the tires bc that's all there really doing. Absolutely the worst customer service In the business. issues from the start with fitment advice. phone calls pre but. emails before they had the product. finally got the product which didn't fit. mounted and balance poorly with one wheel having the sticker from a weight but no weights. they don't care even with pictures. after 1 month emailing they tried to help. this is where the worst representative ever got involved. two weeks later wheels didn't ship because they didn't do the inspection until they mounted everything. a week later still no wheels and no update. patient was two months trying to get a fix. they don't care about you. they sell so many wheels and tires you are minute and they write you off quickly. it's a drop in their bucket. read more

This has been going on since December 20,2022, the first time I reached out to Custom Offset until today December 29,2022 I purchased a total wheel and tire package which included tires, wheels, TPMS senors, lug nuts, balancing and free shipping. The intent was that when they were delivered, I would install on my truck and I would be good to go. That did not happen. First, I questioned a few things on their in house QA inspection list which showed items not checked off which I had purchased. One such Item was (Ceramic coating) that I had paid $179.00 for. I also questioned the balance read out inspection that only showed 3 good tires and one was not filled in. Brianna said it looks like they had an issue with the print out but I should still accept it. My issue is I have two bad tires and they elected to ship them to me anyway. Brianna told me they would pay up to $30 per tire for me to rebalance and if it was more I would have to get a quote and sent to Custom Offset for further approval. I told her that they charge $40 per tire and was told I would need to get a quote before the work could be done or approved. Well that didn't work for me because that would mean I would have to go there, get a quote and wait for an answer.(My time is valuable also) So I decided to have it done and that's when I found out two of the four tires can't be balanced. I contacted Brianna and I got a long list of things I needed to do before the tire manufacture would send me new tires. Mind you, these are brand new tires and they wanted me to measure the tire depth of all tires, take a picture of DOT number on all tires, picture of the side walls and picture of the threads. They also wanted a picture of the machine while the tires were being rebalanced to see the readings off the machine. The bill from Mavis Tire and brakes who did the rebalance stated all the readings on the invoice but thats not acceptable, but they want me to accept their inspection sheet with no questions because they just forgot to check the items off. As it stands I'm done running around trying to satisfy their request for replacement. As I stated, if they would of done their job correctly, this would not be an issue. I will be happy for them to take the tires back, reimburse tire cost and return shipping, reimburse my OUT OF POCKET COST of $171.20 for rebalance of old tires and another $171.20 for balance of new tires that I will need to purchase since that was included in the original invoice. The other option is for them to take EVERYTHING back, reimburse my total cost including the additional $171.20 that I incurred for the rebalance of the tires they sent. If I purchased wheels and tires locally they would deal with the tire manufacture themselves and give me what I ordered. 12/28/22 Kenn called be back and told me that she would tell Brianna to submit the shops (Mavis) paperwork which had the specs of each tire on it. I asked her about the thread depth that the tire manufacture wanted, I said they are new tires? She replied that the thread depth might be the cause of the issue. I told her I was not going out to buy a thread depth gage or going to tire store and have them do it. She said you could do it with a penny (Head up) So I did. Next I filled out the manufactures form, submitted it and Brianna and she e-mailed me and said they need the pictures of the tires being road forced balance. Mine you I had this done on 12/23/22 and it cost me $171.20 and they wanted me to do it again with pictures. 12/29/22 Brianna said she needs the pictures for the road force balance and the pictures I took with the penny that Kenn told me to do are no good. She stated that she could submit the form without the pictures of the road force balance but they would probably would reject. I love the new wheels and tires on my truck! My only issue was the fitment. My front wheels didn't fit properly over the hub & bearing assembly which I didn't realize was a thing. My wheel then fell off while driving. This broke my entire hub assembly and bearings, as well as my alignment. Through YouTube videos I learned how to replace all of this myself, as well as routtering my wheels out to fit flush. The spiked lugs I ordered also didn't fit my truck though I put in the specific specs. Once I got the wheels on it's been a dream come true!! read more

Horrible Customer Service you can any speak to someone through email. I order wheels and tires the sent the wrong bolt pattern. I had to buy another set of wheel s local bc of the long turnaround time and my truck was still in the shop , with a completed lift but no wheels! I returned the wheels in the boxes that my other wheels came in . They rejected my refund due to the wheels being scratched ! Then told me I can pay to have them sent back to me! Have not received my order yet, but I already have concerns. I ordered set wheels for my wife's car. I also have the ceramic coating for the wheels. I received an email 2 days later stating, "We are sorry, but wheels were shipped before ceramic coating could be applied." How can this happen? I tried calling (Sat on hold for 45 minutes) and emailed to ask that exact question. Never received a return call or email. Don't have a good feeling at all about this company. read more
