After months of careful research for the right wheels, I came upon some very informative Youtube videos from Fitment Industries. The videos were full of useful and educational content. Everything you need to know about wheel fitment was available on their channel. The website was user friendly and listed an endless number wheels and tires to choose from. For me, carefully choosing such an investment for me is a painstaking process. Making an internet purchase is a very daunting ordeal and you must be ready for the pitfalls because you can't touch, see, feel, or even smell the products you plan to purchase like you can in a physical store. The Youtube videos helped to allay most of my fears of an internet purchase if this magnitude, albeit not my first internet wheel purchase. If you do your research, have knowledge of what you are purchasing and purchasing from, you should be OK. In this case, purchasing from fitmentindustries.com was a good experience, despite limitations brought on because of COVID. The wheels I initially wanted were backordered. Daily visits to the website and numerous calls to FI about the status of my order were met with enthusiasm by the FI staff. Further searches on the site enabled me to find an even better set of wheels at the same price. The change was less painful than I thought it would be and I was on my way to getting my wheels. Three weeks later, my wheels and tires were on the way. Other than the less than user friendly way to pay for your wheels, I have no complaints. This place is the worst place I have ever purchased rims from. I purchased 4 rims for my 2013 Chevrolet Caprice. I put in all the information for my car, selected rims from what supposedly fit. Before purchasing I also called and talked to a salesman on the phone whom assured me they would fit. They don't work. The front wheels rub the fender when turning. I had one tire put on one rim to check the fit. Because it was installed on the rim they refused a refund on that rim. They are also mame mount the rim again because I didn't take pictures. It would be a 0 star if i could. This company marks rims as in stock but in reality they need to order it after your pay for it all. Long story short I paid in full for a set of IN STOCK rims and tires. After I paid they attempt to order them but the rim company don't have them in stock. So a week later it now becomes backordered. They say they have no good date for when they will be in stock, but on their tracking page on their website it clearly tells me April 29, 2002. So im under the assumption that at worse it will be here before April 29. Well I was wrong and it's gonna be over 4 month wait.... they think. It's may 9th now and they acknowledge they gave me a wrong estimated arrival date, heck they openly admit it's normal for them to be wrong. But they refuse to give me a full refund. Update, after waiting over 1 month. I've finally received the wheels I ordered. The wheels I initially ordered were sent to another customer, and I received their order. After weeks of waiting for a reply and back and forth with Fitment Industry, I was told I needed to return the wheels at an ups facility nearby. What an inconvenience! Asked to load up 4 large wheels and tires on your day off or after work on your own time for Fitment Industries mistake. What a joke! Then, to offer only $150-$200, dollars for an inconvenience refund, which I never received. ****CHECK THIS REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING**** Worst experience I've ever had. Let me start off with the fact that I love their YouTube channel and that is what prompted me to order from them. Their content is very professional and the team seems very knowledgeable about all things wheels. I hope anyone that reads this review genuinely thinks twice before doing business with Fitment Industries. First off, the order began in Mid March 2021. It was going to take two months to get a staggered set of ESR C5s fully ceramic coated with some Nexus tires on them. There is a delay of about 3 weeks but they finally arrive mid June. All 4 wheels arrived with a ceramic coating sticker on them and you can feel the slickness of the wheels. I'm super excited however, 3 out of the 4 wheels arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service and tell me they will compensate me $150 ($50 each) if I'm willing to just accept. I almost did, however, I thought to myself, if im spending $1k on wheels, they should arrive in perfect conditions. There is no reason they should be damaged. FI (Fitment Industries) tells me they can arrange to have the damaged wheels picked up however, I have to take them to a tire shop to have the tires dismounted since those aren't being returned. They would compensate for me packaging them for return and dismounting. No worries, this is fine, at least they're owning up to it and fixing the problem. At this time, I decide I don't like the stretched look on the front set of 19inx8.5in wheels and tell FI I would like to exchange the tires (235/35) and have the same size tires for both the front and rear (245/35). FI let's me know there is a restocking fee to which I accept. At this point, only the rear 19inx9.5in wheel has to be dismounted for return. I take the wheel to be dismounted, only to find out that the beading on the tire was actually damaged. I notify FI about this and they ask for documented proof from the shop. They accept responsibility and tell me they will accept the tire return for a new one. By now, 3 wheels are being returned for damage, 1 tire is being returned for damage and 2 tires are being exchanged for a bigger size. I keep one of the rear wheel and tire as there is no damage and no need to return. Wheels are picked up in early July, and 1.5 months pass before I get my wheels and tires back. This time however, there is no sticker on any of the 3 wheels and they don't feel as slick as the wheel I kept making me doubt they were actually ceramic coated. No damage except for a small scuff on one of the wheels. At first, I was ready to brush it off however, once I started installing the rear wheels on my car I noticed there was a sizing problem. It turned out the undamaged rear wheel I had kept was actually the wrong size the entire time. It's actually a 19inx8.5in wheel. I am now beyond frustrated because not only did they originally send me 3 damaged wheels and a damaged tire, but they also sent me the wrong size wheel which I hadn't noticed in the beginning because I was so preoccupied with the fact that my other wheels were damaged. I am currently stuck with three 19inx8.5in wheels and one 19inx9.5in wheels. Currently I am exchanging emails with Customer service however they leave me on read and don't reply unless I send an email first at which point, they tell they are still working on a solution. At this point, I am ready to return the entire order. Their QA is garbage. How can you send the wrong sized wheels AND send them damaged. How are you going to mount them on tires and damage the beading yet not replace the tire hoping the customer won't notice? FI is a joke. They need to stick to just making videos because it's clear they're not ready to operate as a business. read more

First an last time but g from fitness industries, after finally speaking to someone through email about the bad rim I got , they gave me 2 options , first option is they would expedite the rim and put a $1 hold on my card, option 2 regular return process, I send the rim back and then they send me a new one, so I obviously chose the expedited option to receive the rim in 2-3 days , the order was placed on 7/31 and and it's not arriving until 8/7 , that's not expedited!!! And today is 8/5 and they still haven't shipped the rim or provided a tracking number and when I asked the. About it they said that only ground shipping was available which I know isn't true , ups and fedex offer multiple shipping options, my theory is they don't want to pay the extra cost to have it expedited!, and a side note to them , they might want to hire a new customer service person, I've gotten the same lady every time and she hasn't been helpful not one bit , she's like a robot with no emotions and you can tell she doesn't give a crap about the customers or the company she's just there for a pay check, so save your self the headache and buy rims elsewhere read more

I placed an order placed on Sept 3rd; Fitment sent me the wrong wheels. I got a silver version not offered for sale on their site instead of the gold wheels I ordered. I emailed customer service, and was told I had to ship the wheels back before they'd send the correct set. After 10 days in shipping, I was told the wheels needed to be inspected for damage before a replacement set would be shipped. They told me it would be 3-7 business days before they could inspect the wheels. I asked to refund my purchase and I would buy wheels elsewhere. I was told the wheels would still need to be inspected for a refund. It is 30 days after my order, I have no wheels and Fitment has $800 of my money. It has been 10 days and nobody has inspected the set I returned. read more

I purchased rims and hub rings from this company for my Lexus is 350. They sent me the wrong hub ring size and refuse to give me a refund. I have explained multiple times what the right size is and that I want to return them now and get a refund. Customer service refused to give me a refund without proof that they don't fit from tire shop. I had to outsource to discount tire to get hub ring that fit. Everyone in the process was elite and guided me through questions and options, tracking was constantly updated via text except when they shipped. I checked the website and saw that they got shipped (with no tracking number) but got a surprise phone call from FedEx not too long after. Wow. Shipped hella fast. I ordered a set of 4 wheels and tires from Fitment industries, and somehow I received all 4 of the wrong size tire. The wheels look great. When talking to their customer service I was informed that I would be responsible for paying for their mistake with a restocking fee of $300. this means I would be returning tires I paid $594 for, for a measly $294 back towards what they should have sent me in the first place! these tires have never even been put on the ground, and are still brand new! Now I'm just thinking I will sell the tires myself because I know I can sell them for more than $294, and I will not be using Fitment industries again in the future. read more

Crooks if I had to I'd give this place one star, their own benefit if going to the page to looks at builds of peoples cars. My rims came with scratches/gouges from tires being mounted on the wheel, which were black so made it very noticeable, gave me like $100back not even close to be able to cover the cost to repair it. Decided to give them another chance this time not buying tires from them to avoid the first mishap. Wheels come in with one center cap missing they stated they called me and left a message (never happened) saying it's be shipped separately. So I wait the day of with my door open, package says delivered but I never received it. Brutal service. Their system is such that they are readily available to sell you something but nearly impossible to talk to someone to get support. I bought "in stock" wheels twice for the same car, and told I would have within a week, but neither were in stock or shipped. I did dozens of "messages left" as you can't talk to anyone directly once you have placed an order. It took over a month to get the 3rd set of wheels. I asked to speak to managers, only to have a call back message left saying we would be glad to help you out, please call the support department. Maybe the problem was the wheel supplier, but they recommended them. I was clear, I was paying for a rental until I got these wheels,- I ended up paying more the rental car then for a set of 4 wheels. They tried to calm me by saying they would supposedly pay for expeditated shipping. But even then it took 2 weeks more instead of one. I would not recommend these people to anyone, you can do better, even if you have to pay a little more for the wheels. read more

Definitely the worst experience with a business I have ever encountered. The customer service and supposed processes after the fact are terrible. They are extremely eager and easy to contact in person when making the purchase. Once the purchase is made it is almost impossible to speak with someone directly to address any issues or changes related to the order. All calls go directly to a voicemail in which they guarantee a call back the same business day. But, that call never comes. You're then relegated to communicating solely via email to which you're tossed around at their convenience to numerous teams of people supposedly better able to assist only to realize no one really is capable of that. My personal situation involved a simple cancellation of my order within 24hrs of placement and prior to the order being shipped. They agreed to the cancellation and immediate refund. But, they did not follow through with this cancellation and the items were slated for shipping. Once I became aware that shipping labels had been created I tried contacting them both by phone and email numerous times all throughout the day to try and stop the wheels from being shipped out. They never responded. The wheels then shipped and as they were in transit I continued my attempts to get in touch with them in hopes they could stop and reroute the delivery back to them. I finally received an email reply 4 days later and one day prior to the wheels potentially being delivered to me. They finally did reroute the delivery back to their warehouse. I was then expecting for them to follow through with submitting the refund as I was never in possession of these wheels which should never have been shipped anyway. They informed that now I have to wait until they perform their returns inspection. This whole situation is now going on 4 weeks and still no refund. So, due to their mistakes my funds are being held hostage. And for what reason? The wheels were never in my possession and weren't supposed to be shipped in the first place. I definitely would not recommend this company. Should you have any issues or need to make any changes after initial purchase it quickly becomes a nightmare. You are no longer a priority and it will be a long drawn out process filled with empty apologies. read more

I purchased two 19x9.5 28 offset wheels and two 19x10.5 22 offset wheels for my car. They're gram lights 57DR wheels. When he helped me over the phone and sent me a link with the wheels in cart to purchase he said they're in stock and checked. Their website is also telling me they're in stock. I received two of the wheels and the other two are in back order. And I am barely finding this out. This man lied to me to get a sale. Now I'm waiting for them to confirm if they have another set of two wheels in stock that they can replace with the ones that are backordered. Horrendous customer service thus far. I purchased a wheel/tire package 4 months ago and have not been able to enjoy driving my car. The Michelin PS4S' are all out of round and defective. I've had my car in the shop 5 times and I'm being told to take it back another time so they can dismount each tire, get a photo of each serial number, and the tread depth for each so they can turn around and deny they sold me defective equipment. Purchased wheels for my 2009 dodge challenger. Spoke with Sales Rep Richie (great service, super friendly) to make sure the wheels I want were the correct fitment. They let me know the wheels were on back order and going to be out for 8-12 weeks, no problem. On 7/13/23 I placed my order, on 9/28/23 the wheels came into stock. I paid the full amount for the package and they started working on my order. Knowing it will take another 4-8 weeks to process, i wait. On 10/27/23(a day shy of a month later) I get an email saying 2 tires that i ordered are now on back order. You would think now that I gave them the full payment all my stuff would be available, not take a full month just to notify me that part of my package was yet again, on back order. read more

A sales rep from Fitment Industries called me about my cart. I told him I was interested in purchasing wheels and tires but did not know much about the requirements for my car. He confidently sold me the same size tires for my front and rears, and it worked fine for two months until I noticed a rash going around my passenger rear right tire. I brought my car to Discount Tire, and they explained that my car required bigger tires in the rears to meet the specified load of 94. I had to pay another $550 to purchase the proper size tires which could have been avoided if I was provided quality sales suggestions by Fitment Industries. I will not be purchasing anything from FI again and will warn everyone I know that is interested in aftermarket wheels/tires. read more

Tires and wheels came in good packaging. Their mount and balancing package more on the negative side. The balancing was off and noticed it immediately on the highway. Had to go to my local tire shop to fix. Horible,do not buy from crap industries,it is now over 2 months and my final wheel was supposed to come today but got delayed just like everything else from fitment jack holes. first i got the WRONG wheels,and then it took me 5 days of calling 2 times a day and emails.finally i called dylin in acesories and he hook me up with a manager named austin who after dissing me i asked for ceramic and spiked lug upgrade because they FORGOT to send my lugs and i was out $200 due to their incompetence for a car show i was supposed to have my supra in. he reluctantly upgraded me and hooked me up with brianna who lied to me and said she had my correct wheels EXPEDITED to me.10 days later they showed up (10 days).3 of the 5 were heavily damaged and brianna then said she needed the WRONG wheels back before she could send replacements and i would need to sign my SECOND contract with them,i raised hell through email because they rarely call you. enter alyssa,she took over for the INCOMPETENT brianna and was gonna save the day,i signed a second contract and she said she would EXPEDITE my 3 replacements and boxes and foam to wrap the return wheels in.i got tracking and it was a wed so i paid to be in another show.wed got delayed to fri but the only thing that showed was the boxes. Alright so this is my last review. I wrote several reviews over the course of several months due to the fact that my order was consistently incomplete. I don't want to go over the whole ordeal it was pure stress. I just want to give complete appreciation to Joey for finally reaching out to me properly and addressed my grievances with sincere effort. My prior encounter with customer service was unfortunately unforgivable and angered the f$&@ out of me. One of the distributors they deal with out of Arizona called "wholesale tire and wheel distribution" were either incompetent, or running a scam on Fitment industries due to the fact they either lost or with held half the orders. I ordered 4 they sent 2. Joey ordered the final 2 I received 1. Then for weeks at a time the distributor seemed to have been playing dumb or ring around rosey with UPS for the last tire. In the midst of all the mishaps Joey was extremely transparent even with his frustration with the distribution. All in all I'm whole thanks to Joey. There will be certain circles that may bring me back to Fitmentinduatries.com but for now my blood pressure is too high over this and the videos they post triggers my ptsd lol. If they have product you are looking for on their local shelves sweet I guess but avoid back ordering and drop shipping from an outside vendor could equate long waits and possible logistics issues outside of Fitment industries control parameters. I placed a order of a wheel package they sent the right size but the wrong wheels none of them is what I ordered on top of it all the wheels they sent to me didint match either they were different from the front I was willing to keep the back ones those we're pretty nice all they had to do was a simple transaction i understand they were slightly more expensive I was willing to pay the difference so they could send them out I contacted them plenty of times left tons of msgs nobody has gotten back to me finally someone named (Ramil) answers me by email I didint understand how he explained the transaction so I asked him to call me totally ignores me continues to email i don't understand why they are scared to speak with the customer make them understand what's going on " my car is still sitting on blocks 2 weeks later this is the worst customer service I ever dealt with finally, I said on a email send me the return slips you can have it all back it's 4/27/2023 still no return slips it's very sad this coulda of been a easy fix I hate to leave bad reviews but everything I said is the truth down to the T Make this right (Fitment) fix this problem and I will be more then happy to change my review! read more

Initiated a price quote online back in mid jan of this year for a custom set of works . Followed up the next day and was told they would contact the sales rep. A week or more passes with no response so I followed up with a call and got a new sales associates, jasper. Relayed the same info again from the online price quote submission. After a few emails back and forth and reassurance I would hear back from them I followed with 2 more emails to jasper in early feb who has been radio silent . What a joke of a company.... Take your money elsewhere. They sell the same type of wheels as everyone else and with piss poor customer service I am surprised they're still in biz read more
