Worked with Dave and Tyas on the purchase of a 2025 Ford F150 Tremor. We drove 3 hours to visit TML and it was a busy Saturday morning for them with many people shopping their excellent selection of quality vehicles. Dave and Tyas were both very honest and forthcoming on our current vehicle and the vehicle we were looking to purchase. They made time for us and made us feel like we were friends and the truck purchase was just a topic we were discussing. Appreciate the entire shopping/negotiating/purchasing experience with the TML Team and would recommend to anyone that wants a good quality vehicle, it's worth the drive. We'll definitely shop there again the next time we're in the market for a vehicle. Thanks guys!! We love our Tremor! read more

I bought a 2024 subaru ascent from them and they were fully honest about what the car had. which was a minor dent that isn't noticeable. but throughout the whole process they made me feel comfortable like if we were old friends meeting again. read more

Buyer beware. Over $12,000 of repairs incurred on a vehicle we bought from them for $11,000 less than 90 days ago and have only driven 1000 miles. Replaced the engine, dry rotted tires, leaky washer fluid pump, pitted catalytic converter, nonfunctioning AC compressor, and I'm sure something else I'm forgetting. If you're looking to work with a smaller, local dealership I'd strongly consider calling Pete's Auto or Greenville Auto instead. read more

Bought a car and noticed a few months later it had no VIN plate. I guess it's my bad for not seeing that at purchase but never thought of it with a supposable reputable dealership. Went back to the dealership questioning it and was told I couldn't talk to a manager because this complaint isn't manager worthy and this is not a big deal. Now the State police are involved and it is a big deal. Had to have a state inspection to prove the car wasn't stolen. Getting a new vin issued with a new title and registration $$. Now I'm told resale value takes a hit $$$$ because there's red flags all over this. Never had this car serviced or in any type of accident so I am certain it was purchased this way, but they pulled one over on me. I guess TML stands for Trust Matters Little. read more

Bought a car from them on oct. 8th 2025. Its Nov. 21st 2025 and water pump is going out. Called them to see if they stand by their vehicles and they tpld me no warranty on vehicle so they wont fo anything about it. They take your money and run. Stay away from this place! Youll end up regreting it if you dont!!!!! read more

These guys killed it!! we drove over two hours to purchase a 2022 Acura TLX and we were not disappointed , service top-notch , sales people as well, they all made this deal easy! read more

Bought a car that had promises drove it for a while to only find out that there was a dent in the oil pan one of the pistons had started knocking and engine blew on the highway they wanted me to pay for a new engine costing almost 90% of what the car was originally no warranty did not go through them as someone offered me 60% read more

Would not recommend. Had to take my car back numerous times and they still never fixed it even after putting their "best tech" on it. Steer clear. read more

Always honest, knowledgeable, straightforward. Transparent pricing for labor and parts. Very customer focused. I consistently impressed with their service and would recommend TML for any minor or major work! read more

I took my car here for a grease and oil. They asked if I wanted something on the car fixed; I agreed. I had to take it back four times and they still couldn't fix it even though they put their "best" mechanic on it. I asked for a refund and was laughed at. Steer clear of this place. They don't know what they're doing! read more

These guys are awesome! They do great work, they do it quickly and they are super friendly! Facility is neat clean and the waiting room is awesome. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in my family and friends circle! read more

Not one problem with TML! Good guys who know their stuff and treat their customers well! They have earned my repeat business!

Paid close to 23k on a car that was supposed to be in perfect condition and I spent over $9600 in repairs to get it to be a normal driving car the car had carbon build up on the valves and in the secondairy air injection ports he lied and said it had a secondairy air injection delete which it did not. The car also needed a bunch of gaskets because it was leaking oil and the oil was mixing with the coolant as well as the transmission control module had to be replaced and the pcv valve this "perfect condition car" had almost 10k in issues that was not fixed before selling the car and he even lied about it and tried resetting the engine light so I wouldn't see it during the test drive. These people are class A criminals theifs who will steal your hard earned money for a broken Lemmon car as there last name is. Unless you love losing 30k on a 15k car I wouldn't go buy anything from them look anywhere else but here please. read more

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from TML Auto! Very friendly people, very professional, and very clean business! I bought an awesome vehicle for a good price and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to check their lot first! read more

Great people, fantastic service, the price is as good or better than any other place in the area--highly recommended! These are people you can trust and rely on to do a great job! I met the owner many years ago in a philanthropic group that helps local kids, and I've been going to TML Auto ever since. read more

Great service. My brakes went over the weekend. Called Monday morning and they got me in right away and had truck back by lunch. Paul was upfront on all repair costs and the bill was less the original estimate. read more

I've been going to TML for my cars' needs for going on 10-years (as of Autumn '17); Todd and his staff continually amaze me with their service & pricing: he could make a *lot* more if he charged closer to what his competitors do while still being lower than they are, but, as Todd once told me, "I can't sleep at night charging what those other guys do." I told a co-worker about them several years ago and they brought their van in for service; the estimate was for around $725. They agreed, and went back later that day to pick it up. The final bill was $680 & change: they hadn't needed as much time to do the work as they originally calculated, and they found parts for a bit cheaper than expected, and they passed the savings on to the customer rather than pocketing the difference. My co-worker's husband was litterally amazed, he couldn't believe that they wouldn't simply charge what they'd agreed upon. That's TML Auto in a nutshell. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy a used car from TML auto. Dan took advantage of my lack of knowlege and my TRUST when he sold me a total lemon. There have been problems with the engine of the car I bought from Dan from the initial purchase 3 weeks ago (from the transfer of the title). 2 weeks after purchasing the car, They made me pay for engine repair. Now, after they "fixed" the air intake valve, the "service engine" light is on AGAIN. I trusted TML as they are a business and not a private party. Shame on you guys- I will be paying for 5 years on this lemon. (Really Todd- you can't sleep at night? Neither can I! read more

I've been using TML for all my cars & trucks for going on 12 years; owner Todd had worked for the big dealerships in his early career, and couldn't sleep at night trying to sell unnecessary work to customers. As such, he opened his own shop & makes sure he & his staff only do what's needed, being up-front with pricing, timing & severity of damage/problem being reviewed. A co-worker of mine went to him upon my recommendation 7ish years ago & they agreed on a price for work; a day later she picked up her car & was charged less than what they agreed: if the labor &/or parts come in lower than expected they do NOT pocket the extra. He does no advertising that I'm aware of, but his place is always busy; that being said, he always has your car done quick (I dunno how) & done right. He's a great mechanic/business-owner and, more to he point, he's a good man. read more

Great service every time I go to TML! The employees are always friendly and I can trust that they will get the job done. I have been going to Todd for years and always recommend him to friends and family due to the fact that I can trust him. Highly recommend! read more

TML Auto was able to fit me in for frame work the next day. Everyone was very nice and then apologetic when they had to tell me my insurance company considered the car a total loss. They even helped take my kayak equipment off the car. Everything was handled insurance-wise by them. Nothing out of pocket needed to be paid. read more

I have been going to TML Auto for all my car needs for 7 years. As a single woman, I know they'll keep my car in great running condition and they won't rip me off. I even got a great deal from them when I needed 4 new tires! This week I took my car in for some paint touch-ups, thanks to a "run-in" at WalMart. I was extremely pleased (but not surprised) that their high standard of excellence carries over to their body shop, too! They get my highest recommendation....5 STARS!!!! Yup, it's as good as it gets! read more
