I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. On my most recent visit (water pump going out), Mark and his staff stayed late on a Friday to get my car done so I would have it for the weekend! I was shocked when I got the call that day around 7PM, as I was fully expecting to not get it back until Monday.
