I wish I could leave 0 or negative stars on this review. This is the sh*ttiest company I've ever seen in 40 years. My boyfriend purchased rims from a clearly inexperienced and/or incompetent "salesperson" called Dylan. This company promises to "guide" you through the purchasing process, yet then when they tell you that the rims you are interested in will definitely fit your car. Well, lol and behold, we get the rims and they are too wide for our car and are scraping and cracking every little bump we go over. As is typical from a scummy company, they're claiming they're not responsible for their employee Dylan "guiding" us in the wrong direction. They denied a return request for a refund twice and then ONLY agreed to one after my boyfriend left them a scathing review. Then their rep Geena, who was initially nice, turned into a huge C word because she didn't like that we defended ourselves. She also basically said we'd then only get a refund if we sent her pictures, which we immediately did. Now, of course, she was lying and still won't refund. She's trying to blame our tires. Then had the gall to ask my boyfriend to take down his negative review!! Funny how we had rims from TireRack on those same tires previously and had ZERO problems. Sh*tty "guides", sh*tty employees, sh*tty customer service, sh*tty company all around. I purchased a set of rims through a salesman named Dylan. he "guided" me through the process of fitting new rims on my ride. He assured me that they would fit on my good ol 235/40/18 with no rubbing because I'm running stock suspension. well, the rims came in so I went to my local shop who has been in business for at least 30 years and my tires are rubbing against my rear quarter panels which chipped the paint right off. I sent an email and the "Lead" got back to me with a huge slap in the face by offering me 100 dollars to my debit card or 150 dollars store credit. lol on nearly 1000 dollar rims plus labor and now it's tearing up my quarter panels? lol. NO..100 dollars is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I recorded audio and I also have text/email documents. fitment industries doesn't care about their customers. they just want to get paid. please take my advice and steer clear. I am going to fight this case and get a new set of rims elsewhere if I win. Ps....I am on disability. I saved a little bit of money each month and my parents helped me out a little bit. The staff has very little knowledge of the wheels and products they sell. They recommended a wheel that didn't fit my vehicle, and when I tried to resolve the issue, I was told I had to pay to ship it back. Based on my experience, the business was dishonest, misleading, and frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend them and suggest looking elsewhere. read more

First time I went through them, I purchased wheels that were labeled as in stock, buy them, get a call hours later saying they don't have them pick something else, whatever, I find different ones, buy them, they send me the wrong wheels with a completely different bolt pattern. Years later today, I give them another chance, I order wheels AND tires package through them along with accessories...they sent my package to a completely different person, and sent his to me...I can't even begin to understand how the warehouse team can manage that. Every customer support member i talked to was baffled and couldn't even make sense of the situation it was so bad. So now me and this stranger have to rely and trust that we send each other our packages undamaged or tempered with. Not surprised to see such a low rating. I ordered a set of wheels and "Fitment" industries sent me 3 wrong wheels and 1 right one. I didn't know I have to check the box to make sure they're right before having tires put on them, so I took them to a tire shop who also didn't check, I'm not a mechanic I'm just a nurse Who wanted nice wheels on my car and I got screwed. Once tires are mounted there's no return even if they send you the wrong size, which they did to me, again I'm just a dude, I don't know these things but now I'm out $1000 dollars and still waiting to see what they're gonna "offer" me as an exchange as I send the 3 wrong wheels back to them, hopefully I get enough back for a sticker or a t shirt or something. Also, I ordered an ST-X Coilover Kit from Fi about three weeks ago I think. I received it three days ago. They looking good lol. I'm actually taking my car into the shop tomorrow to get them installed and drop my car about an inch to close that ugly wheel gap lol. Then it'll be truly flushed! Dishonest company and bad quality. I purchased a set of Black wheels (22") and the 4 wheels start peeling after few months. Caught up with my job (as a Pilot) and finally tried to contact the vendor and them contacted the manufacture and the manufacturer denied my claim because I sent the claim 1 year and 2 days after I purchased the wheels. Even though was less than a year since the wheels got delivered. At first they start to find excuses such as using chemicals (which all the car soaps have chemicals which make no sense) and then they said was over the warranty period. (2 days!) first, very dishonest that because I did not contact them 2 days before can't claim warranty. Wheels don't peel in 2 days. Then they said peeling is not covered under warranty. What? The manufacturer responded: "We will still push it through warranty even if it was a few days after the warranty expiration date, as courtesy to our customers. However this is not something that is covered by warranty as it's not a factory defect as we previously explained" peeling is not a factory defect? Wow... Finding every single excuse to no to grant the warranty. at the end they offer me $100 towards new wheels. Seriously!?? (Slap in my face) What a joke of a company. Do not buy from this place because if you don't buy there warranty they will damage your tire and their policy is no refund on any product that you didn't buy their warranty. Do not shop with "Fitment Industries". So called "Wheel experts" sold me a set of wheels they claimed would fit my car only for me to wait 4 months for them to show up and nowhere near fit. When I told them that the front wheels made contact with my calipers to the point the wheel mounting surface and my rotor were still about half an inch apart they asked for pictures which I sent only for them to then tell me my wheels were unable to be returned of exchanged because they were "fully mounted".... it is physically impossible to fully mount or even partially mount these wheels. You can see clearly in the picture I sent that 1, the wheels not mounted and not a single lug is on the wheel and 2, when the wheel contacts my caliper there is about a 20mm gap between the wheel and the mounting surface. read more

After saving up for some time, I decided to treat myself and purchase new rims. This was a rare splurge, but I was drawn in by the company's promise of a "guarantee to fit." Once I put them on, I found that the front wheel did not fit correctly. I contacted the company immediately, only to be met with rudeness and no assistance. They claimed that their "guarantee to fit" referred only to the lug nuts. Despite my suggestion of store credit, as I still wanted rims for my vehicle, they refused to help and recommended I resell the rims locally. I am incredibly disappointed and do not recommend doing business with this company. You will also notice multiple bad experiences with wheels not fitting on customer vehicles even though their site guarantees fit. @joey The wheels were not damaged I put them on the car and they do not fit that is all. After placing my orders for Custom Wheels from Fitment, I was shocked to see all the terrible reviews and it definitely heightened my anxiety about the order and the company. I am very happy to say that I ordered my custom wheels on Oct 12 and they were delivered on Dec 10. It took a while, but they were customized in Oxford White powder coat. I checked in regularly via email or a phone call. They always got back to me within 24 or 48 hours (over the weekend). And when I was feeling exasperated by the time it was taking, they reached out to Heritage wheels (the manufacturer) directly to give me updates on where my wheels were in the process. If you see Yelp reviews and reviews here-keep in mind this is a multi-million dollar company and if every customer experience was poor they would be out of business. read more

Overall negative experience with Fitment Industries. Though I called to confirm fitment of rim after receiving invoice I erred in not qualifying the tire size. The agent I spoke with did not review the rim/tire package suggested -- and it did not fit, despite me entering in my auto details. The system will suggest rims and tires, but not qualify the tire size for fitment if you opt for a package. Essentially, you are baited and switched to a cheap tire suggestion though it may not fit. Fully my fault for not double checking the tire size as well. When trying to rectify a long process (edited) would have surpassed two weeks to get tires and rims became even more arduous return policy. Ultimately, I could pay $240 for restock and shipping or $140 for restock and shipping if I elected to swap tires. Contacted (EDITED) , resolved with one day shipping, better quality tire and cheaper price. I should have known better. Wheels where unfortunately 2 weeks late and 3 came in with damage . 2 had small nicks that I could live with last wheel had clear coat peal on face and some staining around valve stem . Bought a combo tires and wheels for my Audi S8 plus and specifically told them I needed the TPMS sensors. Where the tires and wheels came as ordered, someone at FItment felt they knew better than me whether my car was a direct or indirect TPMS system, decided by themselves that it was indirect and left the TPMS off my tires and wheel order. I am now going to need to pick up the cost of putting TPMS in my new tires and wheel combo and the hassle of going through that just because they thought they knew my car better than I did. I even called them and let them know it was direct and they said no it is not. Just got back from Audi and a direct is required. So I purchased wheel/tire package on 11/17/2021 like many here, my wheels came damaged and paint was flaking off as well. Wheels took some time to get here but no issues there "covid" right! first issue is you have to email them for customer service, there is no live chat or phone call to Customer Service. So I wait on their response a day later for them to tell me take pictures so we can start the "return process" So I do and another day goes by and we discuss about possibly getting another set of wheels but i wasn't going to get the same Avant Garde M359 again since they have an issue with their wheel coatings. While in discussion about returning the wheels, I was sent a link to the wheels they had in stock but nothing interested me or the color I wanted. They had pretty slim pickings last November not sure now. I didn't want to take another chance on getting damaged wheels or having to wait a day for customer service. It is now 1/12/2022 so I decided to get a refund and not do business here anymore. They need to do a better quality check before sending the wheels out to customers. I'll keep this simple. Facts: wheels delivered after prolonged wait and excuses. Wheel weights fell off 2 of the wheels during unpacking. The paid for TPMS/TPWS and does not work, even after all procedures attempted dash lights are always on. Wheel caps were not delivered. Wheel lug nuts were not delivered. Had to buy caps and lug nuts separately elsewhere, at my additional expense, in order to use the wheels. Overall a really awful buying experience. Regardless of the repeated apologies and excuses, I can not recommend this business to anyone. read more

After buying wheels, tires, and tpms sensors for a 2020 Honda accord. The wheels fit perfectly, but I'm having tpms issues. So I contact them. Madison was very nice but then goes on to tell me this: "Good afternoon Jason, I see, completely understood! Thank you so much for doing so and further explaining. We program the TPMS to a specific YMM that jives with the ID1000, not your vehicle (since it is not equipped). We only program the TPMS as a 2015 Ford F-150 because the ID1000 is pre programmed to pick up the frequency. You should have been able to just plug in the ID1000 and be good to go however they can have syncing issues occasionally. We're currently working with our team to get to the bottom of this to avoid things like this in the future! Have you taken them to a shop to have them manually sync everything? If not, we would highly recommend doing so before we take any further steps. Don't hesitate to ask any other questions you might have, we're more than happy to help. Be careful buying from FI. I read the negative reviews and reddit comments, but a friend had no issues with FI so I went ahead and purchased a wheel and tire package from them 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago. I received an order confirmation and processing email but no email about shipment confirmation. Even after I noticed the status bar change to "shipped". From my initial order, they quoted me with an estimated delivery of 2 weeks. The day my package is supposed to arrive, I email them about the non-existent "shipped" email and the fact that I have never received a tracking number. They promptly emailed me back saying they accidentally shipped my $2,300 order to the wrong customer! They told me they are going to try and contact the wrong customer and if they don't hear back from them come Monday, they will remake my order. So am I supposed to receive used and or opened wheels? Anyway, Monday arrives and they email me back saying they have received no response and are now waiting until the next day. At this point I have reached out to Tire Rack and made my entire package again for roughly $89 cheaper AND they include the lug nuts for free, AND they will get them to me in 4 days! I am now in the works of cancelling my order all together with FI unless they can match the price of Tire Rack or provide me with some compensation for wasting 3-4 weeks of my time. 6/23 update 2 months after: Jake the Customer Service Manager reached out to me and made no excuses which I really appreciated it. He owned it, arranged for return and advanced the refund as soon as tracking started. Also extended another offer if my order from another place didn't pan out. Turns out, that other company didn't come through due to constant delays so I accepted Jake's offer on one condition, he supervise my order personally and they were confirmed in stock. Long story short, his responses were prompt, he followed my order, made sure it was done and out. Asides from a hiccup on my side, which he assisted me with despite that, this time went smoother. He was the redeemer. So I change or add this updated review. Thank you Jake. I appreciated the accountability and efforts to make this right. I get many thumbs up for the car and wheels. Feedback if I may: get the techs in more training for more advanced mounting techniques to decrease the chance of mounting damage and encourage them to be more involved/outspoken in the quality assurance process. (keep the smaller profile black weights for dark rims and silver ones for the lighter color rims) - those details will help with wowing the consumers. read more
